I continue to have an issue with chicken, beef, and other proteins is Publix seems to run 2X the price of Kroger or Ingles, but their produce, their deli make up for my reason to come to Publix as well as they're staple items which went on a Bogo are competitive. The store handles my prescriptions, and I do come here often due to its convenience to pick up, last-minute items, especially in produce as the produce is competitively priced. All Publix locations are high on chicken and steaks which all carry a premium, including bacon which I just don't understand because I can't believe people will pay eight dollars a pound for boneless chicken breast or $35 a pound for filet mignon when you can get it for $27 a pound at Ingles however, reviews should cover the entire aspect of the store and the staff who are very courteous and attentive. Between this location and the Braselton location, I stop it either depending on which directing I'm going and always get great service, but I do choose to buy my chicken and meat at other locations for Thanksgiving. Publix came through with their standing rib roast on sale for $10.95 pound, which was the best around so I ended up purchasing several for all the dinners I had to cook. Thanks Publix for coming through on Thanksgiving as we don't do turkeys and our holidays were fantastic! Highly recommend.

For some reason you have to ask customer service for your sub, it's never in the pick up area and they just have to go ask the deli staff anyway. Stupid system, disorganized and not well run compared to most other stores where I have picked up subs before. Pleaseeee sort it out so subs are made on time (correctly) and just left in the pick up area or have it so you just get your sub from the deli area not customer service.

This place is clean, the staff is friendly and plentiful and the isles are well marked define things although learning a new grocery store always takes time. There is a Starbucks here as well for those who like Starbucks and they have an advantage program and gasoline so I'm hoping to see if I can get the same deals on gasAs I did with Kroger. The lady helped me BUT did not place the cake on my cart as is always done at Publix and did not offer or give a cake cutter. Didnt really think anything of it and asked for the cake cutter. When I saw the cake, instantly was disappointed and thought what a waste of money. (see images below) due to the top of the box being pushed down it caused the characters to move and mess the cake up. The bakery also wrote my sons happy birthday in a horrible spot and looked sloppy.I ALWAYS get my cakes from Publix, but I won't be back after this.
