Pro: online delivery app. Con: price, food. At work in the hospital and a friend wanted to order some thing on the DoorDash app. After browsing through the list of restaurants we decided try Jimmy John since no one ate here before. I had the Italian club and the price was around 11 dollars. The taste was very below average and the cheese was very dry and oily. The bread was cold so I had to microwave it. After eating the food it made my stomach hurt and I felt sluggish for the rest of my shift. All in all, I wouldn't recommend anyone come here to try the food since it felt very subpar compare to a subway or a potbelly. I don't see myself ordering from here again in the future. read more

As someone who eats out a lot and lives in a place where there are various chain sandwich shops, it's crazy to me that I never knowingly had a Jimmy's John sandwich, let alone step inside of one. (Just did a search of my home zip code, the nearest location is 25 minutes away). I was staying in Winchester for the night at a hotel right off the highway and sandwiches were determined what we were going to grab for dinner. Ordering in the restaurant was extremely easy and from the time I ordered to the time my 2 sandwiches were finished was less than 5 minutes. Honestly, it was one of the fastest ordering experiences I have ever had. I got the #12, The Beach Club and it was so good. My dad got a #2 Big John and really enjoyed his sandwich as well. If I am near a JJs in the future, I will get another sandwich, I kinda wish there were locations closer to me. As someone who doesn't do delivery, I will just have to wait until a situation presents itself! read more

So I eat at Jimmy Johns in many locations. Stopped at this one and ordered the Vito with no capicola sub ham and no provolone. They charge me for ham! Never had that happened before. Capicola is more expensive than ham and then with no cheese they are making more money of me that way. I asked why I'm being charged and his response was my owner says too. Well he wouldn't take it off so I just didn't take the food. They lost two subs today and my future business. I just went across the street to Donatos Touch of Italy. Will continue to visit other locations on my travels but certainly not this one. read more

Several times now, I have ordered food from this location and has taken over 30 minutes to arrive. This time took an hour and 10 minutes. I was about to call and cancel to get a refund when the food was delivered. I called them and they said the delivery driver had 6 orders he was delivering before mine. 6 orders for 1 delivery driver? Plus, the ice in my drink had melted and it wasn't even the correct drink I ordered. The girl on the phone and the delivery driver did apologize and I was given a refund but like I said, this is not the first time this has happened. Absolutely the WORST subs and breads I've even injected! Came out faster than it went in. Breads were harder than a rock and the "sub" had ZERO taste. Everything is an extra. Two subs cost $40.00 and the value for your hard earned money was such that they should pay the customer to even visit this slop shop! When I contacted the corporate HQ, the franchise holder wouldn't even bother returning the call until after my second to corporate, almost a week after the purchase. 3 of us stopped here today while traveling, it was quick (as expected), the brewed sweet tea was great and I was genuinely surprised at the quality of roast beef they put on the #10. Also, the bathrooms and dining area couldn't have been cleaner. Will stop here again when driving thru, heck may even use their drive-thru -- this location has one! read more

Recently placed an online order. Pull up to drive thru speaker and I'm promptly asked to hold. I agree then wait for another 10-12 minutes before I yell, "HELLO!?" I inform the young lady that I'm there to pickup an online order. Waiting at the window for several more minutes, the young lady disappears momentarily, and reappears with my order already made, and sitting in a box. What was the wait time for?? When I get home, there's wrong chips, and one sandwich made incorrectly. Not sure how a veggie sub gets made incorrectly. I contact customer service about the issue, and they inform me each store is individually managed, and that store manager will contact me. That was close to 3 weeks ago. Not a word, so to anyone who would go try to get lunch there, I recommend spending your money elsewhere. It's obvious that customer satisfaction is NOT top priority. read more

I have getting a JJ Gargantuan with no onion or tomato add dijon for years! Today JJ's messed up, no big deal, just thought I would call and let them no since this has NEVER happened. The owner got on the phone and told me to "look under the cheese" I explained I wasn't looking for free food or a refund I just wanted to let them know. Then the owner stated that when a manager says they made it correctly she's going to believe them. Jimmy John's catering was the answer for my great party! I was helped by the person on the phone to order an awesome sandwich platter that was easy, beautifully presented in a circular pyramid on a cool platter with a protective cover. It was also delicious according to all my guests. Chips and a pickle bucket on the side. The pickles even rocked, really tasty. I will order this again in the future, maybe even try the box lunches they showed me, a very personal full lunch made to order. read more

Their food is okay, not amazing but exactly what you'd expect. Service is fine. My main concern is that we will do a group order on our lunch break and the charges end up incorrect. TWICE now we have gotten double-charged and there is no excuse for this. During the most recent occurrence, the second charge was added five days later and one of my friends noticed it in her account and sure enough there were two charges. We'll be calling corporate since this has happened on multiple occasions. Check your banks statements after ordering. read more

Management needs to train their staff or maybe management is the problem. Ordered 2 subs at drive thru on 3/9/19. As we are sitting at the window watching him make our subs he leaves the sub station to take an order from someone else who pulled up to drive thru speaker. He DOES NOT remove his gloves and after he's done punching in the order into the register he takes that SAME gloved hand and starts putting lettuce on our sub. NO SIR! We left as soon as that same dirty contaminated hand entered the lettuce and will NOT be back. read more

Our first visit to a Jimmy John's. Not impressed. When we walked in we were greeted quickly but having never been there before we took some time to review the menu board. I told the workers it was our first time here so we will let them know when we are ready. Apparently the workers were frustrated by this because in the 5 minutes we were reviewing the board we hear "can I help you," "ready yet," "what kind of meat do you like." I just told you I will let you know when we are ready. I settled on the Gargantuan and my wife had something else. With chips and a drink the meals were about $10 each. This is equivalent price to most other sub shops. My problem was that with what seemed like every type of meat on the gargantuan the sub was pretty much tasteless. The bread was good but overall the subs are meh. My wife thought the same thing, just meh. Other chains have a much larger variety and options available for their sandwiches. Based on taste and customer experience, we will not be returning or ordering delivery from any Jimmy John's. read more

Fast, friendly, and delicious. I have been to many sandwich places as they are convenient and fast but this particular store stands "above the rest". I like my subs made a certain way, and this crew has taken the time to get my order correct. How fast are they? I walk in and order and by the time I'm done paying -- the sandwich is ready -- exactly the way I wanted and with that fresh bread (definitely a distinguishing factor) ... and the crew has greeted with a smile and a kind word. This was my third time at this location. The sandwiches are Meh. Expensive for what is in them. The menu board is practically at the ceiling, causing a bit of neck strain. Everyone pauses with baited breath for your order. The blade of a knife is used to measure to make sure each sandwich is the same size. It was fixed quickly, wrapped and handed to me. When I opened it, once again I was surprised to see the sandwich was not cut, at least in half. Bringing it over to the counter and asking them to cut it for ease of handling, I was handed a small plastic disposable knife to cut it myself. Apparently they are not allowed to cut the sandwiches. That didn't work out well, as it turned my sandwich to mush. I watched another customer come in and order 3 regular subs, 1 extra large and two drinks. When her order was ready, the sandwiches were stacked up for her to carry. She had to ask for a bag, then had to put the sandwiches in the bag. For over a $50 order of food, I would think the staff could put sandwiches and drinks in something to contain them. As I was leaving, I saw this customer going back into the shop with the biggest sandwich so something must not have been right. read more
