"Shrinkflation" is real at JJs, I ordered a regular size spicy Italian sandwich. The bread was extremely thin and only measured at three inches wide. The sandwich looked more like a wrap than a sandwich on French bread just like at Subway! I'm staying away from them unless they go back to the regular sized sandwiches. BS. I order $20 worth of sandwiches including a Kick in chicken wrap. My wife likes the sauce on the side rather than on the wrap but they charge $.55 extra if you want it in a cup rather than the wrap. One of the employees says to manager why and said another employee was giving them away no charge. Kiss my business goodbye. We had a staff meeting today that we needed to have lunch at 11:45 to meet the training criteria. We placed our order at 9 am for 10 lunches to be delivered by 11:45. We explained it was necessary to have it hear at 11:45. At 11:55 we called and were told they were putting the drinks together and would be on the way (EK) they are less than 5 minutes from our location. At 12:10 the food still wasn't here. At 11:20 I called and talked to the manager who said it was on its way and that they were doing their best. This is definitely a situation of over promise and under deliver. There was no apology no discount no coupon offer for the inconvenience. Customer service did not show up today. read more

Hire more Staff!!!! Tried to order delivery and had no updates for 30 minutes. Called the store and they said there were so many deliveries and not enough of them to keep up. If the owners of these places cared more about service and their employees over profits, then maybe I'll go back. read more

So, Jimmy John's, you know what it is? It's a sub shop, a delicious sub shop. basic cold cuts, real nice ingredients, simple menu. This chain is my safe haven. I love their turkey. I pretty much always order a slim 4 (turkey and bread), ask for double meat, and throw some cheese on there (provolone!), pair that with a bag of bbq chips and you have pretty much what i would eat for lunch at least 4 times a week when I was in school. It's cheap, it's easy, it's delicious. This place in St. Louis, saved me from starving to death. I was visiting my brothers, who's idea of a stocked kitchen is a fridge full of lunchables, frozen pizza, and pop tarts. Sidenote: How am i the fat one in my family? Anyways, this place, is solid, standard issue Jimmy Johns, fast subs, high school aged staff. Located off the beaten path a little, but plenty of parking. Absolutely LOVED my first experience at this Jimmy John's location! I walked to the front door and one of the employees opened the door for me, I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked through the front door, they made my sandwich very fast and it was phenomenal! I've ordered here consistently in the past. Sandwiches kept showing up soggy and nasty so after the 3rd time I called the owner to let him know. He said no problem, you're good customers we will replace them on the next order. I've subsequently called in twice and the owner wasn't there either time. The first time the "manager" said there was no notes and he couldn't do anything, so we paid. Called back in today and spoke to a "Josh", he went on to be argumentative with an attitude stating that he spoke to the driver who said he gave me a "free one", hmm... the manager couldn't do anything but the driver gave me a "free one"? Did he have a sandwich in his pocket to go with the ones I paid for and have a receipt? I was supposed to have three replacements for that order so a "free one" wouldn't cover it anyway. The reality is when they showed up and I signed the receipt, with tip I might add, I asked the driver what the issue was with the replacements and he replied that he had no idea. I had ordered here weekly and often multiple times a week and when I'm told there will be no issue with replacements that's EXACTLY what I expect. read more

I will not eat there again. The bread was hard as a rock and you need to make some of the sandwiches warm. They were too cold.
