When I explained the issue, the manager kept arguing that we were talking about flower shape instead of color even after we corrected her multiple times. She ignored what we were actually saying, and never acknowledged that the bakery made a mistake. What makes this worse is that the instructions were written down and still ignored, and when we called to report the problem, they didn't listen then either. If something can't be done, customers need to be told before placing the order. During ordering, we were also met with rude behavior. When we said the base color needed to be black, an older employee who wasn't even handling the order said "Eugh, black" in a nasty tone. Incorrect order, rude comments, and management that won't listen. Completely unacceptable. And because of this i started getting upset and trying to correct the manager, RIGHTFULLY SO because the manager of all people couldn't even listen and admit the faults, so i did start getting annoyed and said sorry for my language but she said rudely just take the cake back and get a refund.
