Best Chick-fil-A ever, lol who could give them a 1 star ??? Libtard maybe?? Of course, you could never go there and get a bad order, and if you did I'm sure they'd replace it free. Remember it's fast food and for that it's a 5 star meal. You could do far worse..;;;;;; read more

Love this place always good food and drinks. My beef is with Grub Hub.I would like to know how it takes two hours to deliver something that is less than ten minutes from where they are to deliver it to.And food is always cold. When I use this service when I I absolutely cannot get out. What a waste of money and time. read more

The worst Chick-fil-a we've been to and it's not even close. We are a University and routinely order from Chic-fil-a - never have had an issue, only a great experience. This location is atrocious. We placed a large catering order - spoke with TWO managers, neither said thank you, no "my pleasure", just incredibly rude people. Meanwhile, this was not a rush hour, all hands on deck time of the day, it was 2:30 on a Thursday afternoon. In addition, the location was dirty - there were scuff and dirt marks on the floor near the front entrance, and paper items on the ground in the bathroom. Just a bad experience - not to mention we purchased over $500 with of food. Forget about the ordering process - we called close to 5 hours in advance and spent a solid 30 mins on hold as the catering service could not get a hold of the store, as no one would answer the phone! Overall, just an awful location, rude managers, dirty and gross, zero personality that makes dining at Chic-fil-a the typical pleasurable experience. My advice, someone else in Springfield should open a competing Chic-fil-a...you'd put this location out of business in about a week. read more

I've moved to town just a little bit ago and have been coming to this chick - fil- a for about a year now. Their service is always speedy and they never get my order wrong! They also have so many activities for my little one. I recommend this chick fil a. It is also aways clean and tidy, despite the high traffic. read more

DO NOT ORDER DOORDASH FROM HERE! I'm a dasher and DoorDash is merely an afterthought at this place. Orders sitting on counters, no attempt to identify who is in the building waiting to take an order, even though the DoorDash system alerts them when the driver has arrived at the location. Zero urgency from most workers. Just milling around, taking their time getting carry out and DoorDash orders ready. If you're ordering DoorDash, getting your food to you is not a priority. They will get to it when every other task has been addressed. If you're a driver, don't take orders from here. $7 for 3 miles seems good until you stand there for 15 minutes, even if there are no other dashers. It's brutal read more

This is store par for the course for a chick fil a. The employees are friendly, the food is fresh, and the line is stupid long all day long. They really need another one in town. Off of Toronto road would be perfect. read more

This is the worst chickfila I ever been to, should fire the manager on this site, ordered food in drive thru and didn't have it ready, had us pull in the parking lot and said they'll bring it out, waited 30 minutes and walked in the store, was sitting on the table the whole time, wanted a refund and took forever, never going to a chickfila again because of this store, and hope the people that like to go good luck on their service. So ***king bad read more

Thank you! Nice lunch today. Sandwiches and fries. Took some cookies home too. Barb is always so nice and helpful! #chickfilarocks

The line is insanely long because they have half the restaurant in the esporta parking lot taking orders instead of having them in the kitchen making food. It is unbelievably inefficient where I now order 45 minutes before getting my food from a menu handed to me by an employee who has an attachment on his backside holding the menu which I'm sure has been touched by god knows how many people since the last time it was washed off with any sanitizer. All so I can, what? Wait for 45 minutes in a line knowing that they know what I ordered? Point of advice to management. Do you see how every other busy drive thru in town doesn't have half of its staff catering to a line a mile long? That's because everyone else PUTS THEIR EMPLOYEES IN THE KITCHEN. I actually walked in once to see if going inside was better. I saw about 20 employees standing around doing nothing, dirt and grime everywhere, all of them seemed to be having a great time tho. At the end of the drive thru there are two kids on the outside of the store, rifling through bag after bag of food (no gloves), seemingly confused, they tell me to pull up to the second traffic cone so they can run it to me later once they figure out who's food is who's. So now, I'm blocking the rest of the line while other people get their food handed to them and are forced to stare at my bumper until the food, which is frigid after sitting open on the outside of a drive thru window, is finally given to me. Horrible food. Horrible service. Unsanitary interior. But hey, at least they begrudgingly say "my pleasure" instead of "you're welcome" right! So polite. Just go to Cane's down the road. Their employees actually work INSIDE the restaurant and their line moves really fast. read more

This location CONSISTENTLY messes up orders, only halfway fills fries, gives the wrong size drinks, and has super rude workers. Definitely going downhill, it used to be a lot better. So disappointing. EDIT: Went back and this time got hair in my cheese sauce!! I have long blonde hair. Didn't see it until I had already eaten out of it too. SO GROSS. read more

Never had a bad experience at Chick-Fil-A my whole life but today was most definitely different. -Frys were ICE COLD -Sandwich looked as if the staff played kickball with it before handing it to me. -When they replaced my fries they were STILL COLD. Service is always sooooo slow here. It's the only CFA in the country that seemingly doesn't care about service speed. On top of that, our order is almost never correct (including this morning where we had to run out into the rain to go back inside to get more than one thing on the order fixed). We're avid CFA lovers and Signature Members but I think our stops in Springfield, IL are finally over. read more

Visited the Springfield, IL Chick-fil-A for the first time today and was very impressed by the amazing service we received. Ian took our order and was quite pleasant. They were extremely busy with nearly every table occupied. Despite the large volume of patrons, the staff was very attentive and made an effort to approach us multiple times. Catherine cleaned our table as we arrived, refilled our drinks, gave us mints, made conversation and emptied our tray after we finished. Even my 10 year old niece mentioned without prompting how nice the staff was and how much she enjoyed the food. Isaac also greeted us and offered his service. Not only was the food of good quality and freshly cooked but the service was outstanding, unlike any I have received at a fast food restaurant. We will be back! read more

This Chick-fil-a greatly exemplified how every Chick-fil-a should be like. Let me get this out of the way, the food is amazing, no duh it's Chick-fil-a. They got my food to me at a reasonable time in the kind of rush this particular location had. They also had no mess ups not only for me, but for my group's orders too. In some of my previous reviews, it is said that we were at a youth convention. It was lunch time and many of those people who were at that convention were also at Chick-fil-a. It was a line literally out to the door because everyone just wants some delicious chicken. I know this is the kind of reputation that the company as a whole shoots for: amazing and quality service, respect, and etiquette for all customers. One of the women on the register kindly yet loudly asked "I may help the next customer". I normally start my order by saying "hi" she didn't immediately asked what can I get for you, but asked "hello, how are you" with a smile and a great attitude. I replied saying good. She took my order and told her it was for here, and she politely told me how they were so busy they ran out of trays so they're giving to go bags. I was totally cool with it, but I was impressed by they way she communicated that with me. I gotta say, it was extremely busy and it was crazy, but she wanted to make sure that myself and every customer she encounters comes and leaves with the feeling that they were welcomed! That's true customer service that is genuine, and this place gives it 5 stars because they well executed the service aspect in a tough environment. This Chick-fil-a is the raddest! read more

Started taking my pickup order at speaker and then decided to stop, pulled up to window to get my pickup order and they made me pull around for 10-15 minutes in front of the building after waiting 25 minutes in the line, then proceeded to not give me utensils for my Macaroni and Cheese. Went inside for a spoon or fork and no condiment tables to be found, so I waited for help. 6-7 DoorDash drivers were given service before I could get a spoon. I ended up grabbing one and leaving. No staff member acknowledged I was standing by the pickup area. read more

The food was good, but the service was terrible. Not at all friendly. When I asked for sauces in the drive through, the girl turned around and muttered "I love my job". She handed them to me and I said "thanks so much! I hope you have a wonderful day!" And got no reply. I thought chick-fil-a was supposed to be known for their service? I read more

This store was clean. Easy enough to get to off the highway. Our cashier was friendly and a gentleman on break sitting at booth said good morning to my husband and I are we entered which was nice so early in the morning. The drive through was wrapped around the building and it was evident that they were understaffed. We had a bit of a wait but no big deal, were road tripping home so getting to stand felt good haha. Food was perfect and given fresh. No major complaints cconplaints read more

This place is awesome. It is so good. It manly depends on were you go but the waiters and waitresses are so nice a graceful.

Hands down the worst/slowest drive thru line of any chick fil a I've been to. I think it's getting worse

Excellent spicy chicken sandwich! Service is always good. Sandwich is consistently great. Quality is consistent. Their Mac and Cheese is outstanding. read more

Pretty good. Long line and portions are a little small. But I recommend getting the honey mustard with everything.

One of our go tos. Can't beat chick til a for a chicken sandwich. Most efficient drive through

It might be a good place to eat but their professionalism is lacking. I was scheduled for an interview and had to take off work earlier to be there on time. Probably the most underwhelming Chick-Fil-A I've visited (which, to be fair, is still a better experience than most fast food joints). Most staff adhere to the company's pleasantries script but really emphasize that they're reciting from a script. Today's guy--Tye?--came back to my "How are you doing?" with a dazed "Can I get a name?" before substituting American cheese on my Spicy Chicken Deluxe without prompting or consultation, which is an inexplicably common thing here--like 1:3 odds, historically. Drive through only and the line is chronically around the block lately, so no hope of correcting the issue with any evening left over. So here's this, instead. read more

Terrible service. Got the whole order wrong after explaining my order to the kid for 10 minutes in the drive thru line. Horrible

SN: Manager did not resolve the issue at hand and walked off after I corrected him on the menu. When I got to window I continued through and left. No food. I am disgusted. I wanted "Garden Herb Ranch" with my nuggets and was told I could only get that dressing if I get a salad. But it was right under nuggets on the menu. Manager debated with me rather than seek clarity and rectify a solution for both parties. Never will return. Incident date: September 9, 2021 5:35pm read more

Best fast food around, and the service to match! Chick-fil-A is always a good call, but this location in particular is ran very well. Even when the line is really long you get through it very quickly. Also, the breakfast is very underrated. The spicy chicken biscuit is delicious. read more

Service is slow, kids working there don't know how to complete a simple order or how to be the least bit respectful. [We asked for a cup of hot water to feed our 8 month old and was told they aren't allowed to do that. That's unacceptable. Your not allowed to give hot water to feed a baby?]. I used to love this place, but the generation working these days have ruined its. I'm from Florida where there is a Chick-Fil-A on every other block - absolutely love the restaurant! This location does not fulfill the expectations of the franchise. Completely shocked with the customer relations, minimum professionalism amongst the team. This location gives the company a bad taste! I do not recommend going here! This was one of the worst chick-fil-a locations for us. We were charged extra for cheese on a deluxe sandwich (comes with cheese). They did get us the food extremely fast, hence two stars, but forgot the milkshake. There were about 5 employees standing around hardly working and conversing. The manager had to ask what we were waiting for and when reminded, she did not respond later to inform us if someone was making it or why we were still waiting. A few minutes later, an employee came out with a shake that was not full and very runny. No apology was stated when we received it. I would have ignored this experience if the sandwiches and fries would have been warm and fresh. The buns on both sandwiches were soggy and fries lukewarm. This all seemed unacceptable as we have ate at many other locations and received better service and quality food even with less employees working and more customers in line. read more
