First time trying this pizza. Ordered a large pepperoni and sausage thin crust for delivery at 11:30. Price was $15 and some change which is a deal. Was delivered within time stated. I just ordered a pizza and cheesy garlic bread to be delivered to my hotel room. They arrived on time, and they got my order right. However, the delivery guy neglected to bring my Parmesan cheese, plates, or napkins, as requested. When I asked about each of those items, the delivery guy said he didn't put them in there. I'm not sure who he is supposed to be. What I can say is that I did pizza delivery for close to seven years, and you always keep napkins plates cheese and peppers in your car at all times. Considering I left him a 5 1/2 dollar tip on a $25 order, you would think that he would go down to his car and grab that stuff for me instead of making an excuse. Whatever. That's what I have to say about the service here. That's for the pizza, I would give it three out of five. Nothing spectacular but not disgusting either. Basically no better and no worse than Domino's Pizza. Take that how you well. The cheesy garlic bread was edible, but bland had no garlic to speak of. In summary, I'm new to the area, but I find it very hard to believe that this is one of the better pizza places in town. As such, I definitely cannot recommend this place. read more

Ordered a timed pizza this evening for 8 PM delivery. Entered our address and everything. They answered the phone at 8:25 PM and said it was a carryout order (NO, it wasn't). So now we get no pizza. Thanks for nothing. Between the terribly greasy pizza delivered like it was thrown in a paint shaker and this incident, we now join the many families that say no thanks to lackluster Antonio's. I will forever love Antonio's. It's just straight up good pizza. Tangy sauce, good cheese. I love their sausage. Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza is amazing. Crust is chewy, but in a good way. Hate their service, but love their pizza. Fortunate for us, there are other pizza joints in town to love with much better service. The manager at this location needs a lesson in customer service. We were going to place a large order there and he was extremely rude on the phone. He even argued about if the phone call had lasted 8 or 10 minutes long. This is one of my favorite pizza places in town. I usually pick up but delivery is good. My favorite is Bianca sauce (garlic/olive oil) with tomato filets, onion, mushroom, spinach and broccoli. Sometimes I'll add half with pepperoni! The special with onion, mushrooms, green peppers and sausage is a family favorite we ordered every Friday for 15 years. The wings are great too. Delivery Service is not as fast as say a chain pizza but the quality and taste is far superior! Wednesday belly buster is popular and it's super price makes it a good night to order. read more

So, you have to hope that the amount will fall out of pending items and that you really won't be charged for it. The North grand location sent a delivery driver to our home and the driver was across the street trying to deliver to our neighbor. No big deal, we noticed and called him over to our home. Opened our storm door to take our order and proceeded to throw our order at us landing on our living room floor. I advised the driver he needed to calm down and that we needed to make sure our entire order was there and that the items he tossed at us were edible. Driver turns away and tells me to go F myself ?????? I asked the driver to repeat what he said and he then tells me again to go F myself and that we are losers for having to order take out. I had to demand him off the property and at that time told me he would be back after his shift to kick my a$$......then proceeds to take pictures of our home on his cell phone.
