On top of it all, the guy has his adult family in here sitting at the front counter with his grandkids running around and no they are not paying customers either. With all that the ketchup and mustard bottles are covered in a white sticky residue which i assume if they washed them in hot dish water and scrubbed them they would be clean. Oooh let's not forget the Christian contemporary music we are be forced to listen to blaring over head. The milkshake ordered didn't even come in the tall glass glass. My husband opened the the ketchup and mustard bottles and old crusted material fell out, that wouldn't be there if cleaned nightly. Every table was dirty and I to request our table to be cleaned. There was 15 cars in parking lot but only 5 tables used. The soda area is covered in spilt soda and trash. Trash cans covered in fries and ketchup. Trash and food under all tables. Floor is filthy. What does the kitchen look like. This is the worst service at a Steak n Shake we've ever received.

This very large dog then proceeds to bark up a storm in the drive thru. One employee said that the dog scared the (insert sware) out of him. The staff seems to think this is normal. We look up and no staff are anywhere to be found. Shocking. After we finish our food we stand up and there is a random 10 year old kid running around the kitchen and seemingly flipping burgers. Health hazard??? We quickly left and were shocked with this restaurant. Please get management down here.

Turns out they were out of chicken nuggets (and seemed to have been for a bit) but allowed me to place an order for the anyways in the app. I asked them to cancel the order but they were unable to give me a refund and said they don't control the app (even though it is the official Wendy's app). Placed a mobile order at the McDonalds a couple blocks away and they had my food ready for pick up a few minutes later. Don't make my mistake, stay away from this Wendy's.
