If I could give zero stars I would. Reordered the same sandwich for the 2nd day in a row. What they sent was wrong and not the same sandwich I ordered multiple times. However, when it's 25 minutes before end of store hours, you may want to lock the door and advertise different hours. Thought it was kind of dumb for an extra .50 cent charge just because it's wheat. The wheat isn't all that or big like a regular sub sandwich. The overall sandwich was really good. Ok. Let's start this off knowing the fact that I love JJ's. The bread is amazing and that's what keeps me coming back time and again. Just love it! So, on my last visit the wife and I were told that they didn't have any of the white bread left, just the wheat. I was extremely disappointed, to the point that I almost left the place. My wife was hungry so I relented. I don't like the wheat but my wife does, so I reluctantly ordered a 16 on wheat. The employee saw my chagrin and apologized. As we were getting the sandwiches I see another employee in the back take out a huge rack of white bread. I was shocked. I asked the employee who took our order what the deal was and she said, "it won't be ready for another 20 minutes." I said, "I would have waited!" (I certainly would have because we were getting the sandwiches to go to eat at home)!!! She apologized again, but really she didn't give a shit. Anyway, we left and when we stopped at the McDs to get the kids something, I was in such a funk about JJ's that I just went ahead and ordered food for me from there and had that for dinner. 3/17/2021 Tonight I ordered a catering order also known as Party Box. Which it's only 6 sandwiches cut into little small kid size bits for my kids for and family. I ordered on-line and check out. Gave a time when I was going to arrive. When I arrive I went through the drive though just to be covid safe. I am a front line worker so I try to be cautious. So a young girl that work their tells me that " did you order through the website to go." I explained "yes". So apparently I should of known to order a box of sandwiches 24 hours in advance. Because they didn't have enough French bread for the Rest of the night. And that carry out services was more important then my order." So I asked the young girl with red hair. So can you make my sandwiches or do I need to cancel my order and void it. She stated" I can make it but it's going to use all my bread for the night' lol I still thought she was kidding. Super confused about the whole conversation. Explained to her that it's not my fault they don't have enough bread for sandwiches at a sandwich place? So I told her to please make my order and that I don't need excused for why they don't have enough bread... she tells me that it's another few more minute pull around the front. I go ahead and park in the front. Waited 15 in my car. Finally thought she wouldn't come out to deliver it to me. I got my mask went inside. Stood for another 5 minutes. While the two staff member were looking stressed and frantic about working their. So I can hear her say. " we are out of this" poor young tall co-work was getting her frustration taken out on him. She finally Finished my sandwiches, when she realized that I had a additional sandwich for me. Goes back to her work area. And complains that" omg he has another sandwich it's a gargantuan sandwich. It's not 8:15 now. She make my sandwich with the most hate I've ever seen some hate their job. I usually don't write review about places. But this one was a 1 star worse experience. She finally give my order and explains to me that next time order 24 hours in advance. And clearly it doesn't say anywhere on the website that I had to order 24 hours in advance. My experience with Jimmy John's was not a good one. I was craving sandwiches and I saw that Jimmy John's delivers to my area. I was a new customer and found that the website was easy to navigate, which was nice. Our delivery, however, was not so "freaky fast". It took them half an hour to come literally 2 blocks down to my house. We also had to go out to the street to help the driver find us. We got our order and our drinks did not come with straws. But none of this was the worst part. I hate onions a lot. I know for a fact I did not order onions on my sandwich, and yet they were on it. It was all very disappointing. read more

I love jimmy johns so much. The first time I tried it, I fell in love. Bonus, they deliver. It's neck to neck with subway, but JJ has this taste, this appeal. & THEY DELIVER!!! I always order the same thing. Beach club. (Because it has avocado!!!! My all time fav!!!!) I've also tried the hunters club which is also very good. I haven't tried any of the other ones, but my friends have and I've heard nothing but good stuff. The fact that they deliver to me and have my food at my door 5-10 minutes tops after I order my food is beyond amazing. Also, every time I order online for a set time, I get it EXACTLY on time.
