Let me start off saying that I know it's a sandwich shop but for what you are paying for food you would expect them to put your sandwich in a bag for you.. they make it for you they are too lazy to put in it in a bag you have to reach over the counter to grab it plus napkins.. at that point you should go home and make your own..this place is getting worse read more

Just received our order delivered to work. Delivery charge of $5 and we tipped $10 and no pickles, onions just wrapped in paper they wrap the subs in. Half the subs have no cheese?? Awful experience. I'm sure they will correct it when we call to complain, but I will not order from this store again. Maybe they should slow down to ensure quality. And we even ordered hour ahead of time?? Wow.... Oh and they forgot all our chips too! **Update** manager told my wife "I didn't make it... Would you like to talk to the person that did?" End result.... Spoke with the owner and credit card refunded a portion and chips delivered. I will not go here to this one again. read more

Never actually eaten inside the restaurant. Always ordered to go. Frequently caters to the hospitals. Better than Subway and Intermission Deli. Good selection including options for health conscious folks. Be careful of the mayo! Loaded with calories. read more

This is my favorite location. When I lived in the city they delivered to my house on a regular basis. My orders were always completely correct and delivery was very prompt. The delivery drivers were always awesome and after telling them just once that we prefer to use our side entrance to the house, we never had to say it again. Every time we called in an order, it would be delivered to our side door. The bread always tastes fresh, and the meat, cheese and veggies are always cold, even when delivered. This location really does do a great job and their employees are stand-outs. read more

I would give this place 5 stars but it needs more seats. When I walked in with my daughter, we got a table and waited for my girlfriend to arrive. The guys behind the counter wanted to take our orders and get things moving. Which I understand, but it wasn't the most welcoming feeling in the world. I always order the Gargantuan. If I could give negative stars I would I ordered a turkey sandwich and got turkey and bread. When I called back to complain the manager argued with me and told that is what I ordered. I will never order from them again. I like Jimmy Johns just not this location. read more

"Customer Appreciation"? HA! I say. Don't make me laugh! The one thing, ONE THING that a business must never, ever do, is resort to lying, deceipt, and flat-out fraud, just to lure unsuspecting customers into their trap. So Yeah, I've bought my last Jimmy John's sandwich, and I thought Jimmy should know why. "Customer Appreciation Day" is NOT a good day to promise $1 sandwiches, get written up as a front-page news story, and then when hundreds and hundreds of people plan their lunch hour around your promotion, spending most of that time fighting the huge traffic volume in your parking lot, and then get out of their car, walk up to your door in the rain, only to find a sign that says "Sorry for the inconvenience, but we are not participating in the $1 promotion." HA! Great Trick! Get all the traffic of a huge promo sale, WITHOUT having to actually give the discount! But also, what a great way to really, really show your customers how much you absolutely DON'T appreciate them! With our lunch hour half-gone, my co-workers and I felt we had no choice but to pay full price. But what an incredibly shady business practice. Left a really bad taste in the mouths of the hundreds of formerly loyal customers who were duped by this despicable con job. Hope the extra $4.29 was worth the lifelong loss of countless customers, including me and probably most of my co-workers. NOBODY likes being the victim of fraud. Being duped. Being made a Patsy; a Putz. It's not nice. And shame on Jimmy John himself for permitting such a debacle. Let's see how good their sandwiches are. I got the Turkey tom which includes lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, and alfafa sprouts on a white french bread. I substituted the mayo with oil and vinegar. I also added provolone cheese. Ehhh....I've had better. Although, I do have to admit the bread was really good. To describe the crust....it would be manageable. It didn't hurt my mouth and didn't give me a headache like those banh mi would. I think it would taste better if they were a little more generous with the vinegar and oil. Awful! I wish i could post a picture of thr pathetic sandwich!! Ordered a big john! Got home and opened it and it was TWO small pieces of roast beef, and mayo On soggy white bread! Are you kidding? I called back, told them that was thr most pathetic sandwich ive ever seen and that the BIG JOHN was tiny John! He blamed corporate and said it was preweighed meat and thats all that corporate tells them to put on it. Pathetic. Wouldn't do anything about it and was rude! Wont be back. read more

Sandwhich was as promised--with heaps of cheese and tasty. Prices were great and delivery guy was the nicest I've ever met.
