This is the new JJ 7834 Gratiot, Shiels,MI. . I ordered the total tuna with a pop and chips. This is a drive thru order. When I got back to work I opened the sandwich and all I could see was a white sub bun. I opened the sandwich and there was hardly any tuna and tomato cucumbers and lettuce. Jimmy John's advertising is quite the difference it shows the sandwich contents coming out of the sub. I think this branch purposely cheats you out of what is advertised and this comes from the branch owner. Not going back. read more

First time I've been disappointed with my order. I missed the memo on a cut back of meat ,cheese and all other items. Less meat was very evident so was cheese onion ect. Will have a conversation with servers before I order again. read more

Agreed, it's just Jimmy John's. Their sandwiches will be guaranteed to taste the same (pretty delicious). The only variation you'll get is whether the worker making your sandwich will give you the cold shoulder or be friendly. read more

Called and ordered two subs to be delivered. When we recieved the one sub there was more things on it than we ordered. I called back to tell them and all I got was attitude. Basically trying to tell me I was in the wrong for how I ordered. The guy who answered never said his name. Though I must say the delivery guy was awesome! read more

Due to not many placing being able to deliver in Saginaw, I order from here often. Usually it's fine but a lot of the time they get my order wrong... And they have forgotten my drink a few times. I love Jimmy Johns. I mean LOVE. However, this Jimmy John's does not go by the motto "Freaky Fast" that all others do. It shouldn't take 45 minutes for a sub and a soda to be delivered when you live less than 2 miles from the store. Horrible! Took 50 minutes to deliver 2 sandwiches. Didn't even go to the address I gave them. Ice was melted in cokes when they got here. Sandwich has old bacon and tomatoes on them. Worst service I've ever gotten. Called to ask where my order was and mentioned I had ordered 40 minutes ago and they acted like that was normal! Reported them to corporate.
