I was the only person in line but was asked to pull ahead and wait. I assumed it was because I had asked for no pickle but my sandwich came ice cold. Not even a hint of warmth. It's disappointing to pay this much for two combo's and they can't even make it fresh. Especially when the line was empty. I won't be back.

My bowl has arrived with no lettuce greens nearly every time. I changed how I ordered it and finally got about 4 pieces of salad greens in my bowl, but they didn't give me any protein. This is a problem I do not experience at any other location. I have driven back to the restaurant to fix the order and I still got barely any greens.

I was in the area and figured I would try this relatively new Chipotle. I had the smoked brisket…read moreburrito and got one steak and one chicken for takeout for the family. I also purchased the large chips and queso. The wraps were thin and flat and fell apart when eating them. The brisket was good for what little they gave of it. All the proteins had little to offer. The burritos were mostly filled with rice and beans. Their toppings were unimpressive, with lots of items almost empty and an upcharge to get queso in your wrap. The chips were somewhat old, and the queso was flat. The only reward for a new customer in the app was a free guacamole, which I am not a fan of. There is a clean eating area and beverage station, friendly staff, and a reasonable price for what you get. Before returning here, I would go to Qdoba or Moe's.

Initial service was fine, but it…read moretook nearly 30 minutes for our food to arrive despite a fairly simple order: NY strip steak, chicken strips and fries, grilled chicken salad, and chicken and dumplings. Unfortunately, the food arrived cold. To make matters worse, there was a hair in both the salad and the steak. We would have sent the meals back, but our server never returned to check on us after the food was delivered. The men's restroom was also in rough shape--no paper towels available and trash overflowing onto the floor. As for the food itself, the steak was tough and disappointing. The chicken strips, fries, and grilled chicken salad were the bright spots and were actually quite good. Overall, between the cleanliness issues, food quality concerns, and lack of service follow-up, I'd recommend skipping this one. It simply doesn't represent itself well.
