We were in Bay City a few weekends ago. We stumbled across Eudici's Pizza when all the restaurants on the street had over an hour wait for dinner. We decided to order some pizza & cheese bread and take it back to our hotel. So glad we did this! They were so friendly here! They really value their customers. Even offered us paper plates and napkins for our hotel. This place is definitely a gem to Bay city. We will visit again when we come through town. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. What happened to Eudici's pizza? There was a time that they were good. The last two times I was sorely disappointed. The first disappointment was 2 years ago.. dry. hardly any sauce and tough crust. I decided this past weekend to give them another try. When I opened the box I discovered that all the toppings were slid to one side, maybe the driver had to brake suddenly? The pizza crust was weird, too, worse than the last time. My husband ordered a pan pizza and we got a round one with thin crust to the outside and thick and doughy in the middle...undercooked. It was a disaster. I won't be back, ever. read more

I saw a headline recently about a new restaurant opening in town and got excited, only to find out that it was just (yet another) pizza place. Decided to give it a go anyway, so placed an order online. I arrived to find the place to be a storefront in a small strip mall, so not really a "restaurant" per se, just a counter with a few tables and sparsely decorated. There were about 10 customers waiting, so I waited along with them...and waited....and waited. There were 3 registers with workers hopping on/off while also being on the phone and sometimes assisting in-store customers, while also taking online orders, which made everything go twice as slowly. Someone was having trouble with the POS, someone needed the manager, who was ringing up customers while also being on the phone. A real clusterf---. My very simple order took 50 minutes which is far too long for a basic pizza, even at a busy time. The pizza was good and turned out exactly how I like it: thin crust, well done with a flavorful pesto sauce. Not a ton of chicken on it, though. All in all, this place is fine, okay, I suppose, but it's hard to get really excited about a menu that you can literally find everywhere else. read more

Convenient ordering online, great prices, fast delivery, delivery driver was very friendly, and most importantly the food was pretty good! The pizza and wings are really similar to Papa John's (of course better though), they even have the banana pepper and garlic butter on the side. This is not a bad thing at all because in Bay City there isn't one nearby and this hits the spot. Loved their breadsticks as well! Horrible experience there. Ordered pizza, picked it up, but when I brought it home it looked like this. We ordered extra cheese but got this; looks gross and there clearly was not extra cheese. Called to hopefully get a replacement pizza and the woman who answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude, even after she put us on hold for 8 minutes. Did not apologize once and seemed annoyed that we even called. When we got there to pick the replacement up, the woman behind the counter seemed to have even MORE of an attitude once We arrived. She examined the original pizza and then proceeded to argue with me and say "this is extra cheese." Again, did not apologize once. She then brought the replacement out and made snarky comments and then told me to get out. Asked to talk to the manager, she claimed she was the manager. Asked for her name, which she would not give me. I have never been treated so poorly in my entire life. WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE. P.S. was afraid to eat the pizza and ended up having to throw it out because I received nothing but attitude and annoyance from the moment I called. I will make sure I share this experience with all of my family and friends so they too don't have to be treated this poorly. This is unacceptable behavior especially from a so-called manager. We have been fans and regular customers for ten years, but no more. I have never left a negative review for anything ever. We had pizza delivered to the Fairfield Inn in Bay City. Delivery time took less than 35 minutes, and it was semi-late Saturday night of Halloween weekend. We went with two smalls for around $18. First one was Mexican, which could have been really good if it had included sides of sour cream and salsa - if you order this pizza, don't forget to request these sides). The second one was Smokehouse... which was so damn good, I wish we'd ordered a large. 1/2 pizza sauce + 1/2 BBQ sauce, with ham (one of my least favorite toppings), bacon, mozzarella and cheddar cheese. The store was contacted twice and we were told the pizza would be here "any minute" with no other direction. I was told the issue was that a new driver was on duty, I'm not sure how reading a GPS is an excuse for our delivery arriving 45 minutes late. Very polite employees when you call in for delivery, and delivery only took about 25 minutes during dinner time on a Sunday. Cheese breadsticks were delicious and the thin crust pizza was also very good. G's still wins in the thin crust department for me because I like my pizzas a little more well done, but Eudicis is a close second! My wife Linda ordered two large pizzas, garlic bread, and a 2 liter of pepsi last night. To say the service was horrible would be an understatement. it took 55 minutes to get our order. The pizzas arrived stone cold, over done, very little cheese. We did not get our two liter of pop, and were charged for an order of jalapenos which we did not ask for, we asked for banana peppers. Evidently the bozos at Eudici's can not tell the difference between jalapenos and banana peppers. I have been a loyal customer of Eudici's almost since the beginning. I guess this is mainly due to the fact that they are consistent. I also like to patronize locally owned businesses whenever I can. Whether I order for delivery or if I choose to pick-up, I know exactly what I am going to get, which is a good pie, made by courteous staff, at a decent price. This is what keeps me coming back again and again. They are neither poor, nor excellent, but merely good. I have certainly had better, but I feel that they are the best overall value in the area. Having said all of this, I don't believe Eudici's have ever reached their full potential. They just lack that certain spark. Their menu is fairly extensive but has remained virtually unchanged for a decade. Their advertised specials again are a good value, but are always the same, save for the occasional price increase. The shop itself is run down and a little depressing. The staff are friendly and competent, but look a little rag-tag as a whole. The bottom line is that there is just nothing truly exciting about their offerings. A little attention to the small details and a little creativity could make Eudici's top notch, and quite possibly a local institution. read more
