The service is nice, the girl smiled and seemed happy. But our food was done 20 minutes early so it was cold by the time we got home. The proportions are very nice we got two bigger plates and 8 crepe cheese ragoons plus a mango tea. But we asked for teriyaki sauce and only received soy sauce (a large amount) and 3 sweet and sour. We also did not receive our fortune cookies which is very sad. We did not go in the store as it was an online order but the vibe is casual and comfortable. read more

Restaurant was clean and the same as every other Panda. Food was also to be expected. Where this location really shines is in its customer service. Samuel (sp?) greeted us and prepared our order. He was friendly, smiling and patient. As we sat and ate, he genuinely seemed happy and smiled while cleaning. He is definitely an asset to this location. read more

Panda Express - broccoli in a takeout box - Chinese Near Me - Bay City, Michigan

Food was amazing, better than other panda express's I've been to. Great customer service, the lady taking our order was very friendly and patient. The resteraunt was also VERY clean, one of the cleanest I've been to. read more

this man taking our order and ringing us up was so sweet, he was helping a confused old man doordashing. samuel was his name, he was so helpful with me and my boyfriend considering our rewards were not cooperating. he has a sweet soul and was super outgoing ! he also puts up with harsh customers in a very positive way, he keeps his composure and does his very best! thanks sam! read more

Sub- par restaurant with too much vinegar in their sauce. I had so many issues with my 40 dollar order and the headset lady was rude as f*** so I tipped the lady at McDonalds instead. Workers here need to learn that they are working in a place of convenience and they need to have a good attitude inviting and welcome.I will no longer bring people here to buy them lunch. Absolutely terrible experience, would not recommend. read more

We stop here frequently and always receive hot food from friendly staff. Our order has always been correct and delicious food!!

Very poor management! I went through drive though placed order for 3 plates drove 40 min home to find out 1 container only had noodles in it! I called to speak with manager, I didn't get a receipt in my bag. I told manager my exact order, time I was there, and the exact amount paid in cash. He responded nothing I can do you don't have a receipt. Just asked if it could be made right. He ended conversation. VERY UPSETTING Never again panda, you burned me read more

Didn't want to give this place one star, but their customer service is awful. I sent an email stating my last two meals were overcooked, soggy, and they forgot my side items. I asked to be contacted about it, and never received a call back or an email. read more

Every single time I have gotten food from here, I never fail to find a HAIR in my food! every single time! you'd thing it would be one of those things that only happen once. but no, this is the third or fourth time I have gotten it with hair intertwined in the noodles. somebody is doing something wrong, wear a hair net. I've already called and complained and they only offer to replace my food once I'm already home and it isn't worth my time to drive back, i've already lost my appetite by then. they need to wear a hair net, or people just shouldn't eat here. i'd give it 0 stars if I could. read more

I would never recommend anyone to eat here by ANY means. Every time I eat here the rice is over cooked. It either has way to much butter on it or way to less. I always get the teriyaki chicken and it's always very fatty and chewy. Super gross food. Not worth the money at all. read more

This only gets a 3-star rating from me because at the end of the day it is fast food Chinese so if you don't got time to sit down and enjoy a true Chinese meal from one of many restaurants around this place will do more than nicely read more

Terrible. Absolutely terrible.. terrible costumer service also. They also mixed my water I asked with lemonade. I didn't say anything but that's just lazy. Do better so disappointed. read more

Hate this place. one thing I enjoy on the menu & it's going on the 4th week of " they didn't order enough " everything else on the menu tasted terrible as I've tried it. service sucks & can't maintain to keep the one good thing on the menu stocked. very upset. read more

Waste of money I should have gone to great wall of china they are great I gave my dog some of my food from Panda Express. My dog took one bit and spit it out I was forced to give this 1 star in order to write a review I am so pisst off read more

Just about everything served here is over cooked. A lot. That is really all I have to say but yelp apparently thinks I can do better, so is this enough? read more

It's a chain, it all pretty much tastes the same wherever you go. Had the orange chicken, my standby. This location is newer, so I guess I expected a high turnover on the food... Meaning it would be more fresh... Nope! Our party of 3 was one of 2 tables taken... The place was empty & the food had obviously been sitting out awhile. My only hope is that this is just a poor first time experience. I'll give them another chance. There's a Starbucks next door! read more

Panda Express - Chinese Near Me - Bay City, Michigan

Went here on a whim after driving farther into the town than I'd hoped I would have to, just to find the Taco Bell I thought I was craving was packed. Thank God this place was so nearby. It was easily the best Panda Express I've been to. All of my food was very hot and fresh and the service was very fast. read more

I've had the worst experience at this location tonight. I came in about 7:15pm with my 6yo daughter. She wanted to try a couple things because she didn't like the orange chicken last time we visited. They were out of at least half the dishes, including the two she wanted to try. White rice was a 6 minute wait as well. At the end of the line, I told the server that we'd like two of the crab rangoon. Turns out she gave us two orders! Had she looked at us even once she'd have seen that a man and a child aren't going to eat 6 rangoon with their meals. Not to mention that the server was alone and also running the cash register, so everyone had to wait. We ended up both eating orange chicken, which was old and tough and got thrown away. I won't be back. read more

This has to be the worst Panda Express in Michigan. Every time I go there they say they have limited items even an hour before close. The manager locked the door at 8:40 when they were open until 9, so I had to go in the drive through. The lady in front of me left because they only had 1 serving of a couple items available. I was also told there was almost nothing available. They stop cooking food an hour before close and lock the doors 20 minutes before close. When I worked at McDonalds I would have been fired for that. The manager denied closing early when I called and refused to give me the contact info for the regional manager. This location needs to be investigated by upper management for closing before posted time and driving away customers by shutting off the grills an hour before close. Oh, and the food always sucks because they make a ton of it hours before close so they can clean the grills and close early. It's cold and rubbery! Disgusting! read more

Staff is very friendly! Darryl in particular had a TON of patience with the customer in front of me, who was struggling to order. She kept changing her mind after they boxed up the food she chose, & not once did he get upset with her. Food is delicious, & service is fast! read more

I went there 45 minutes before they closed and they told me I couldn't order the meal I wanted because they weren't cooking more of it. I've been to this location 4 times and haven't had a good experience yet. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on read more

Absolutely love this place and their customer service will definitely keep me a frequent customer. The fryers had gone down on my most recent visit, so they were a bit behind on having food prepared. Every employee was positive and were more than apologetic for the extended wait and did everything right to make up for it. Outstanding employees and customer service that is rarely seen now days. Well done! read more

I'm not sure which is worse, the drive thru ladle with no mask or gloves, the lady plating the food with her mask on her chin or the group oF people all sitting at a table visible from the outside with no masks! read more

Very, very poor customer service. Placed an on line order for pick up 45 min later. Told in the drive-thru I was too early for pick up, come back in 15 min. Went back in 15 min and then told they had never received the order which was paid for on my debit card. Asked for the manager and she said she would only make the food if I paid for it again. I asked for a phone number for corporate office to call and when I pulled around to the window, they shut the window and walked away. read more

Rude just about threw our food at us. Had an attitude the whole time. They don't even deserve a star.

Wow Guys, no comparison to Saginaw locations. Had to wait for help to greet me, and get my order, had to wait for check out then had to wait more for a fortune, bad news! Absolutely no beef in my "beef n broccoli". What's the deal? This was a disappointing experience, and my last visit was similar. Thinking that this location has issues, and not worth visiting. Then the panda website woudl not accept my comments, very bad performance all around! read more

I ordered the orange chicken, which was overcooked. Egg rolls/spring rolls were tough & chewy. Crab Rangoon was a joke! Almost no crab cheese & very crispy! read more

I don't know why it has low reviews. Been here several times and it's always amazing. Great service, great food.
