Good food. Poor customer service. Placed a delivery order and didn't receive the whole order. Called the store & they stated we needed to bring the entire order with back with us. I asked why as now others would be eating cold food. They insisted. I asked if we could have the delivery fee refunded as we had to return to pick up the order due to only half the order being in the bag and they refused. I just left Panda Express...1st time here...and I'm allergic to garlic so I asked for any menu item without garlic and they told me none! I responded w/ "not one thing?", and he said correct. Then I asked for an unsweetened ice tea and he said nope...they don't have that. So I said how about some plain rice or a steamed veggie and he said he wasn't sure about that either...so I ordered rice anyway because I was hungry. It was good but in the botton of my carryout bag were 5 packs of sweet n sour sauce and 3 packs of soy sauce! On December 1st I placed a takeout order for my husband and I at the Panda Express #2298 on Bay Road in Saginaw. When I got to the last few bites I found a dead earwig in it. I immediately called. I explained what I found. The employee was difficult to hear and all I made out was that I needed to bring the bug in. I was not going to go back that night as the line for the drive thru was out onto Bay Road and the parking lot was too congested. So I took the bug in the next day right after they opened. They would only replace my meal. I could not get a cash refund because I hadn't taken the bug back on the same day I purchased it. I left. I do not EVER want food from there again. I contacted their corporate office in great detail (complete with a picture) and they have not replied. I am done with them. No apology; no refund; no more business from us!!! read more

I was on lunch I don't have time to go back for decent food.....quick suggestion: Try making sure the quality of your food is good before you serve it up. The restaurant establishment (floor, tables, condiment section) was clean and neat. The staff were very friendly. They kindly asked for my order, offered me samples of selected menu items. The looked me in the eye as they spoke, and they smiled (which caused me to smile). I felt like an appreciated customer, not just someone who they had to serve a meal for pay. read more

Wow! Hard to believe how horrible this service is. Apparently, according to the manager it is not their responsibility to put the teriyaki on the teriyaki chicken or even provide it on the side. It is the customers job to make sure the order is correct. She also said a lot of people are calling and claiming their orders were messed up just to get free food (which we never asked for by the way). When my wife told her this has happened multiple times, the manager said "Well if this happens a lot why do you keep coming back?" Unfortunately we will not be going back. Worst Chinese I've ever had and Chinese is my fav dish. Very weird setup. Not very handicap accessible. I don't get the sparkles on the counters. The food LOOKS good but it's ok at best. Not the freshest of rice, very dry almost no egg and no flavor. The customer service needs help, the girl at the counter is openly rude with people if they are indecisive. Worst thing is the employees eat in the dining room and play on their phones! First let me say I have eaten here quite a few times. Each time the quality of food and service has gone down hill. This last time I ordered a plate of fire cracker chicken. They screwed up and gave me a bowl. Whatever no biggie, mistakes happen. So the lady told me they just put the extra chicken in a different box. Let this be a lesson to anyone going through a drive thru in Saginaw, Michigan; ALWAYS ALWAYS check your stuff before you leave. So I do and notice the box my chicken came in which I uploaded for you. I went in to ask if this was the correct item and the employee demanded to see a receipt. I understand as I am sure people are trying to rip Panda Express off for their dry rice. So I go back to my car while my food is getting cold and bring the receipt in. Annoying but whatever. The food was not good. Rice was very very dry and the chicken was even more dry. Thus will be the last time I go there.
