Service is always great here. Staff are friendly. Food is great. Restaurant is always clean.

Of all the Culver's I've been to, this is the one to which I will not be returning. I waited 35 minutes for a flavor of the day. And I would be happy to wait if all of the workers were taking care of business and prioritizing customer service. However, most of the 10 people working the counter were standing around. Don't really have much to say about a review of Culver's the place is what it is. Slightly better than your average Burger King or McDonald's fast food location, but still fast food. The burger was fine. The fries were OK too again we're not talking fine dining, but it worked for the purpose it. read more

Stopped here for our weekly trip to the big city of Bay City. The service was fast, the food was yummy and we met Jimmy! Jimmy is totally in love with his job and it shows. DISCLAIMER: Do not read further unless you have a strong stomach and are not squeamish. We stopped at this Culver's in Bay City for a quick bite while on a road trip through Michigan. We both ordered the Sourdough Melt, and what a mistake! The meat, slapped inside 2 slices of greasy sourdough toast, looked as though it had been chewed, spit out, then formed into a little lumpy hamburger patty. Too small to fill out the bread, the meat also lacked flavor, was tasteless and greasy. There was some evidence of melted cheese, and the onions, oh the onions...not slices of purple like the menu photos show. They clung to the inside of the toast in small pieces and looked as though they had been scraped off the bottom of a rather unclean grill before they were added liberally to the sandwich. I took only one small bite, and that was enough. I could eat no more. Just the sight of the inside of my spouse's sandwich caused him to gag. He couldn't stomach it. We felt badly about the waste of food and the $14 cost. At least the two small soft drinks we purchased were cold and refreshing and helped wash down my bite of Sourdough Melt. read more

I was in line for about 20 minutes waiting for my ice cream custard the smallest one no line.

The service was amazing. The had the Atlantic Cod sandwich I think the fish sandwich needs to have more flavor.

Waited 20 min today just to order in the drive through for a double burger meal. Then was told at the window it was going to be another 20 min wait for the food. When it finally came out burger was Burt to hell. At this point, I could've had a sit down meal will never come to this location again. read more

Always liked it here. Been here many times since they opened after Christmas. Never was disappointed except today. The chicken and fries had a funny taste. The soup, potato bacon did not taste like potato bacon and I can't describe the taste. Will try once more and see what happens. I should ask for my money back, but I did not, this time. read more

First time at any Culver's and it did nothing for me nor do I have any interest in trying any of the others. It took 30 minutes to get through the drive thru and the kid at the window seemed disinterested in taking my order or fulfilling my order when I get there. The food was nothing special or any better than burgers I get from other fast food places, it just cost more. It was a greasy messy burger and crinkle cut fries, nothing special that would make me want to go back for more. If you're hungry and the line is short, then give it a shot. If the line is long and you're going to have to wait, pass it up. read more

Didnt get me my full order, staws, or any of the sauces we asked for, and the chicken was pretty over cooked. I am accustom to waiting a while for the food to come out because usually with culvers it is good and the order is always correct but this made me very upset. read more

Each time I've ordered inside the restaurant and been waited on by Cameron I've had pretty crap service. Hes sighed at us because he had to take our order, he'd ignored me not once or twice but three separate times ive tried giving him my order. Eh.I honestly don't really like to give bad reviews but I like to consider myself an honest person and I was not impressed with Culver's food at all! the burger was just so measily and plane and super expensive I just didn't understand. my husband did love his chicken sandwich and said it was super good but we will not be back for food.. for some frozen custard ,maybe, on occasion but never again for food. read more

Good food. Poor service. A line outside with 15 cars and a line inside where some of us waited for an hour to get their food is not cool. Especially when many places are going out of business due to covid. When customers choose you Culver's, build your team so you can handle the volume. Had dinner here with my wife this past Saturday. I had the Mushroom Swiss basket while my wife had a double butter burger basket. Went to bed fine. Woke up and was dizzy, vomiting. I would have thought I had gotten wasted drunk the night before. I felt "hungover" and sick all day. The problem is that I do not drink alcohol or do illegal drugs. WebMD Doctor on call said it was food poisoning from something I ate. I only ate dinner Saturday. Very disappointed. My father owned restaurants so I can see how this could happen. First to review! It's Culver's no surprises. It's just the way I want it. The menu is typical. Ambiance is as expected. Prices are reasonable. This new store in Bay City has the advantage of being located just off of I-75 which makes it an ideal pit stop for people going up north or going down to the Detroit area. I had extremely customer service horrible will never go back. I ordered a mountain dew and an onion ring I waited 20 minutes for my order to get to my car. My server was extremely rude did not acknowledge that I just waited 20 minutes for my five onion rings that I got.when I called to complain to a manager it was pretty much the same service very rude and did not acknowledge that anything was done wrong. read more

I was at Culver's tonight and decided to go inside to order because the drive through line was the longest I've ever seen it! Not a bad thing, a typical thing on Friday nights as people head north for the weekend. Natalee took my order and was kind, caring and was sure to offer things I didn't think of ordering. I also witnessed her handle a difficult customer that was being less than kind extremely well trying to explain a situation. I also noticed the manager take the time to talk with that customer's table as they were eating to make sure they were content. We ordered two concrete mixers. Only two of them. We waited for an hour in the drive thru pick up spot and never got our order. We asked an employee walking by where our order was and she ignored us and never gave us anything. Finally we asked a different employee for our money back. Excellent staff, excellent food! Store is very neat in appearance. First time at any Culver's, definitely a big disappointment. Buns are nothing but a blob of heated dough, had a grilled chicken sandwich, dry and tasteless, over cooked. Wife had a burger basket and that was more of a let down, burger was as small or smaller than Macdonald's burger, dry and burned, again a blob of dough for a bun, had about a half teaspoon of catsup and a quarter teaspoon of mustard, a nickel sized pickle chip and I ring about an inch and a half diameter of red onion, what a joke for what they're charging. Wife's fries looked ok, nothing to rave about not ok. Definitely don't plan on returning and not worth anywhere close to what they charge. Macdonalds is a much better value with better food and prices and I hate macdonalds. read more
