The customer service was horrible!!! I walked in and ordered the gargantuan with extra meat and the general manager "Sam" was arguing with what I can only assume was her husband in the kitchen. Great convenient stop on the way to Norris from SE Indiana. Awesome Customer service and staff. We suspected we lost an item in the restaurant and we called the restaurant to see if they would look around. The greatest seeker since Harry Potter himself, one "Seth" answered the phone and proceeded to search the restaurant, the bathrooms, under all of Jimmy Johns delicious breads, meats, and sandwich toppings for the item. After a thorough yet unsuccessful search, "Seth" expanded his search to the parking lot and landscaping. Crawling through bushes and mulch "Seth" located the item across the entire parking lot entirely intact! Ordered a catering box and ordered a tub of pickles. Didn't get them. Ok, no biggie. Next time- Ordered 3 boxed sandwiches, and 3 sandwiches. Had my daughter pick them up- they just put the sandwiches in bags- no chips, no pickles(again!?!) and the desserts I payed extra for- they were out and substituted regular choc chip. I live 40 min away- not easy to just run back. Called this time, they acted like it was no big deal and I was overreacting. Told me to come bank and they would give me the chips, pickles and cookies they "forgot". It's 40 min away! Asked them to put it back on the card I paid with, they said they'd give me store credit. I've ordered delivery from this location many times because it is near my work. They have quick delivery times and the sandwiches are good. I always order something really specific and they always get it right. It's just a sandwich so don't expect anything fancy, but the quality of the ingredients is solid and you can order whatever you want. I like the salt and vinegar chips. read more

Complete joke of a restaurant don't ever come here! I looked at there menu and ordered the JJ gargantuan no where on the big menu board does it say mayonnaise.... I take one bite and almost throw up because there is a crap load of mayo on it. Already having a bad day when I went through this Jimmy Johns drive thru. As soon as I pulled up to the drive thru, JIMMY JOHNS was yelled in my face and then she finally asked if she could help me. I ordered a Turkey Tom, chips and a drink. She did not ask me what size drink, but she did give me a large and charge me for that. I knew 10.40 sounded like a little much for what I had ordered, but I didn't doubt the woman that took my order. After overpaying for a cup with 90% ice in it, she handed me my bag with my food. I drove off and looked in the bag, and no chips. It's funny because I looked through the window as I saw her putting the food in my bag and I saw the chips sitting next to my sandwich before she put just the sandwich in my bag. To say the least, I'm frustrated and I will never use a Jimmy Johns drive through ever again. The "order taker", as it says on the receipt, was Shelby, and she purposefully charged me for a large drink to take advantage of my money, and failed to give me my chips. I haven't looked at the sandwich yet, but I doubt it will make up for this experience. You've lost a loyal customer. read more
