extremely slow, I've been waiting (and still waiting) for over 30 minutes past my scheduled pick up time.

If I could give this location no Stars I would. I placed an order and after an hour, I called them to see where my order was going to be delivered. I was told, by a man who later identified himself as "one of the managers" that he couldn't tell me when I order would be delivered because their "driver's" mode of transportation is a bicycle. He then said "the driver " left 45 minutes ago with the other orders and hasn't returned to pick up my order. I exclaim, "Are you kidding me?" He tells me in a rude attitude that I can cancel my order or just wait, like everyone else. I tell him that in the past when this location has had issues with drivers, another manager would call me soon after my order to let me know their situation. This person, however, blames me the customer and that I should expect what I should since I am having other people make my food. I cancel my order and he tells me it will be 3-5 days before my money will be returned. I then ask if it is, too, being delivered by the dude on the bike. He goes off and tells me their food "ain't that great anyway" So here I am two hours after my initial order, still hungry and ready to never frequent this establishment again. First was sad they don't deliver to my house, only 3 miles away. But was craving it, so decided to place a mobile order and go pick up. We ordered it 30 minutes in advance on the app, wasn't ready when we got there. Which, is fine, I know staffing issues are widespread right now. But, when we finally got our food and got it home, the lettuce was brown/red tinted. My husband's received a completely different sandwich than what we ordered. I get the veggie option so my sandwich is largely lettuce, so was hardly anything left on it after scraping the brown lettuce off. Every order is incorrect, messed up and takes over an hour for delivery across the street. Last delivery was over 2 hours and the order was messed up. Manager was very rude. No offer for a refund, credit or exchange. Decided after over a year of late and messed up orders to just walk to campus corner. Only ordered a sandwich, was charged more and than I should have been and it was incorrect. Called the manager and again he was very rude. Nothing freaky or fast about the delivery .I live exactly 1.3 miles for this location. Takes at least an hour each time. I also use the "leave at door" option because I have a large dog and it's easier than trying to keep her in and get the food. They get that correct about 1/3 of the time. read more

This is an average Jimmy John's location. The counter people were polite, the girl with dreads is very nice. But for some reason they feel like their oil and vinegar is made of gold. In other words, they are extremely stingy with it. I asked for an extra side of it. I get "Oh, we don't do that that, we don't have small portion cups". (What kind of place doesn't have side cups?) So, I asked them to put extra on my sandwich. Did they? No. So I ate a dry sandwich. Again. I hate dry sandwiches!! Jersey Mike's across town is more expensive, but you get a much better tasting sandwich with fresh cut meat right in front of you. The man at the register was completely unhelpful. I was given a gift card which I had used in the previous week at the same store. The last time the card reader was telling me I needed to use a chip, which obviously the gift card does not have. The person I talked to said they were really busy and only had two drivers. 3.5 hours after I placed my order, it arrived. So, figured I would try to order some "Freaky Fast" delivered food for my wife and I. I am a disabled Veteran and cannot just "run out" all the time to get something to eat. So, have had problems in the past from here, but really like the food. Ordered food at 1:15pm. It went out for delivery at 1:24pm. Called the store at 1:50pm asking about where the order was, and the rude person who answered said "we only have one delivery person and it will get there when it gets there" I told him that is not my problem and this seems to be an ongoing problem. They should take the freaky fast off the website since it is false advertising. He said "Oh my god!' so I hung up. Delivery was finally made at 2:15pm, an hour after ordered. I will not ever recommend Jimmy John's to anyone ever in Norman. no apology, no refunds, even the time I never got my order. I ordered online and I got The beach and my husband got the roast beef with bacon. We got the order super fast, they arent lying about that. But my sandwich didnt have the alphapha sprouts and the turkey meat didnt taste very fresh to me. The tomatoes still had the white core on them which is not very appetizing. The avocado spread was hidden between the cheese and was barely any on there to taste. Thats just my sandwich. My husbands was very cold, the bacon was cold and chewy. I guess thats how its supposed to be but my expectations were higher, I figured the bacon would be crispy and not so cold. They both looked and tasted like a sandwich you would buy at a 7-eleven deli. No joke. The 2 stars is for the super fast delivery and courteous driver. The food gets zero stars! read more
