Management has the worst attitude ever. I was trying to redeem my reward and he got so frustrated that he kept saying it can't be done. I ordered a Fiesta sandwich and he rushed my sandwich. I said hold on I want to order banana peppers. He said hold on we will see if I can redeem. Then when I give the manager my reward number. He says. He can't accept it 2 number's in. I forgot how great their sandwiches are! I love the original and swear I have tried one or two others, but I just can't stop. I want to try the other things on the movie, but their bread, the slightly crisp on it, and the amount of meat and veggies is perfect. There are so many things. If you don't want a sandwich, didn't let that stop you from trying this place. These just too many things I try four to dismiss it. Haven't eaten at a Schlotzsky's in years since it closed in our town. We're impressed with the new menu and the food quality, flatbreads, pizzas, salads, sandwiches, soups and deserts. Staff is wonderful, friendly and welcoming. There is plenty of seating including outdoor patio area. Turkey bacon club on sourdough is wonderful, bread was soft and fresh, turkey was warmed and flavorful. Loaded potato soup was creamy and delicious. Definitely recommend getting your hunger on here. I would give the company a zero if I could. If you use the "APP" they are charging you a 3% upcharge. They claim it is to support the website "Right". It just happens to be the same amount your low life merchants charge you to use your credit card and do not tell you. I'm sure it is in their Terms of service. They know no one reads this garbage. The manager should of just been honest with me. Schlotzskys is collecting their credit card up charge from their customers. I don't know what happened... this is not the French Dip it used to be!! Yikes... no carmelized onions, but sour kraut instead??!!! I don't think the meat was even beef, and there was hardly any in it. The au jus was sooo salty, and I don't know what all the black flecks were in it ‍ This was a small and cost more than the large original my boyfriend got. $8.39! Stopped for lunch on our way from Texas to Illinois. Food was fabulous! Gluten free options were delicious! Manager/owner was over the top kind and helpful, genuinely cared about our celiac people. Would definitely visit again if we lived close. read more

This is a great place if your craving a sandwich made from daily fresh baked bread. The place is always clean. The owner is often present and makes you feel like family. Today I ordered Schlotzkys buy one get one free pepperoni pizzas for lunch, and I was not impressed with the amount of toppings and sauce I received. The cheese and sourdough crust were delicious, but I ordered pepperoni pizzas with sauce. Not impressed at all, so if you order this I advise you to check them before leaving. 3 stars isnt terrible. But this is the first time I've eaten here since 2012 and it really seemed to go down hill. All tables that were empty were dirty so we cleaned off a table and sat down. I asked for extra onions in my sandwich and didnt get any onions at all. Customer service wasnt terrible. But for 22 dollars for 2 people even with a coupon I guess I expected more. The bread tasted old and not fresh and I know for a fact they used to make their bread fresh every morning. So 3 stars for nice customer service. read more

Horrible manager he's really tall and like bald he treats the workers terribly and a while back i watched him throw a knife towards the oven and a little girl was right by him and he proceeded to storm off!!!! This place has went downhill. The last two times I have ordered from this Schlotzsky's, I have been missing food items when I got home. The service is slow. They are always out of side items. The last time I ordered, I asked for the sour cream potato chips. Drive thru lady says hold on. A minute later, she comes back and says they are out. I asked for another side item. Again, she says hold on. Again, a minute later, I am sorry but we are out. I asked for the chocolate chip cookie. Hold on...a minute later...out. But she says they do have sugar cookies. Great! On my first trip here I wasn't quite impressed, however, I'm currently in a fit challenge and eating very healthy and they have a great low cal menu! Therefore, I decided to give it another go around and boy I'm sure glad I did! I had the pick 2 with turkey avocado Cobb salad and turkey avocado sandwhich and it was awesome! Worst service ordered food on Valentines Day and had to repeat it a few times over the phone went to pick it up in the drive threw and checked it and it was wrong they remade it and when I got home it was still wrong and gave me the wrong chips extremely annoyed and called the store and asked for a manager and he was rude and did not even apologize. I hope someone sees this and understands that it would be nice to get apology I don't make that much money so when I spend it on food it's luxury so being rude to someone that decides to spend money in your store is not cool. read more

Upon arrival, I asked for a center Cinnabon after approaching the window I was told there weren't any. I asked if the other Cinnabons were cooked fresh after being offered one and cashier replied about 30 min. Fresh. I paid the difference for the Cinnabon to receive a cold one. After opening the package and learning that it was a previously refrigerated item, I asked for a refund. She (incompetent cashier) preceded to argue with me telling me she would just reheat it and I said I would rather not. After becoming frustrated she rudely asked for it back (snatched) it form my hands and said "your freeking money is back on your card, all of this for nothing". I asked her for a name and she slammed the window without giving it to me. I can not believe the behavior of this employee, I am outraged and really hope that some additional customer service training is rendered. read more

This Moore Schlotzsky's customer service and food are always good. I really am a fan of their baked potato soup with bacon and their broccoli and cheese soup with carrots. I love the fiesta chicken sandwich as well. This location has a drive thru and you get occasional coupons in the mail. read more

Wow! Customer service and leadership of the manager was very evident! There was a trainee who needed help at the cashier's spot and he stepped in, walked her through the process, did a great job leading and making sure she understand how the process worked. Then came around to tables and even brought out cookies and desserts to make sure the customers were happy after meals. Ok so this happened today, I was greeted upon entry, ordered and paid for food, three others were in line behind me, they all received what they ordered, so I patiently waited, 15 minutes later, I realized they just forgot about little old me!?!? Asked when my order would be ready, the lady quickly made it, handed it to me, no bag, no knife to cut it, and she didn't even ask if I wanted it heated...that's it! Thank God I didn't have to go back to work...it was cold...no choice but to go home and heat it myself where I had my own utensils!! Food is very good and always fresh, but what makes this place great is the atmosphere too. The owner is super friendly and interacts with guests. He's appreciates his employees and I've even heard him give them praise. The staff is super friendly too. He has family working for him which is awesome! Bad deal. Workers got our order wrong, but corrected it, yet not very politely. We also were SHOCKED by some strange behavior from one of the co-owners. When we entered, she was apparently folding napkins, but was swinging her arms over her head, singing loudly to the Christian music they play here, as though she were at a revival. Next, as we awaited our order correction, she told us, "I I love Schlotzsky's almost as much as I love Jesus and I really love my Jesus", which was fairly inappropriate, considering Schlotzsky's is a non-secular establishment. The food, as with every Schlotzsky's I've visited, was excellent. But the incorrect sandwich, combined with our having been forced to watch a part-owner reveling in the throes of some sort of religious bliss, was off putting. I was there for lunch, not witnessing. I don't enjoy being forced to experience religious music and/or wildly spirituo-ecstatic behavior OF ANY SORT. I'm a spiritual person, but this was waaay inappropriate. read more

This is the best Schlotzskys we have been to in a long time. The service is wonderful! The broccoli cheese soup was so tasty and came with delicious warm and yummy flat bread. This place should not be allowed to have a drive thru because I believe you have to go in and order to maybe get the correct order. This is the 4th time in a row that my order has either been missing a sandwich or the sandwich has been wrong. It truly is a big inconvenience to have to drive back to the store and wait in line all over again to get the correct order-- only to be treated like it is my fault the order was WRONG. NEVER AGAIN! This used to be a great restaurant with fast service, friendly people, and hot, delicious food. After my last 2 visits within a month, I am sad to say this is no longer the case. Sunday night, 9:00, my husband and I went in to get a sandwich to go. We've had issues here before with getting our orders wrong in the drive-thru. Silly us, we thought we could get a correct order by going inside. Wrong. There were NO other customers there. On the way in, some woman who works there was sitting out on the patio, singing at the top of her lungs. That should have been our first sign. We went in and ordered. After waiting over 15 mins (for 2 sandwiches), and listening to the cashier guy gossiping loudly with the girl making sandwiches in the back about who is dating whom, we finally got our food. Took it home, exhausted, and they'd screwed up BOTH sandwiches. How hard is it to make 2 sandwiches correctly with NO ONE ELSE in your store? I was seriously perturbed. It is a pattern here. I called and was offered a free replacement meal or a return of the charge on our card. I chose the latter option, as we don't plan to come back anymore. Three strikes and you're out. read more
