Y'all! This pizza is so tasty! This little pizzeria is definitely a local gem! There is a small dine in area but we chose pick up. You can smell the pizza when you pull up as the door opens. I would even order my "mistake" pizza again. I didn't double check my order and realized I ordered a sausage pizza instead of pepperoni. When I was at the gas station next door I called really quick and he literally had my whole order done just 5 minutes later than it would have been originally! The sausage was small soft crumbles. Definitely a nice change to what we're used to having. The La Bionda was a pleasant difference to our usual pepperoni. The crust has the perfect chew to it. The pepperoni was also amazing! We will for sure be revisiting Amici's! It was a tiny bit salty but I prefer that to the sauce being sweet. read more

We lived in Italy for six years and loved the culture, people, wine, and food...especially the pizza! We were so disappointed when we moved back to the States and the lack of authentic pizza. So, imagine our joy when we found Amici's...REAL pizza!! The "cheese on top" was speaking with the owner and learning he was born and raised in a city close to where we lived. Absolutely incredible. The house salad was so fresh, crunchy, and full of flavor, you can truly taste the quality of the ingredients. The Genovese and Amici pizzas were next level, perfectly cooked, balanced, and insanely delicious. Quick service without feeling rushed, which is hard to find. We even met the owner, Socal (hope I'm spelling that right), and he made us feel like lifelong friends the way he welcomed and treated us. Warm, inviting, and authentic. Food wise I would give it a four. For the price I expected more toppings. Also some of the seems to be MIA. What brought the score down to a three was the service fee. I spent 27.00 on a large Pizza and was charge a two dollar service fee just to order the pizza. I should not have to pay a fee just to order a pizza. I rather they built in the cost into the pizza rather than charge a fee. read more

Wowzer, what a great find. We took a road trip of rural Oklahoma and found ourselves in Norman around dinner time. We had a hankering for pizza and Amici pizzeria received high marks on social media. We started off with a Ceasars salad. Cold, crisp, and scrumptious. Then the pizza arrived. We selected to build our own. All I can say is "Fantastic". A nice thin crust with plenty of toppings. A flavorful pizza sauce rounded out this delicious pie. We would not hesitate to drive from north Oklahoma city all the way to Norman to have Amici's pizza again. Excellent representation of NY Style pizza. Went in expecting more of a Neapolitan style due to the restaurant name, but the pizza is definitely more in the NY style realm. The underside was nice and crispy. The crust had excellent chew yet was soft in the middle. Toppings were solid. Tomato sauce was true to style as was the cheese. Glad the west side of Norman has a NY pizza option again. If you're a fan of NY style pizza, give this place a shot. read more
