Multiple times over the last several months they have messed up my order not getting it right one single time. This last time i asked for a manager, explained this and to get my order corrected. The manager who not only looks 12 but acts like it was snide, barely apologetic and offered nothing to make up for me having to spend 30 minutes turning around on the highway to get my order straight. A bag of chips, small credit, offer to make the new sub a little meatier...anything would have worked wonders but i guess they don't train their managers to provide good service or make customers happy. I will not be back again! Saying "have a nice day" in a very sarcastic tone on my way out was the final straw for me. So professional, NOT. Unreal! read more

Went in ordered 3 subs. They make 4 subs. One I did not order. But was charged for. When I brought it to their attention the first person tried to make it my fault. This has been our go to location for years. The sandwich we ordered was made incorrectly. We ordered on the go. When I returned to the store I was told- next time make sure to indicate exactly what you want, there are a lot of new staff on the sandwich line that don't know the rules yet, and sorry for the inconvenience. I did order exactly what I wanted- it's the exact same sandwich I order every other week. It's sad that they can't replace a sandwich they made incorrectly. read more

I absolutely LOVE Jimmy Johns! This company is obviously great to work for because I have always had a great experience. These kids actually WORK and take pride in what they do. They are fun, helpful and they work w a hustle that I find very refreshing! So many millennials act as though they would rather be anywhere else than "present " at their job. Whether Jimmy Johns employees like their job or not, they work with purpose and seem to enjoy it. They even seem to appreciate me, the customer, and are always passionate in their recommendations, which keeps me coming back. When I told the cashier today that I was on Weight Watchers and needed to order a lettuce wrap, he very enthusiastically suggested the #12 with hot peppers. I added Jimmy Sauce (a delicious vinaigrette) and Jimmy Mustard, a combo another worker said he gets on his all the time, and it was FANTABULOUS! They were even excited to roll the wrap since they probably don't get many orders for them. Too cute! This particular JJ is very cool-looking and clean and they said they do a huge carry out and drive-through! I can see why! Maybe the excitement is because they have have several team members working at once, but it has to be good management as well. I'm sure it costs them a lot to employ so many at once but obviously it pays off in the long run. Brilliant concept! Love all of the decor as well! This place has gone downhill and definitely does not follow quality standards that most JJ adhere to.... For one, paying $25 for 2 subs was enough to make me take them off of my frequent dinner-on-the-go places during baseball season, but then to add insult to injury the bread was stale, the cucumbers were translucent so clearly not fresh, and it was just a bad overall experience. We ordered a 16" sub, and when we noticed they hadn't planned on cutting it and asked them to they acted annoyed by this request. Who would want to pick up a 16 inch sub and eat it without it being cut in half? read more

Com'on it's JJ's, good food fast. Been eating at several locations since attending Wayne State and I will never stop. Most people get sick of their default food option once they finish that chapter in their life but nope, JJ's is good and worth going back. Having whole grain, white roll or unwich options make life better here. I typically go for the grain sandwich bread and the Beach Club, Country Club or Club Tuna. They add what I want, remove what I don't and go extra where it's needed. The peppers, dijon mustard and chips make my experience here just as good as my homemade sammiches. Then they cut them in half, neatly without losing the bulk of a good hearty, layers and flavorful sammy. The ingredients are fresh and crisp, nothing sitting waiting to be enjoyed. The cookies, drinks and chips are nice add-ons but most times are not needed as their signature sammy's fill you up and sometimes leave you something for later. read more

I usually use kJ as my go to when on the road. This location is terribly more like subway. Their afraid to put lettuce or much of anything extra even if you ask for them. Talked to one employee to tell them they didn't make the sandwich as requested. His response was " I doubt that, what's wrong with it". I have been to many jimmy johns and never had an issue but I've been to this one twice and had the wrapping that contains the meat in my sub. They don't remove the plastic wrap from the meat enough prior to slicing and my sub had the remnants from the sliced plastic in it. Disgusting. I am now unable to eat at any jimmy johns. The staff is just too lazy to remove it. read more

I've been going to this location for a while, not only because it is very close to my work, but also because of how friendly and how efficient that staff is. I always get either #9(Italian Night Club) or #15 (Club Tuna). Today, I got #15 and one gentleman there (Ben) asked me if the cheese slides out as I eat my sub and I said yes, it does. He said let me make it better for you. I have never enjoyed a better Club Tuna Sub as I am enjoying eating it right now as I'm typing this. I usually like this location but it's Not freaky fast. Rather slow but MOST of the time our order is accurate. Yesterday we ordered a Vito no onions and they rang up and made something called a Country Club. We ordered at the drive up window so we did not notice the mistake until we got home. Vito and country club don't sound the same so I don't understand how that happened. read more

They messed up my order and I was simply asking one of the employees how much the giant 16 inch sandwich cost because that's what I had originally ordered and I had already paid for an 8 inch sub plus a bag of chips and I wanted to know what the difference in cost would be because they basically just charged me for 2 8 inch subs and he wouldn't just give me a straight answer. He was rude af and just kept saying it's a 40 cent difference and he's like I'll take it out of my own pocket. How insulting..they need to find new employees and definitely fire that asshole.
