Absolutely Horrible! This was our first and LAST time eating at a Jimmy John's. The service was absolutely horrible, rude, and inexperienced. There was trash everywhere and after waiting for almost forever, all five of the sandwiches we ordered were incorrect. Nearly double the prices of other locations. I won't be coming here, overpriced. Charges extra for adding extra veggies too when all other shops it lists as freebies. I'm not paying $7 for a mini sub when it's $3.50 other places. Over $11 for normal sub when usually $6.50. This place is a rip off. read more

This is the worst Jimmy John's I have ever ordered from. I work fairly close (5 minutes) from this location and occasionally order for delivery. I have received my food missing multiple items from the order. I have ordered and it taken an hour to get my food delivered. "Freaky fast sandwiches" is certainly not this locations moto. If you close at a different time then what's posted online, CHANGE YOUR HOURS ONLINE. Every time I try to go to any of the locations around town at night, they are literally always closed when they say they are still open online. However there are still people there picking up the phone and the staff is ALWAYS rude to me when I call and ask what's going on. This was my first time at any of the locations and I have to say these are far from gourmet sandwiches. The sandwich looks like it has been sitting for a while and it looms like someone sat on the sandwich. I also had the order delivered and it was wrong and I had to go pick up the correct sandwich because I was told it would "be a minute" before the correct sandwich could be delivered. I never rate JJ less than five stars but this location was disappointing. I'm a big fan of their Choc chip cookie and I ordered four. First one didn't take like what I'm used to. Worst sandwich place. Ordered a giant turkey Tom and they didn't put anything I asked for on it. Not even tomatoes that it comes with! No mustard, no vinegar, just oil. A grotesque amount of oil and mayo. Sloppy, barely any meat. What a joke! Put a complaint into corporate because I want my money back! $20 sandwich and it was maybe worth $8 for the minimal ingredients and service. I know it's hard to get a sandwich just the way you like it when your not making it, but how hard is making sure at least the asked for toppings are actually on it? This location is awful! Their slogan is "freaky fast delivery", but I've waited over an hour multiple times! On top of that, they don't even have a delivery driver from 5:30 pm- 8:00 pm! This does not make since to me! The subs look sloppy, with minimal effort put into them being made. I used to love jimmy johns in other cities, yet the carter hill location is less than sub par! Desperately in need of new management!!! I had to a star to continue, but they don't even deserve 1 star. read more

THE WORST Jimmy johns I have ever been to. Honestly, I have been there, gotten it delivered, everything because it's very close. No kidding 9/10 times the order was wrong. I had an out of town guest who wanted to see the Riverfront area. At noon we looked for a place to get lunch. Having never been before, I suggested Jimmy Johns. We both ordered an 8" sub. When we unwrapped our sub, we found that it had not been cut in half. I asked for plastic utensils to cut our sandwich.. They said we don't have any. Next I asked for packets of salt and pepper for the tomatoes. They said we don't have any. Then we bit into our sandwich and the bread was as cold as if it had been stored in the refrigerator. We took a couple more bites, through lunch in the trash. I was so embarrassed. I, for one, will NEVER visit another Jimmy Johns. read more
