My dudes Big John is a big joke. $9 for two slices of roast beef is CRAZY. I cannot believe that this is how low of quality this sandwich is. read more

I am trying to do low carb and they make any sandwich into a lettuce wrap. Also, they have whole dill pickles as a side. Yum!!

Absolutely Horrible! This was our first and LAST time eating at a Jimmy John's. The service was absolutely horrible, rude, and inexperienced. There was trash everywhere and after waiting for almost forever, all five of the sandwiches we ordered were incorrect. I even worry myself of the cleanliness behind the counter because both employees had their hair down. I would have left 0 stars if I could. STAFF WERE HORRIBLE AND RUDE. read more

Disappointing, poor service and dirty facilities l love Jimmy John's and this place made me Ill.

My daughter bought me a Jimmy John's sub today. It's delicious!!! Its fresh and the sauce they use has a very good flavor!! It's the best sub sandwich I've had in years read more

Jimmy John's has scrumptious subs. Fresh ingredients my fav !!! And excellent customer service!!!

Timely & friendly delivery = excellent; how've sandwich lacked the extra meat which was ordered and paid for online. Needless to say won't be returning. read more

Nearly double the prices of other locations. I won't be coming here, overpriced. Charges extra for adding extra veggies too when all other shops it lists as freebies. I'm not paying $7 for a mini sub when it's $3.50 other places. Over $11 for normal sub when usually $6.50. This place is a rip off. read more

Come on... 6 employees at lunch time 5 customers in the dinning area and no one in the drive through... 10 minutes for 8 inch sandwich to go.... that's freaky slow.... Montgomery Alabama... Slow Slow Slow! read more

Just tried again hoping things had changed. Ordered a hunter's club to avoid guac together. They didn't put tomatoes or cheese on my sandwich! They just put roast beef and lettuce and mayo. Ordered the sandwich as is. It's like they just forgot!! What is this place? read more

I love this Jimmy John's! I would eat here every day if I could! The service is fast and good! I wish I lived close enough to get it delivered! read more

This was my first chance to visit the new Jimmy John's in Montgomery. I picked up a JJ Gargantuan from the drive-through. I have been a Jimmy John's customer for years. Today's sub was tasty. I will return. read more

Jimmy John's - JJ Gargantuan - Sandwiches Near Me - Montgomery, Alabama

This is the worst Jimmy John's I have ever ordered from. I work fairly close (5 minutes) from this location and occasionally order for delivery. I have received my food missing multiple items from the order. I have ordered and it taken an hour to get my food delivered. "Freaky fast sandwiches" is certainly not this locations moto. After several bad experiences with this location, I decided to write this review. read more

If you close at a different time then what's posted online, CHANGE YOUR HOURS ONLINE. Every time I try to go to any of the locations around town at night, they are literally always closed when they say they are still open online. However there are still people there picking up the phone and the staff is ALWAYS rude to me when I call and ask what's going on. I wouldn't give this place any stars if I had the chance which is pathetic because I love Jimmy John's. read more

This was my first time at any of the locations and I have to say these are far from gourmet sandwiches. The sandwich looks like it has been sitting for a while and it looms like someone sat on the sandwich. I also had the order delivered and it was wrong and I had to go pick up the correct sandwich because I was told it would "be a minute" before the correct sandwich could be delivered. Terrible first time here. read more

So much for freaky fast delivery. This is the third time I've called and be told that I would take over 45 minutes because their driver wouldn't show up to work. I thought more of jimmy johns but I will never eat there again. I will be eating subway from now on. read more

I never rate JJ less than five stars but this location was disappointing. I'm a big fan of their Choc chip cookie and I ordered four. First one didn't take like what I'm used to. Second one def made me realize this is not even close to the taste I'n used to. Oh well everything from food to service sucks in Montgomery . read more

Great sandwich shop. Neighborhood really needed it. Cute menu with a wide selection friendly staff and fast service. Highly recommended.

Worst sandwich place. Ordered a giant turkey Tom and they didn't put anything I asked for on it. Not even tomatoes that it comes with! No mustard, no vinegar, just oil. A grotesque amount of oil and mayo. Sloppy, barely any meat. What a joke! Put a complaint into corporate because I want my money back! $20 sandwich and it was maybe worth $8 for the minimal ingredients and service. I know it's hard to get a sandwich just the way you like it when your not making it, but how hard is making sure at least the asked for toppings are actually on it? Never ever buying from there again. I'll go to my good ole' pub sub. Also, one kind of cheese jimmy johns??? YOU LOSE. read more

This location is awful! Their slogan is "freaky fast delivery", but I've waited over an hour multiple times! On top of that, they don't even have a delivery driver from 5:30 pm- 8:00 pm! This does not make since to me! The subs look sloppy, with minimal effort put into them being made. I used to love jimmy johns in other cities, yet the carter hill location is less than sub par! Desperately in need of new management!!! I had to a star to continue, but they don't even deserve 1 star. read more

THE WORST Jimmy johns I have ever been to. Honestly, I have been there, gotten it delivered, everything because it's very close. No kidding 9/10 times the order was wrong. Wrong as in things that were printed on the menu (cucumbers and avocado spread) didn't even show up on the sandwich.... There's a subway in the same parking lot. read more

I had an out of town guest who wanted to see the Riverfront area. At noon we looked for a place to get lunch. Having never been before, I suggested Jimmy Johns. We both ordered an 8" sub. When we unwrapped our sub, we found that it had not been cut in half. I asked for plastic utensils to cut our sandwich.. They said we don't have any. Next I asked for packets of salt and pepper for the tomatoes. They said we don't have any. Then we bit into our sandwich and the bread was as cold as if it had been stored in the refrigerator. We took a couple more bites, through lunch in the trash. I was so embarrassed. I, for one, will NEVER visit another Jimmy Johns. read more
