Apples, berries, granola, and nuts add so much personality to this salad. When you add the crispy chicken bites, it takes it to the next level. Plus it comes with the Zesty Apple Cider Vinaigrette! This salad is definitely on the sweeter side. So if you like refreshing and sweet -- this is the one for you. Pro-tip: add a medium fry!! I always order my food in the drive thru or through Uber Eats, so I've never been inside this location. I have sat outside and dined before. And it was a nice experience. Everyone is always kind and my order is always correct.

We recently moved to the East side of Nashville and this Bojangles is the closest to us, so we make our way over on the weekend mornings for breakfast consistently. While I cannot speak to the upkeep of the inside, the exterior/parking lot are never very clean and always seem to have heaps of trash strewn throughout the lot and landscaping. The building itself is in good condition and is holding up well, but they need to work on cleanliness. Food wise, we usually go with the Chicken Biscuit, BEC Biscuit and some Bo-rounds. While the BEC and Bo-rounds are always on point, the quality of the chicken biscuit tends to fluctuate. I have had meaty, crispy and hot chicken as well as flat, rubbery and warm. Service in the drive thru has always been decent. Nothing special, but nothing terrible. Not noteworthy on either end. Overall, its Bojangles and we get what we expect honestly.

I have popped into this location for breakfast more than anything else and have done so via drive thru or dine-in/pick up. The location can get busy on the weekend mornings, and this creates a back up on to Gallatin, so be careful during peek times. For breakfast my normal go-to's are usually breakfast burritos and biscuits. They always are as ordered no issues. When I seem to off script, as I did recently with a bagel sandwich, it was all kind of bad. I ordered no sauce, and they must have heard "extra". Also, half the bagel was inedible as it was too tough and chewy. Cleanliness is hit and miss, interior needs more consistency in checking the dining room and restrooms. Conditionally the space, interior and exterior, is in decent shape. Service is also hit and miss and inconsistent. I can have good service at the speaker and first window, then pull to the second window and get attitude. Overall, this is your quintessential McDonald's l option from food to cleanliness to service. You get what you expect, which is fine when the craving hits.

I know it's hard to find workers but everyone isn't trying to get something free! I brought the crap back, it could have simply been remade! She acted like I got it out of the trash! Due to her attitude, I asked for a refund! I will be calling the Board of Health! Really pissed off over her careless attitude! All people want is what they paid for! Nothing more, nothing less! It was clean and in good shape, and had active maintenance going on inside and out at the time of my visit. So, they stay on top of it, which shows. As with other locations, the lot and drive thru line are not that big and get backed up quite easily. So be careful pulling in and out here. Food-wise, I was let down a tad with this location. I ordered the Sourdough Jack with curly fries and a sweet tea. They were out of curly fries and sweet tea, and then when I got my burger it did not have sourdough, but a regular bun. They did not tell me they were out of sourdough buns when I ordered so I paid a little extra for a basic burger. The food was okay, but back to the bun...it was slightly tough and took away from the burger itself. The onion rings were hot and fresh, no issues there. Service was great. Both folks I encountered were very friendly. Overall, standard fast food experience honestly. While the craving does not hit often for Jack in the Box, in the moments it does I can see stopping here.
