    Customer service is top tier. Onion rings are decent. Lots of condiment variety. The burger was like a whopper with heavy mustard. I do like whoppers.

    First time here, and overall I'm not impressed. It was okay, but nothing to rave over. The food was about a 4.5 - almost excellent. The service however was about a 2, as I had to wait a few minutes inside for a cashier to address my request. He spoke with a lot of assumptions, and he seemed as if he was way too busy to help me. The place was clean, however it's not a high priority on my list. Overall, I gave the place just over 3 stars, but not enough to call it 3.5. My advice - order in the app and call it a day with this place. Hospitality is not a skillset they know how to do to any amount of degree.

    So, so slow. And wrong. This was the second time I tried to get breakfast here. The first time took seemingly forever but I figured it might be an off day or something. Nope. There was one other car in the line ahead of me. 22 minutes (yes, really) later and right before I was about to leave because I'm late for work by now, I was given a bag of food. Got to work and thought they had forgot my hash browns. On closer inspection, they gave me someone else's order. Sorry MIKE19, I hope you enjoyed what I picked out! On the plus side, the cashier, Atticus F. (which I'm positive is his real name) was very nice. Not nice enough to make me go back though.

    Breakfast Platter

    I went to the Madison/Rivergate store today and ordered 52.22 dollars worth of food. Ordered on line so I thought it would be ready when I got there. I got a breakfast platter with eggs and bacon also ordered extra bacon and eggs two honey butter chicken biscuits w/ 2 sides of honey butter. And some other things ( no problem there) so I waited 30 minutes and finally got my order. So I pulled around front to check out the order. I'm missing the 2 sides of honey butter and a chicken biscuit and the extra bacon and eggs so I go back thur the drive Thur let the cashier know what I was missing. Well your manager comes I tell her what was missing and she proceeded to tell me nothing was missing because she bagged my order and asked for the bag back. She said that the bags were open and told her I opened them to check my order. Then she said did you eat one of the chicken biscuit because I put 2 in the bag and started to go through the rest of the bag so I told her if she started pulling my food out I want it made over. Then I asked for the district manager number and she walked away. She would give me any replacement, information she never came back to the window.

    We keep coming back, hoping it will be better but service is ridiculously lacking. You would think that corporate would pay attention to a brand new location.. Sad

    The food is great here. The service is fantastic. The dining room and bathrooms are always pristine. The only negative is that the parking lot is very small and crowded. So we just park next door at the Lowe's so that we can get out easier. My favorite item on the menu is the jalapeño cheddar burger. Add some spicy ketchup to it to make it even better.

    Breakfast biscuits were old, very dark brown and very hard. I had to return them. They did cook some fresh ones and did apologize.

    I wait forty minutes only two cars ahead of me for a Luke warm burger with mustard only and cold fries. Eat anywhere else.

    Everytime I come to this location I always have to wait over 20 mins for one order. Yall need to get staffed . This don't make no sense .
