The slogan "fast fresh Italian" was only partially true at this Fazoli's location. The food was certainly fresh and hot, but service was extraordinarily slow for what should be a fast food restaurant. We dined in and there was no one else at the restaurant; however, I later noticed a decent number of pickup orders in the queue and I'm not sure how many people went through the drive through. Still, our order was simple (2 fettuccine alfredos and 1 spaghetti marinara) but waited ~20 min for our meal. Staff apologized saying she had all new workers - 3 people total in the back. Front of house was not staffed - so we had to wait to get the attention of someone in the back. Bathrooms were dirty - both toilets clogged. Dining area was spacious and clean for the most part. Plenty of seating. Would benefit from hiring more staff or better training those there! Would still come back as the portions were generous and flavors great for a fan of Fazoli's myself. Highschooler girl with braids and Lady with one front tooth are so incredibly rude even the staff in the back definitely felt uncomfortable. Pleasantly surprised! Adrianna, the cashier was courteous and promptly waited on us. We each had a salad, drink and pasta - for less than $30 - with real forks, real plates and endless bread sticks. They even bring your food to you when it's ready. 1,000 times better than the rude Chipotle down the street and less expensive than chic-fil-a (although I love me some chic-fil-a). Just got into town for a work event. I have been on an airplane all day, have a terrible headache, and just want to get a bite and go to sleep at the hotel. We don't have Fazoli's in CA but I worked there in high school in CO and love the food. I stopped and went through the drive thru, the outside of the building was very clean and the parking lot was cleaned up... so great job crew. The gal working the drive thru was awesome! The receipt says employee: DTOT, please give her a high five because she literally did everything correctly. She even upsold me which is hard to do with me. Fazoli's has a new menu which was amazing because they never do this... props to you Fazoli's!!! Here are my suggestions and recommendations from this trip. 1. Get a dozen breadsticks no matter what, this location did a really good job on the butter to bread ratio. Order a larger side of tomato sauce to go with it... just trust me on this. 2. Order an entire as a combo. Get the large drink if it's to-go because their to-go cups are huge and you get your money from it. 3. The side salads are worth it! They are large and could be a meal all on its own. 4. The chicken carbonara is ready good and heats up nicely. 5. The Italian ice is to die for!!! Or get the cheesecake it's really good as well... that's if you want dessert. All in all Fazoli's is never disappointing, and is usually consistent across the board. But, if you want to know about this location, I give them 5-stars and would 100% go back. read more

Usually I don't do this but the service was not great. I went through the drive threw and I watched a girl bag my food and leave it there while I'm sitting at the window for 15 minutes as this girl was walking back and fourth 5 times past my order! I work in food as a manager and I would NEVER EVER let a customer sit there and wait that long while it's sitting there bagged up! The girl kept looking at me as she walked by me and also looked at the food and then when she handed it out the window I didn't get a sorry for your wait or nothing which I found rude. On Saturday, September 5, 2020, I was in the mood for some baked spaghetti. I had not been to Fazoli's in years so I decided to go there and pick up dinner. There was a bit of a wait in drive-thru as there were a few cars ahead of me. When it was my turn to order, my order was taken with great courtesy and respect. Ihad a question about garlic bread and I received a great and detailed answer. When I got to the window to pay, I was treated like my business really mattered. This is so rare these days. I noticed the name on the young man's shirt - Jaheem. Great job Jaheem, you are an asset to this company. I truly hope you are appreciated! It's been some time since we have eaten here but we decided to run out for dinner and thought this was a good choice. So they bring the food and my order was wrong. I let the person know I ordered baked spaghetti and they brought spaghetti with marinara. They would not correct the order without charging me an extra dollar. Really? I just told them not to worry about it and refused the food. The other two people I was with looked like their plates had dried food on them. Today at 12:40p, we arrived to dine at Fazoli's. At 1:08p, we had finished our food and still had no breadstick delivery to our table. We asked three times at the counter for bread and were told that someone would come around with a basket. At no time during our dining experience did someone move through he dining room with a basket of bread. It wasn't even like they were busy. The credit card reader was broken, so they were only accepting cash, and had no more than 15 diners in the restaurant the entire time we were there. People don't eat at Fazoli's because the food is good. Breadsticks are a large portion of the value proposition, and this establishment was not living up to that brand promise. Fazoli's has always gotten my order right and the food has always been great here! Customer service is always excellent and the restaurant has always been clean when I've been there. Doc says I'm not allowed to eat here anymore, or we'd eat here once a week. Between the 3 of us, we tried at least half the menu, all wonderful. Service and management excellent. Spicy options are a special hit with my son. Cape Cod raised hubby loves their subs, and said marinara is almost as good as mine...which it is. My cheese sauces are better, but they are flourless scratch, which no chain can afford to serve, ESPECIALLY with F's low prices. They were understaffed once, and the floor was dirty twice, out of frequent visits. They also need more veggie choices, or they would get 5 stars, all the way. read more

Hey yelpers! Long ago I went to this very location when I was a kid and now as an almost thirty year old I still go here on my 30min breaks and I can do that because of the prompt service. Over the past 5 years maybe they've really upped their game and evolved into a place I feel more comfortable going to. Along with the fast service the wait staff is about a 4 of 5 stars and they're good about making sure the customer is taken care of. Food's not bad, compared to when I went as a kid it's gotten better but I've also gotten a more fine-tuned pallet that demands specific tastes and flavors and Fazoli's doesn't quite meet those specifications hence the 4 star rating of this review. In short it's still worth going to if you want some Italian fast food. Happy yelping! read more

Love to stop in for some great pasta and breadsticks. The girls working the register and floor are always super nice and give great customer service but the manager is always such a jerk. Greg or Craig I think is his name. You ask for extra breadsticks and he acts like it's against the law. On a scale of 1-10 definitely a "1". When you are handicapped and do an order on the mobile app and pull up to the speaker and are told you can't pickup in the drive-thru you have to come inside. I live in a town where we don't have one, so when I visited TN this time, thought I'd get some food for me and my family. Sad to say, I will not be returning to this location due to customer service. Ordered two classic samplers from the drive-thru in the evening. Thought i'd order food for LUNCH the next day since it's currently very inconvenient to travel as a third trimester pregnant woman with sick kids around lunch time. Opened my classic sampler this afternoon and was disappointed to see barely any Alfredo sauce on our fettuccine and the spaghetti was marinara and not meat sauce. That's fine I thought, I'll live with it today, kids are hungry and I can call while they nap to let the manager know that's what happened and if he/she can rectify this the next time I stop by. I call them today and instead of being understanding and helpful, I am told I have to prove that I didn't get meat sauce by bringing in my food. Really?! I have to go out of my way to because of a mistake on their part? I'm disappointed with this store and will not be returning here. The drive-thru attendant was nice, but the manager the next day was not so kind and understanding. Maybe it was a bad day for him but this kind of service is not what I expected. *********UPDATE********* As of 6:26pm TODAY April 20, 2015 my opinion has been changed due to excellent response and customer service of Fazoli's after I contacted guest feedback on their website. Got a call at 4pm from the regional manager of Fazoli's because he received a call from the GM that I conversed with earlier. The manager at this store wanted to make sure he could help me out. He didn't want to leave a customer unhappy. I'm glad he made that effort, it says a lot about his care. I went in the store and got to meet the manager in person and we both talked and he said that he didn't mean to be short with me due to lunch rush. He was very kind and I'm glad I went back in to have him clear things up. It's always different when you meet someone in person and communicate face to face. He and the regional manager explained that it was company policy to ask for a receipt or have the food brought back. I guess it's never happened to me before to be asked to bring back food, so I was taken back, but I get it now. I truly appreciate the timely effort they put into responding to this situation. My mind has been changed and I WILL BE RETURNING TO THIS STORE the next time I visit TN. Thank you Fazoli's for being true to what you say in your store mission and values. read more

This is the fanciest Fazoli's I've been in. I am very impressed, it is very spacious, clean, organized and even has a party room. The staff could learn a little more Italian and explain their menu a bit better, but Arielle was a gem. Stop by here because Chick Fil A is way too crowded. read more
