We hit this location up on occasion and I have never truly had the same experience twice. Service is hit and miss, but I have found better service through the drive thru than dine-in. Service has never been terrible, but it is always mediocre at best. Food wise, chicken tenders and wings are always solid and as expected, however the fries are either on point or gross and soggy. We usually make the request for extra seasoning on our fries and it is honored about 50% of the time. Location is clean and well kept. Overall, standard Zaxbys location that lacks consistency in service and food quality. We enjoy Zaxbys so we take the risk on occasion.
