This Taco Bell is situated in one of the busiest parts of Gallatin Pike, sitting next to Cookout and BK on the corner of Conference and Gallatin...and for the most part is your standard Taco Bell location. I have swung through this location a couple of times and each without issue, delay or problem. Dine-In was solid with no delay, and "fresh" food within a few moments. Sweet Tea was a bit off, but TB isn't really known for their tea, so I let it slide. Drive thru was a bit more of a wait, even with just a few cars. Nothing major, but a noticeable difference. Service was fine both inside and out. Nothing spectacular, but decent for a Taco Bell. Overall, wouldn't mind swinging back through when that craving for the Bell hits! read more

Terrible and slow service. Everyone in line was asked to pull over and wait for their food. While parked I noticed two employees outside taking a break. One larger built male and a small sized but taller looking female smoking, and what smelled like an illegal substance. Food was delivered to us after 15 minutes. this was once my favorite Taco Bell ,then the food got bad so I went to the Goodlettsville one. after a while I went back to try again and different staff and food was a lot better. now it never has anybody in line so I went through drive through and ordered several meals and asked for a little extra sauce and the woman said sure. when I got home it had 2 packets in the bag. Alright, this place has a ton of bad reviews, but I have to say this is the Taco Bell I most commonly visit and I've never once had a bad experience. Any time my order was incorrect it was always corrected with an apology. It's never been disgusting or unclean and they've never been out of any items I was trying to order. Just this past weekend my wife and I visited for a quick meal and they were very understaffed. We used the kiosk to order and the lady behind the counter apologized for the wait and thanked us for our patience and even gave us a free drink for our wait. Sure, a fast food place is going to get a lot of flack, but I haven't ever experienced that at this location. read more

Wow....just wow. So, I work third shift and sometimes I don't eat literally for an entire day because of sleeping. Anyway it was one of those days and I was starving so I went to this taco bell for sustanance within a good 20 minutes of still getting to work on time at 11pm. Drove up to the drive through menue where someone was in front of me. After 10 minutes at the drive through menue I finally pull up to the speaker box to place my order. Only to be informed that they are currently out of chicken and beef! WHAT! I mean, seriously? Then he tells me the drink machine is on maintenance as well. What does that even mean? Be careful when you walk in, the floor is always greasy and you slip when you walk. In the women's restroom the back half of the toilet is missing and it feels like it's gonna break the whole time. The people always look so angry too. read more

Stopped in for lunch and had a great experience. Order was completed in a reasonable amount of time, food was fresh and order was correct. Skylar K was my cashier and while my food was coming along she was shouting encouragement to fellow employees and praising their work. The whole crew was kind and seemed like a good lot. I waited about six minutes, which was pretty good considering how busy they were. Are people really leaving negative reviews about waiting 10 minutes for food?? This place was beyond dirty! We went in ordered our food paid for it then realized how disgusting every surface was. The floors, tables, drink area, everything was filthy. Took a look back where they were making our meals and it was just as filthy as the rest of the place. We left didn't even get our money back and certainly would not have eaten any food made there! I'll be honest this is quite possibly one of the most bad experiences that I have had with Taco Bell. A lot of taco bells are slow but I've never found one that is had me this dumbfounded before. I requested a power burrito and a water and then some food for my daughter. They input it into the system as a power bowl and water and then ask me what else I wanted. I corrected them and saying that I needed a power burrito not a power bowl. The lady then proceeded to ask me " so you wanted a bowl, right?" Then I turned around and corrected her again that I wanted a power burrito. She then could not get the menu thing to work to go past the power burrito and after 2 minutes of nothing I heard hi there how are you doing today? Can I take your order? I replied that I was still waiting to finish the first order and she said oh yeah so you wanted a power bowl correct? I immediately replied and said no I wanted a power burrito which is actually what it says on the screen. She said okay. So I completed the rest of my order and when she read it back to me yet again she said power bowl and when I corrected her yet again she said oh yeah Power burrito. The line moved ridiculously slow and I got up to the front paid for my meal and started to pull off so that the next person that had been waiting forever could get their food as well. And lo and behold I give my daughter her food and reach in the bag for mine and what do I pull out? A power bowl. Yes. After reiterating myself several times, I still somehow managed to get a power bowl. I drove around and went back into the drive thru and said that I needed to get my power burrito instead of the power bowl that I was given and the lady immediately resumed the shenanigans of saying oh you got a burrito and you wanted a bowl correct? I immediately said no I received a power bowl and I wanted a power burrito and it said a power Burrito on your screen. This same back and forth misunderstanding that somehow she was not getting the fact I did not want a bowl continued on for another 30 seconds or so. She then instructed me to go into the store and which case I was not going to do because I had to get my child out of the car to go in. I pulled up and she told me to pull around to the front and someone would bring it out but to get out of the drive-through because I was screwing their time up. No offense but if you're that worried about your time then maybe you should actually speed up just a little bit because the normal time that it took me from the outdoor kiosk to the drive-thru window was approximately 15 minutes. Once pulled around instead of bringing me the Powerball that I requested an unprecedented amount of times, she perceived to ask me for my receipt to prove it. Sadly I was never given a receipt so I simply reminded her that I had said power burrito 18 or 19 different times and told her that I had to drive over an hour and a half to where I was going and there was no reason for me to ever order a power Bowl. It took them nearly another 10 minutes to make the power burrito and I will say they did a remarkably great job making it once they got it right other than the fact there was an ingredient or two not typically found in the power burrito. All together the time I wasted on this Escapade I could have just gone to Red Lobster because I would have been out faster. read more

Several months ago it turned into the slowest fast food place I've ever experienced, line moves at a complete crawl, they can never hear my order, and takes forever to actually get your food. Came tonight cause wife wanted it and I can say I will not be back for a long time, which is sad because it's the closest restaurant to my house. This place is getting worse and worse, and Taco Bell is my favorite fast food place! The past couple times we've been, the food comes out cold or burnt and the tomatoes are outside the gordita. I've learned it's also too much to ask for someone to take your order even when there's no line and there's an employee standing at the register- obviously completing their text conversation is more important first.
