Asked about my day and had eye contact to help me believe they were listening versus just a passive conversation. She asked the manager if one of my beverages was available to be sure I got what I ordered. Assuming this item sells out fast. Waiting at a table for my order and had a stranger greet me and asked how my day was going before he left to his adventure for the day. Felt so natural and carefree. Then the same employee who had taken my order delivered my beverages instead of calling my name, thanked me, and wished me a wonderful day. It was a busy time and didn't have to go out of the way to do so. Didn't get to catch anyone's name but THANK YOU for your hospitality and service. My brother-from-another-mother have always visited this coffee shop after a game of Disc Golf when visiting family in Tennessee, and are always grateful for the hospitality and great service.

The cons... a lack of outlets is a BIG deal for me. I cowork and meet people for that a decent amount, so that makes it difficult to do. Secondly, the parking is pretty terrible. Not their fault obviously, but it's hard to find parking most times and it's only 2 hour parking, so having any work meetings there aren't the best. I'd definitely recommend it if you're not thinking of working/coworking, but for that specifically, I wouldn't.

I went with the iced white chocolate with almond milk, 16 ounce size and it ran me a bit over $7 total. The drink was okay. It was very mild in flavor, not coffee or white chocolate forward in taste. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't as expected. Service was also okay. The ladies working the window were efficient, but I would not call them "friendly". Overall, there was nothing terrible about my visit to Graham's. It was good, just nothing special. The shop is adorable, the drive thru is efficient, menu is solid and the coffee is decent. While I do not find myself in Gallatin often, next time I do, I will swing back through and check out something else on the menu. I liked the vibe and their mission, so it is worth supporting.
