While the employee who took our order was slightly discombobulated, requiring us to repeat it twice, she made it impossible for us to be truly cross at her because she was so cheerful. Zaxby's is the BEST! Sorry you Raising Canes fans. Lol! I'm from AL so Zaxby's is what we have there and I love it! Their chicken fingers are yummy, tender and seasoned well. I love the Chicken Finger Plate (4,5, or 6 tenders). I also really enjoy the Zaxby's Sauce. The plate comes with the amount of tenders you choose, fries, cole slaw and a slice of buttery grilled Texas Toast. The plates are so yummy! I have also had their Grilled Chicken Salad before. Now, not all Zaxby's are good. Some fry their chicken fingers and fries too hard and I hate that. However, this location was awesome! They cooked the chicken and fries just right. They were the perfect amount of crispiness and golden brown. The fries were also cooked perfect. The toast and cole slaw were also good. The staff was also pretty nice and accommodating. This specific location really struggles with their drive thru service. The timing is great, not a long wait, but they will most likely get your order wrong so check your bag before you drive away. It started as a running joke, but has since become a real thing where the family plays a game called What Will They Get Wrong This Time? Today was the 8th consecutive trip with the wrong sauces given. Was so distracted getting those for my kid that by the time I got home to eat my zalad, I hadn't realized they didn't even put my dressing in the bag. At some point, they don't deserve your business anymore. Sadly, their consistent failure at customer service has brought me to that point. read more

We do not get a lot of opportunities to eat at Zaxby's. Stopped in here on our way home from vacation. We really enjoy their products and like the selection on the menu. This management staff goes above and beyond. I went through the drive thru last week and got home with the wrong order. I went back and notified the management staff and not only they corrected my order but my next meal was free for the trouble. I recommend this location to everyone! Literally the worst Zaxby's I've been too. Meal was supposed to be a large for an extra .70 cents. The girl didn't put that in the computer so I paid 2.49 for what I thought was a large drink&fry but just the drink then wanted me to pay another 1.85 for the fry. Pros: new, tastes great. Salads served on glass plates. Bread is awesome. Salad was very tasty but the lettuce wasn't cold and chicken was lukewarm. Caesar dressing was excellent. Cons: plates covered in greasy fingerprints! Noticed other customers plates also had greasy prints! Hardly any lettuce. More croutons than anything else. No smiling faces on employees. Maybe overwhelmed? Wasn't very busy so doubtful. Not allowed to order grilled chicken by itself. Must be ordered in a sandwich or salad. read more

This location is located right off 65. I ordered the House salad and by the time I got my glass of water filled and walked back to the counter my food was ready for pickup. The dining room had many different sized seating tables so large and small sized groups can find a table or booth. My salad was ok. The lettuce was fine, tomatoes so so but with this one the fried chicken was super salty. So I can't give this visit a 4 star as since chicken is their thing, I would have thought that would have been made right. The restrooms were very clean and in very good condition. read more
