The drive through worker Andrea was SO rude, we said thank you multiple times and she didn't say anything. After we paid she didn't tell us if we were good to pull forward she just walked away, leaned on a pole, stared at us and didn't say a word, bad attitude over all. Fast service and hospitality is always amazing here. I appreciate the team's enthusiasm and it always makes my visit special. The renovation was completed a few months ago, and the inside looks beautiful and very inviting. The play area was removed which enabled more seating, so that's definitely a plus. The renovation also includes a second drive-thru lane, so now the line moves twice as fast. Thumbs up on the new changes! read more

Learn from my experience, folks. Don't use Chick-fil-A rewards on a DoorDash order!...or always grab extra sauces and salad dressings when you're there in person to keep a stockpile for when you don't receive your full order. If you place a mobile order for delivery through the Chick-fil-A app and use your rewards, if free items are missing, the rewards will not be reimbursed or re-delivered by Chick-fil-A or DoorDash. Why would salad dressing when ordered with a salad not be considered as part of the meal? My typical experience with Chick-fil-A is mostly good. That may be because I have always picked up my own meals. Today, I paid the convenience fee for delivery so my team and I could continue our meeting. After my "sorry for your luck but there's nothing we can do" experience today, I will not be using or paying extra for that service again. (Also, it wasn't just free items that were missing. We received a partial refund for other missing items.) Guess it's just dry salads for us today. read more

Once again, the staff of this delicious restaurant has failed to fulfill a order. I ordered on the app and ended missing 2 entire sandwiches. I didn't realize this until I got home to the house full of kids that were waiting for their food. Multiple times in a row through the drive thru my portions have not been consistent on food. I've sent messages and contacted the location but they have not seemed to provide positive feedback. Very friendly staff most of the time. The place is always clean. I just think their food is average. I'd much rather get a home style chicken sandwich and/or a frosty from Wendy's.
