A friend recommended this place last year, but we never went there because we usually make our own wings and we've never had any at a restaurant that were as good as ours, until now. Ordered a wing meal online and went to store to pick up. They were a little behind but when they came out the wings and fries were hot and very tasty. Thee workers were friendly and told me they were coming right up. There were seats available so I decided to eat there. Wing flavors were on point and you really can't beat Wing Stop's ranch. After I finished my lunch, I was putting my containers in the bag that the order was in and a very nice lady came by and said "I will take that for you sir". How nice and polite. Nothing about these wings stands out. They're good, but not "amazing". They're wings. Ordered $65 worth of wings and got old stale, cold fries. Staff was rude and short. Vulgar music was playing loud from the back of the kitchen. There were a few gnats flying around while we ate. (Gross) I don't know that I'll be rushing back to eat here again. We had mango habanero, Hawaiian, and garlic Parmesan. The corn nuggets was pretty decent. Men's restroom was out of order, as well. AND.....What kind of chicken wing place doesn't have toothpicks???? Very good food & service most of the time. However, there usually is a woman in the front who completely ignores customers when we come in doesn't greet us or anything. Literally stands there ignoring us until another worker comes up and asks is if we're picking up or placing an order. read more

They take forever. When you walk in no one is at the front register; they're all in the back standing around. If you're picking up and your food is ready it's just sitting on the shelf and no one comes to give it to you. One guy had to go behind the counter and grab his food because they were taking so long. So Good! Service, Staff, and food was on point! Our family of five eats for almost $30 less here than BWW, but with more food also! The sauces a great, and the staff is professional and friendly! I have called this wingstop and been on hold 20 minutes which means they just aren't answering the phone. Sometimes the wings are good sometimes they aren't. Always a hit or miss they sometimes season the wings and then again sometimes they don't. It would be nice if the app had the extra seasoning option atleast since they often decide to not answer the phone or actually season the wings. I've even called and been on hold long enough to drive to the establishment that's really terrible service if you ask me. Again the actual wings are a hit or miss every time never consistent. I normally come in here and get fast service but wasn't even greeted and had to wait at the register. Cashier wasn't the nicest but that's fine, however there was loud music playing in the back that was vulgar. I also saw no gloves being used and saw them on their phone multiple times. I come here just about weekly to every other week since they opened. They are friendly, clean, always have the food ready by the time I pick up, and have never gotten my orders wrong. Flavor, quality, and portions are always consistent. Except for the thigh bites. Size DEFINITELY varies there so unless you're getting that for a snack or a party I'd stick to the wings/tenders. As for the comment that said their food is greasy I really think it depends on the flavor your choose, AND the fact that it is deep fried fried chicken...there is grease involved in the whole process lol. Louisiana Rub is the "greasiest" flavor, but I think you can offset this by asking them to only use the rub powder at the end and not add the oil to it which they do to help the rub coat the chicken. tldr: I love this place, read more
