I love KFC spicy chicken sandwich, and this one did not disappoint. However, that is the only good thing about this experience. Location: the restaurant has very poor access, on a corner next to a traffic light, so the exit is often blocked by waiting cars. On one side is a divided road so access only from one direction. Ambiance: none. The drink machine has been broken for weeks and the staff has no idea when it will be fixed. Toilets are sketchy and not always clean. Staff: usually only two people there. One cooks and the other does the counter. Quite polite, but service is slow with the limited staff. You have to ask for drink refills due to the broken machine. I was very happy to hear that KFC had brought back their Hot Wings...They had always been my favorite thing at KFC, and hated it when they had been discontinued a few years ago...So, I had been looking forward all day to having them for dinner tonight. I swung thru the drive thru, made the short 5 minute drive home and ripped open the box...as soon as I took out the first one out, I could tell just by looking at them, that they had obviously been cooked several hours before. On our last visit we ordered 16 pieces of chicken with the meal, when my husband got home with the food we had 2 of the for sides missing and half of the chicken. We ordered 1/2 original and half extra crispy. No extra crispy! Now we live 40 minutes from the KFC so I can't just go back and get it. I called and they made good on it the next day. Today we thought we would try it again, the fine in area was empty and the drive thru was slow. I again asked for a 16 piece bucket meal of 1/2 original and 1/2 extra crispy. We did get all our sides but got no extra crispy and we were short 2 pieces of chicken. When you pay $55 it would be nice to get what you paid for. read more

Girl was racist to my mom , she stated " uno" when my mom doesn't speak Spanish and asked how many sides you get and stated she says that to all the customers and got smart with my mom and rung her up for the wrong food. read more

We were waiting on them to open back up but not anymore. They gave us some legs that looked as if they had been out all night and the meat part had turned dark. We went back and got fresh ones and when the lady handed my husband the fresh ones, she said Check with a nasty attitude. I hope the older women that work week days are still there because if not we are not going back. Why would anyone give another person day old chicken, I wouldn't give that to my dog and she loves chicken. read more

Gallitin Restaurants are closed after 5:000 pm to people that need to used the dining room, but the drive thru is open cause that way they can give you the wrong orders,don't waste your time in Gallitin they don't want your money. read more

Today we decided to stop by for a quick lunch. So glad we did. Food was fresh. Dining area was clean. Serving size was huge. Service was awesome and fast! The cashier even gave my neice a free drink because we forgot to order her one originally. Will for sure be back :) read more

KFC is a hit or miss kind of day. Has most good luck but have had where they didn't have all my food or slow service.

After a great night at the local Gallatin theater, a group of us went through Wendy's drive thru and I can't tell you how horrible "management" was. The girl working the the window had a semi attitude but I understood it was more from the lady who opened the window and said "where the money?!" And basically shoved our food out the window without word. Gabrielle apologized and you could tell that "manager" probably gave her hell all night. We will never return. Please pay closer attention to your staff and do you yourself a favor and just go to surrounding areas that have a Wendy's. read more

Okay so I'm knocking out some chain fast food reviews for the area today! I don't frequent KFC (I try not to frequent fast food places but sometimes it's hard to pass up for a quick lunch when you're hungry) too much but every now and then I get a craving for it and as such I've been to this location about 5 times in the past year. Each time has been good. The Georgia Gold and the Nashville Hot, for fast food faux-interpretations of the dishes, are both very tasty. My most recent visit was for a $5 fill-up with the new Chicken Zinger. KFC's abroad have offered popular chicken sandwiches for many years but for some reason stateside they've never dipped into that until the recent mini-sandwiches so when I heard they had full sized crispy chicken sandwiches I gave them a stop. Fast food is not really that economical today but KFC's $5 fill up in this case really surprised me---a great full-sized sandwich with spice and crispiness, an order of potato wedges, a medium drink and a surprisingly good chocolate chip cookie. If I wasn't worried about calorie intake I'd stop in for one once a week! I've dined in once and grabbed drive through the other times and customer service at this location has always been good. read more

Gallatin has a buffet. Its 7.79 for seniors incl. a drink. Must get the drink. Pros.....mountains of mashed potatoes and cole slaw and fried chicken and biscuits, 2 kinds of gravy. Veggies like kernel corn, carrots and green beans. Had cabbage, peaches, jello, pudding. Cons... Didnt see any popcorn chicken or chicken tenders or potato wedges on buffet. Cons....never have baked beans its always white beans or pinto beans. A nice brown sugary baked bean would be so much better with the cole slaw. They wont put georgia gold chicken on the buffet or hand u a piece.!!!!!!!! Ran out of the one dessert item they had and said a replacement would be 45 minutes. 3 1/2 stars. read more

Well, it's KFC another chicken chain that serves soulless fast food. All the food here is good and acceptable if you are in a rush and have nothing better to eat. I recommend the Hot chicken. It's probably a temporary item, but if you order it at lunch it will probably be better than at dinner. If you like hot chicken then give it a try. read more

We decided to do take out tonight & chose KFC as they have had the best lil chicken sandwiches in town, however tonight we weren't as lucky. Like most people that work hard for their money we want what we pay for & expect a certain quality as far as when ordering something a specific way you expect those things to be made as asked. Long story short I repeated 3 or 4 times how I would like said sandwiches only to find out that my repeating my order was of no consequence as we get home to find that out order was not made as asked. It was a total waste of money. I totally get being busy & I totally get possibly not hearing what was said however what exactly is the excuse when it is repeated numerous times & told back to me as I stated it only to see when looking at the receipt that was thrown into the bag that it was punched in wrong..like how do u tell me exactly what I ordered & how I ordered it only to punch it into the system incorrectly. read more
