This location has fallen off a cliff in the past couple of years. Exponentially in the last 6 months. I understand supply change issues but not items not making it to table from the kitchen. It needs some serious management attention and set on the patio tonight. The take out attendant told us someone would be there shortly. Sat outside for 15 minutes waiting. The only server was one girl setting outside playing on her phone. Both my wife and I went inside at two different times; no one could be bothered. The restaurant was fairly empty, with several servers walking around. Another customer waiting to pay told us we should go to another restaurant. 0 stars. Lately have been out of everything. They forget your order, don't know what's on the menu, forget things you order or flat out get it wrong. They served me before my kids which if you have kids you know you can't eat until they're occupied. They hardly check on you. The experience here is declining since I first started coming here. My wife went to the bathroom with my daughter and there was puke all over the stalls. The customer experience here has declined so much so that I wouldn't recommend the place to anyone. I don't know why I keep giving this place chances. I ordered to-go nachos and it had maybe a tablespoon of queso. I broke it apart hoping there would be more at the bottom, but there wasn't. My family and I have eat at this location several times, sometimes twice a week. But have noticed some things that have made us not want to go there again. The restrooms are dirty. The faucets are out of date and steadily dripping. I preferred my usual wings, and they were cold, I sent them back and they brought me out 3 wings and asked if that would hold me over until the rest were done. I said wow, and asked for my tab. Above all... you can never use your buffalo rewards here due to them telling you the system is down. I feel like they are lying. They are coached to not honor the rewards due to lack of funds. Wing sauce was good. Wings were juicy, but tough. Haven't figured that out yet. Didn't seem over-cooked, just tough. Flavor was good. Server was confused and couldn't get available drafts straight. Finally brought a flat, oxidized Sam Adams. Turned out to be the last dregs in the keg. Manager was helpful and offered a freshly tapped brew, but food had arrived, so we declined. I am normally not a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings. Firstly, I don't like wings. Secondly, the service is usually horrible. Thirdly, it is always filled with college boy bro types and their respective "like whatever" OC loosey goosey's. Frankly, this place wasn't any different, except it had high schoolers instead of college frat boys. But our server took really good care of us so I was happy. We had a party of 10 and she did a great job getting us our food and drinks. I had a grilled chicken sandwich with the habanero pineapple sauce. The sauce was HOT, almost too hot. One more notch of hotness and it would have been too much, but I got just enough heat to give me a little pain and sweat without melting my tongue. We come to this BWWs often for lunch, and the service is always mediocre. Today it took 35+ minutes to get our food (which usually only takes 15 at the most) and the restaurant was not busy. The food was not fresh and our waitress was absent the majority of the time when we tried to figure out what was going on. When the manager came over, he seemed very unconcerned and said he'd discount our bills, which did not happen. By that time we were just in a hurry to get back to the office. The main draw of this place seems to be the atmosphere. Definitely cool with the seemingly endless number of televisions hanging on the wall. All of the times I have been the food has been good. Nothing spectacular, but worth the money. Highly recommend going on Thursday as they have super cheap boneless wings. Good margaritas too :) read more

Buffalo Wild Wings in Gallatin has the best waiting staff. You should request Paige or Desiree for your waitress. Not only are they quick, thorough, and good conversationalist, but also very cute. ( which is irrelevant but a nice bonus). The GM, Micheal, is top notch. I complimented his sweat shirt, and he gave me a lovely Guinness coaster in return.
