I love this Taco Bell. Only ones who do it up right with the rice in my cheese quesadilla.

they didn't cut either of my two quesadilla and the cheese wasn't cooked all the way. it tasted like a fat obese man tried making a snack.

This place sucks. Management get in here and do something. 15 minute waits in the drive-thru. Incompetent workers. Orders constantly being wrong. You gotta be hands on and not let the inexperienced workers to be left with no clue. As far as the food, it tastes like Taco Bell so there's a positive. It seems to be decent as far as the look and cleanliness but the overall ambiance of workers not being friendly and acting as if you are an inconvenience for ordering food and making them work is unacceptable. read more

Dirtiest restaurant I have ever seen. If I could give a place 0 stars I would. It doesn't look like the place has been swept or cleaned at all since it opened. Awful service, orders are wrong half the time and the food is poorly prepared/ tossed in the bag without care.

I waited in the drive through line for 30 minutes before getting up to the window. At the window, no one talked to me for 20 minutes. Up to the window, I waited 15 minutes just to get my order. The workers acted like this was normal for them and they didn't care. This happens almost every time I go there. I would never go here to personally get takeout. I only waited that long because I had a door dash order. This place is ridiculously slow. Terrible terrible TERRIBLE location. read more

The food was good, my order was correct but the manager, Robert was mean and rude to his staff. He was so unprofessional and rude it makes me never want to go back. I can at least say both times I've been to this location, the food was fresh. We just went this evening. Our total order was 7 crunchy tacos supreme, one burrito supreme, one crunch wrap, and two cinnamon twists. And we asked for hot and fire sauce. We received the soft tacos, one burrito, two crunch wraps, and three cinnamon twists. And hot and mild. Went back through, they re-rang the order completely, they asked us just to keep the wrong order, and then brought us 6 hard tacos, 3 soft tacos, a crunch wrap, two cinnamon twists, and no burrito. Between the two orders, we got everything except one hard taco and brought home a ton of extra food. I've never gone to a drive thru before and had the whole entire order wrong, and I've never had a wrong order replaced with another wrong order. We like Taco Bell, we just won't be coming back to this location. Check your bags before you leave, folks! read more

The service was really bad and the manager started to get rude when we try to explain what they gave us wrong and than he slammed the window on us and than my two sisters when to see if it was ok but the manager got mad and raised his voice at them and he started to say "we are not going to give y'all free food." read more

The worst taco bell around. Constantly closed when they're supposed to be open, so many times I have showed up when they were scheduled to open or even 20-30 minutes after opening and they're still closed. They park cars in the drive thru lane to prevent it from being used. Their orders are never accurate, the portions are inconsistent, the wait times are ridiculous. I've filed out all the surveys with my experiences and never heard anything back, I've tried calling corporate and never get thru to a live person. Today after waiting 30+ minutes in the drive thru and paying $30 for our order, we glanced in the bag and it seemed accurate, got home and it had the correct receipt in the bag but was 100% someone else's order. Ended up paying $30 for 8 soft tacos. Called the store 5 times and the phone must be off the hook as it stays on the busy tone every time. read more

10/10 for incredible service! Stopped here around 10pm on a Saturday. It was a bunch of younger kids working but they were so friendly and happy it was infectious. They got our order 100% right (a rarity these days) and all the food was super fresh and hot! I'm offering an update due to consistent service and other reviews. I initially gave this location 3 stars. Generally, I believe that is all a chain (especially fast food) restaurant deserves (and then only if they're doing everything right). However, now that I've checked in to this location about 14 times or so (more than any other fast food restaurant by far) I had to up the stars by 1 to a full 4 star rating: if you want fast food in Gallatin, go to Taco Bell. The service here is consistently friendly, fast and on point. The wait in the drive through no matter the line is never that bad. The food is always hot and fresh. And the value--you really can't beat it. For $5 or so you can get a ton of food that is really good. There are a great mixture of healthy (power bowl, etc.) and delicious but crazy bad for you (nacho fries, etc.) items on the menu. I avoided Taco Bell for years b/c when I was growing up they served low-grade meat in greasy stomach-panic inducing concoctions. Now they use mostly solid to great ingredients with a healthy list of staples and an always interesting rotation of new trial items. read more

Tried out Taco Bell's app to place an order for pickup. Tried going inside to grab my order, but there was a sign that said drive through only. Had to wait behind 12 cars to get our mobile order. 1/6 items were actually correct, 3/6 were the completely wrong item, and we didn't even get part of our order. If you love wasting 45 minutes and being disappointed in every aspect of your dinner experience, this is definitely the place for you! read more

This is the crappiest Taco Bell in the entire franchise. They constantly get all of their orders wrong, when you order a taco supreme, you get a regular taco. When you order on the app to pick up in the store, you get there and the stores closed and you have to go to the drive-through. Really nice location. The service was good, the food came out quickly and was hot. The store was very clean and it seemed like the employees enjoyed their job. This is not the first time here, approximately the fifth time. Still very slow, the employees, some working, others talking to friends that stop by, but this visit is the worst. The girl taking my order also decide to talk to some friends that were looking for another employee. Saw several customers come back cause there orders were short, one employee was outline the way he talked to a customer who got home and had to come back. He'd been there about 7 1/2 minutes when he wanted to know about he's taco salad. The customer was sort of loud but what the employee said to him was not called for. There's no other way to put it other than the fact that this particular place is beyond slow. I have been in this drive-thru for 20 minutes and only two times have cars been able to move forward. I would have left however I am pinned in by the unbelievably gigantic line that is now formed outside. The corporate offices to Taco Bell really should investigate management at this facility.
