First off I want to say the food is GREAT. Me and my husband were looking for some quick mexican food on ubereats and dosbros was the first to show up so we decided to try it, and i'm so glad we did! I got the nachos with the spicy chicken and added guac, the portions are incredibly generous half of my bowl was covered in guacamole. He got the steak burrito and really enjoy it as well! Delicious quick Mexican food. It is a build your own meal location. You can pick from nachos, burrito, tacos, quesadilla, or a bowl. We arrived around 8pm, and they close at 9. They still had all the options available. I got a chicken burrito with brown rice, black beans, cheese, sour cream, lettuce, medium green salsa, and jalapeño ranch. It was very good! The only thing I would change is to make the beans a little more flavorful. The chicken wasn't dry, and I loved the spice level for the green salsa. My fiancé got carnitas nachos with just about everything you could get. He did like that they had fresh jalapeños and red onions. He also ate it in all in about 5 minutes if that's any indication of how much he liked it. The only downside is that he was left with a bowl of runny liquid, he thinks it was because when they put the carnitas in they didn't drain the juice from the container at all. He also said it is now at the top of his list of quick Mexican places. It is very good and on Mondays they have a $7.99 special! read more

I am very puzzled by some of the comments in these reviews. I've eaten at this restaurant since it opened and it has remained consistent the entire time in food taste, quality, service and atmosphere. The food here is all organic and cannot be compared to Chipotle. They shred their own cheese, grill the meat, everything is fresh and hot and it's very clean. I eat here once or twice a week and the servers and the owners are always nice. If you don't like this place, you need to stop eating out because nothing will ever be good enough for you. They also catered our daughter's rehearsal dinner, and it was perfect in every way! When I'm eating here, I think "this is the freshest best food I ever have." read more

Disappointing bland food. Dos Bros is set up like a Moe's without the personality, flavors, or free chips and salsa. Bowls lack flavor and the base price does not include much: rice, beans, salsa, and lettuce. A small bowl can easily cost $15-$18 with add ons. Everything is an add on; meat, cheese, peppers, guacamole and anything else you may want. My last visit I ordered two bowls and it cost $33, no drinks and no chips with salsa. If the servings were bigger and the flavors tasty, I wouldn't mind the price. However, when you pair bland food with high prices, it leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Service is ok and ambiance is what you would expect for a strip mall food joint. After a few tries, I decided that I won't be back. read more

As we were passing places in Gallatin, we happened upon this adorable porch area in a newly constructed strip mall and the line was forming nearly out the door during lunch rush hour. Things I enjoyed: Many choices on the menu Fresh ingredients presented Efficient work line No touch pay Lovely covered porch area with large tables and industrial fans to keep the breeze blowing Things that could be improved: The tortilla chips were stale (they prepackage these and grab them on the fly if you order a combo- I asked others in our party if theirs were stale and they agreed as well) Staff on the ready that can immediately sanitize tables after groups leave. Places on the floor that reminds where people can stand as they wait to order Overall, I'm thrilled that Gallatin has a great place during lunch hour. We ordered with excitement of a chipotle type meal near home but were instantly disappointed. First, they messed up our order and didn't put one of the burritos in the bag and when I called the manager said we needed to drive back to pick it up but they apologized. I said that was fine but were they going to comp the burrito for the mistake (for the record they did not offer to do this automatically like other establishments do) and they responded "no, I can't but I can offer you free chips." Geez, thanks! The chips were stale and flavorless and the queso we ordered with them (at our cost) smelt of a bad odor and did not taste good! It was most likely bad so we didn't eat it...great job selling spoiled food! Next the burritos... they tasted like a wannabe chipotle or Qdoba. It was decent but nothing to rave about. You are better off driving to Indian lake if you want Chipotle but I wouldn't waste your time or money on this place. I give it 18 months and it's out of business, especially with the lack of customer service they offer. read more
