I love to eat at Dosbros. My Grandson eats here very frequently. I go when I can. Everything I eaten here has been very good and healthy.

I would not recommend this location. The lady at the front counter was extremely rude and short. Never got greeted. Her attitude was terrible. While she was making my food one of the other workers was reaching over her arms and then handed food to another customer. Bad customer service, find another location. read more

First off I want to say the food is GREAT. Me and my husband were looking for some quick mexican food on ubereats and dosbros was the first to show up so we decided to try it, and i'm so glad we did! I got the nachos with the spicy chicken and added guac, the portions are incredibly generous half of my bowl was covered in guacamole. He got the steak burrito and really enjoy it as well! Cant say enough good things about Dos Bros. We eat there probably once a week so when we had a party of 25 people, I knew who to call. Everyone that was at our party kept complimenting the food. Delicious quick Mexican food. It is a build your own meal location. You can pick from nachos, burrito, tacos, quesadilla, or a bowl. We arrived around 8pm, and they close at 9. They still had all the options available. I got a chicken burrito with brown rice, black beans, cheese, sour cream, lettuce, medium green salsa, and jalapeño ranch. It was very good! The only thing I would change is to make the beans a little more flavorful. The chicken wasn't dry, and I loved the spice level for the green salsa. My fiancé got carnitas nachos with just about everything you could get. He did like that they had fresh jalapeños and red onions. He also ate it in all in about 5 minutes if that's any indication of how much he liked it. The only downside is that he was left with a bowl of runny liquid, he thinks it was because when they put the carnitas in they didn't drain the juice from the container at all. He also said it is now at the top of his list of quick Mexican places. It is very good and on Mondays they have a $7.99 special! read more

This is my 2nd trip here and I won't be making another. It's not hard to be friendly. It gave irritated and racist just by me walking in the door as it was the last time I visited... I thought it was just in my head and wanted to give it another go, but no..... And it's crazy cause it's brown people (non Mexican) who look to own and work at a Mexican establishment. I go here very often it's so good. It's like a much better version of Chipotle. The workers are very nice and make sure to have multiple people making your food items so the line goes by fast! I am very puzzled by some of the comments in these reviews. I've eaten at this restaurant since it opened and it has remained consistent the entire time in food taste, quality, service and atmosphere. The food here is all organic and cannot be compared to Chipotle. They shred their own cheese, grill the meat, everything is fresh and hot and it's very clean. I eat here once or twice a week and the servers and the owners are always nice. If you don't like this place, you need to stop eating out because nothing will ever be good enough for you. They also catered our daughter's rehearsal dinner, and it was perfect in every way! When I'm eating here, I think "this is the freshest best food I ever have." read more

This is a different version of Chipolte but the same basic concept. The food is delicious. This particular one is super clean and the food is super fresh all the time! They are never out of anything either. I'm usually doing either a burrito or a burrito bowl. Spicy Chicken is the way to go... Then just run it through the Garden!! Add some Queso and you are loving life! I leave here full and feeling like I just had an extremely healthy and fresh meal. I'm a regular and will be for life! Disappointing bland food. Dos Bros is set up like a Moe's without the personality, flavors, or free chips and salsa. Bowls lack flavor and the base price does not include much: rice, beans, salsa, and lettuce. A small bowl can easily cost $15-$18 with add ons. Everything is an add on; meat, cheese, peppers, guacamole and anything else you may want. My last visit I ordered two bowls and it cost $33, no drinks and no chips with salsa. If the servings were bigger and the flavors tasty, I wouldn't mind the price. However, when you pair bland food with high prices, it leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Service is ok and ambiance is what you would expect for a strip mall food joint. After a few tries, I decided that I won't be back. read more

In this Covid existence, I've been frantically searching places that have outdoor seating. As we were passing places in Gallatin, we happened upon this adorable porch area in a newly constructed strip mall and the line was forming nearly out the door during lunch rush hour. We decided to take a chance on Dosbros. This fast food Tex-Mex did the job of filling our bellies in little to no time at all. Things I enjoyed: Many choices on the menu Fresh ingredients presented Efficient work line No touch pay Lovely covered porch area with large tables and industrial fans to keep the breeze blowing Things that could be improved: The tortilla chips were stale (they prepackage these and grab them on the fly if you order a combo- I asked others in our party if theirs were stale and they agreed as well) Staff on the ready that can immediately sanitize tables after groups leave. Places on the floor that reminds where people can stand as they wait to order Overall, I'm thrilled that Gallatin has a great place during lunch hour. Stay skinny eat here. Chipotle knock off with cheaper prices. The flavors were perfect and so refreshing to have healthy, good food post pandemic . Ordered rice and beans, chicken bowl and a wrap. Chicken was tender juicy, beans were flavorful and light. Really really love the concept. So much potential! Will only get "to go", atmosphere changed after new owners, took away out door TVs, just seems cold. There are so many workers I felt rushed, seemed like they were all stressed and sad. The vibe needs a new plug. Suggestions add music, put TVs back for game day, have a friendly happy environment and you'll double your queso in no time. The food at Dos Bros is consistently fresh and delicious. Yes they charge extra for queso, guacamole and extra meat but not others things people have mentioned - unless you are asking above the normal portion. In my many experiences here, the portions have been more than sufficient. I eat here at least bi-monthly. read more

Better than the big name competitor by a long shot! We've eaten in the restaurant and recently had Dos Bros cater a small gathering of 12 people. Outstanding quality, flavor, service snd value! Our friends raved about the meal and didn't leave too many leftovers! Mr. Patel handled our catering order personally and delivery was right on time. We ordered with excitement of a chipotle type meal near home but were instantly disappointed. First, they messed up our order and didn't put one of the burritos in the bag and when I called the manager said we needed to drive back to pick it up but they apologized. I said that was fine but were they going to comp the burrito for the mistake (for the record they did not offer to do this automatically like other establishments do) and they responded "no, I can't but I can offer you free chips." Geez, thanks! The chips were stale and flavorless and the queso we ordered with them (at our cost) smelt of a bad odor and did not taste good! It was most likely bad so we didn't eat it...great job selling spoiled food! Next the burritos... they tasted like a wannabe chipotle or Qdoba. It was decent but nothing to rave about. You are better off driving to Indian lake if you want Chipotle but I wouldn't waste your time or money on this place. I give it 18 months and it's out of business, especially with the lack of customer service they offer. read more
