Ashley and Brenda treated us like royalty. Biscuits were on point and service was wonderful!

DO NOT order via the APP at this location....they have no clue how to access the order and the "Manager on Duty" will take more time arguing with you that it's not her fault why she can't receive the order even when you show your screen shot of the order....when you finally receive the order and get back home- it's inedible as it appears someone legit walked on it with a boot- 2 sandwiches were smooshed so badly we had to throw them away....im not even going to go into the "customer experience" part- these people "In Charge" most likely wouldn't be able to comprehend my frustration....stay FAR FAR away unless you want to throw your money away and receive good that's inedible....and don't waste your time going back and showing them the deplorable food and asking for compensation- that's beyond their comprehension...Save your time and DO NOT GO HERE..... read more

Went during breakfast. Mil wanted burger and it was breakfast time. They still took her order and made it for her. The restaurant was clean and tidy. read more

We love this Hardee's! When Bessie makes the breakfast biscuits, they are wonderful! She is a keeper! Ashley is lovely as well!! Thank y'all! read more

Great Breakfast, COLD BURGERS. Breakfast stop only! There is only one, maybe 2 places to get a decent burger. It's your time to shine Hardee's! Make the burgers fresh PLEASE read more

I just had a bad start this morning. I decided to go to this place and pick up breakfast. The ladies working the drive thru made my day! They were so friendly and professional. Their names are Natalie and Tabitha! Their boss needs to give them a raise! read more

Dont hire people that don't want to work. You'll waste your time and money just walking in the door. Stood at counter only person in the store, waiting for 5 minutes watching them shuffle around, not greet me and ask me to wait then just flat "what you want?" with dead eyes. Then you say what you want, they get distracted by something another employee said or did and ask what your order was again. No I'm not telling you a second time. If you wanted my business, I wouldn't have to wait 5 minutes to tell you twice Fire everyone to teach new ones that won't be tolerated. Like your job or quit your job. read more

biscuits were great, good quality food. Service was excellent, very fast and efficient.

Hardee's in White House, Tn. always has the freshest food and we never have to wait for service. All the employees are ready to serve with friendly smiling faces. This location is always clean with a very pleasant atmosphere. Barbara goes above and beyond to make us feel like her quest. read more

5/26/2023 THE WORST food experience we encountered in our 38 day, 24 state, 8,500 mile road trip! We were third in line at the counter but the cashier spent all of her time putting orders together in the kitchen. After 10 minutes she took an order, then returned to the kitchen. After another 5 minutes waiting, the lady in front of us and my wife and I walked out without ever talking with the cashier! If they're still in business, AVOID this place. There are other fast food outlets in White House who want your business. read more

Horrible cashier who took order. Does not listen and we had to repeat everything. Then of course, because she didn't listen, part of the order was wrong. We got a double cheese burger with everything when it was to be ketchup and cheese. Then that same double cheese burger was TINY, like it was a kids meal double cheese. Then they over salted all the fries, it was terrible. The other burger was LOADED with mustard, it's all you can taste. Then you only got a couple of napkins. Definitely making note to not stop at this Hardee's when on the road. read more

This location has recently simplified the menu because they were taking too long to make the orders. So they took most of the good things off the menu. They Still take just as long to get the orders out. Never actually see more than 1 person working or not standing around talking. Makes sense why it takes so long to get the orders. Food is usually good, messed up our order a few times but one time ordered 4 piece poppers and got like 12. So not mad at that. read more

Very friendly staff. Very clean. We received food fast and everything was hot fresh. We will definitely be stopping back at this location whenever we are in the area. read more

Went through the drive through at Hardee's Whitehouse, Tennessee, today, and an employee was sitting in the floor with drink cups laying in the floor, loading them in the dispenser straight out of the floor. When told not to do that, she couldn't care less . Never again! read more

4 Stars for the fact that they were open on Christmas Day. They also got my order done quickly. Couldn't give 5 because one of the items were cold. I did appreciate the "honey q " sauce they had. And the chicken strips were better than expected. This was my first time at Hardee's and I definitely would go again and try a burger. read more

We stopped here about 3 weeks ago food was awesome. Thought we would try again today not so good. Burgers were made wrong, cold, overcharged. It will be a while before I even think about going back. read more

If youre travling on 65 coming up on White House, your hunger strike can be ended here for at least the next 4 hours or so. Just enjoying lunch. Observing the clean dining room and the staff making sure the dining room is clean, wiping tables first and seats on round 2 and the trash cans on round 3, and tossing the towel out; good way to make sure it doesn't find it's way into the kitchen. Sanitation is key to a safe place to eat, thank you. Service here is above average for sure, no balloons or silly cows in the lobby, but personal. read more

Hardee's - Fast Food Near Me - White House, Tennessee

See all

For what they do, Hardee's is a very good fast food operation. The prices are reasonable and basically, the food is very good. Excellent biscuits and sausage gravy ! I like a charcoal burger and Hardee's does this very well !!! The Big Hardee is a big meal !! Very good ! I like milkshakes. Hardee's does this item exceptionally well. Biscuits are top of the line. I wouldn't stop as often as I do if the food was low quality. The manager of this property is very conscientious and insists that the food be prepared as well as possible. I will be back !!!! read more

The food was good but the service was horrible I ordered the fresco burger with no mayo. That seemed to be too confusing for anyone there to understand. I had also ordered a large coke and curly fries which also got messed up. In total it took me 35 minutes to order. I would also like to point out I stared in the drive thru and had to go in since they were to incompetent to understand me through the drive through speaker. If you don't mind a long wait and incompetent workers it's worth the wait because the food is good. I'm only giving them one star because taking the order and correctly making that order is over 50% of the work. read more

Twelve to fifteen minute wait fro breakfast. Not cool. Food was average. Counter staff was friendly.

Went through drive thru 7 a.m. The girl who took our order was very pushy, constantly asking if we're done. We got our food and gravy was spilled all over in the bag! No cream and sugar for our coffee like we ordered, missing a fork. Ok "fast food", but they really need to check their staff and how well their doing their job!! read more
