Law abiding citizens who care for their own safety are not allowed to eat hear. Of course nothing is done to make the restaurant a safe place as they have posted a sign which encourages criminals to rob the place as they know they will not met any resistance, but does nothing to protect their patrons inside or outside in the parking lot.
