i came at 7:45 am and it didn't look open and there was nobody in sight as soon as i walked in a roach crawled past me and I IMMEDIATELY walked out all the lights were turned off nobody was at the drive thru and there was NOBODY I repeat nobody in sight. This is the first Wendy's, after passing thru Nashville. So on our long road trip up to Indiana from Florida, we typically stop here to grab a hot meal to help us power thru the remainder of our drive. This Wendy's is located close enough to 65 that you can get off, get your food and be back on the highway fairly quickly and conveniently. It would be helpful if Wendy's was added to the exit sign that lists restaurants and in what direction you can find them. We have visited this location many times and always had friendly and prompt service. A few times we have ran in to get our food so that we could use the restrooms and found the facilities to be clean. This last visit, I'm not sure why, but my chicken strips were just off tasting, tough and chewy. The rest of our food was hot and fresh and service was quick and friendly. read more

I didn't know it was standard practice to force customers to come inside to pick up a mobile, and then for them to be cussed at by a complaining cashier. Every other word was a complaint, or a swear. We just wanted to get our dinner; but, it seems he didn't care one bit about that. He just wanted to move along at his leisurely pace, and cussing at us like it was our fault. SO much incompetence and laziness it's RIDICULOUS!! Is this what customer service is COMING to?! FIRST of all, the restaurant was a MESS... trash everywhere, overflowing trash bins and unsavory bathroom conditions! SECONDLY... the chocolate frosty was ATROCIOUS!! absolutely disgusting! FINALLY (and, frankly MOST importantly!!)... UNCOOKED FOOD!! Not only did I take an order of fries back ONCE, but TWICE and still ended up with HALF a carton of uncooked fries! Okay so me and my mom came to Wendy's after we saw the line a mc Donald's. So once we get there there's no one there so we expect it to be fast right? No. It took them 10 minutes to give us microwaved fries and a microwaved burger. The burger looked like it hasent even been cooked just thrown together and out in the microphone or something and the fries weren't even fresh. Wendy's needs to get their old workers back because they made the food taste and look good and it was fresh all the time. This was our last stop at a Wendy's. Fast food has continually diminished in service and quality but Wendy's at least for some part had worked to uphold the customer service that they were founded on. This rated as one of the worst! The place was not busy but it still took us over 25 minutes to place our order. I don't think there was an adult aged individual working and the counter staff was much more interested in their personal conversations and cell phones than the customers in the line outside of the drive through which apparently they are scored on timeliness of orders. The dining room was filthy, but we found a table and wiped it down the best we could despite no paper towels or toilet paper in either bathroom and no napkins in the dining room. When our order arrived it was completely incorrect and not what either of us ordered. When I waited to ask at the counter the reply was "that's what you ordered." If it were possible to give negative stars I would but we decided to leave our food and find another place. It is sad but it definitely tarnished up on Wendy's and we have not returned to any Wendy's since. Definitely would not ever recommend this location to anybody. read more

This place has a sign requiring masks. Not sure where the customers were wearing the masks but it was not on their face. The employees say they don't have to wear mask. Go figure. read more

This place was honestly absolutely disgusting in the lobby. Sticky floors everywhere you walk, bathrooms were horrid, grime was visible even in the kitchen, ceiling was dripping god knows what. Not to mention 80% of the drinks on the drink machine were out. Worker at the register was nice though. However, I will definitely never be coming here again. I have been eating Wendy's chicken strips for lunch several times a week since they have been introduced. I have also noticed that they are slowly getting smaller and smaller. The strips are good and they're awesome sauce is great but just wondering how long it will be before the chicken strips turn into nuggets. (The pepper package is a reference to show their actual size) I have also noticed that there is a woman parked in one of the 2 handicapped spots without a handicap plate and she is there every time I come to Wendy's just sitting in her van. read more

I've been to this Wendy's twice. The first time they were completely out of fries. How does that even happen? I ended up waiting forever for whatever it was I ordered. I went here again last Wednesday. They weren't out of anything this time but the wait was ridiculously long yet again. I got a Baconator and I swear it tasted as if it was just dipped in salt. I couldn't even finish it. I was honestly turned off of Baconators for a while, something I never thought I'd say. Never again will I go to the White House Wendy's. read more

Never had issues here, mostly I just use the drive thru late in the evening as I get home from work. Typically very fast, never had to wait more than a few minutes and that's with a line around the building for the drive thru. Employees have always been friendly. read more

I've never had a problem with this Wendy's. They're hard working, always polite, and they get my order right, most of them are probably under 21 so kudos to them! Sometimes they're swamped but the service remains the same, or at least they're trying darn hard to get it right. read more

It is 10:45 pm on Tuesday night and i just ate the best cheeseburger and french fries that i have eaten at any Wendy's EVER and i have eaten at different Wendy's for 20 years. Typical fast food joint run most by teenagers. Wrong food received because order taker wasn't apparently listening. Ordered vanilla waffle cone and received small chocolate frosty. I guess at least it was ice cream. Average cleanliness at best? read more

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I've been standing here for 20 minutes waiting to even order. Takes the fast out of food. None of the employees even bothered to apologize and half the people who have ordered bring it back because it's wrong. I'll never eat here again. read more
