6 mins after I checked in, I had to push the red button and ask when my food would be brought out. (All 4 employees had been standing inside talking the entire time) the lady said that the system didn't show me checked in. 3 mins later they came out to advise that the tortilla warmer had been unplugged and would be another min or so to warm up. When the girl finally brought my food (15 mins after I checked in - and I was the only customer), the drink she brought me was fixed 11 mins earlier (so much for the lie that I hadn't checked in). The burrito had to be thrown out: the tortilla was ripped all to pieces and the food was completely cold, the eggs wasn't even completely cooked. I was afraid I would get food poisoning. Such a shame that I spent $4.60 only to have pathetic service and even more pitiful food. I won't be going back to this Sonic again. read more

The worst service of any quick serve restaurant in White House!!! I'll try to keep my optimism and go back to try to get some tea like I have since the restaurant it open. But they continue to disappoint! Went there this morning. Waited 15 minutes people walking around and never bothered to take my order! There was only one other car in the parking lot and Dave waiting as well. Back when they service our customers the place would've been full at 7:30 in the morning. They might as will close down, save money, because they sure are doing any business. My dad requested sonic last sunday for fathers day, because he recently had open heart surgery and is not yet allowed to leave the house... so we ordered via the app and stopped on our way to his house. All he wanted a chili dog and onion rings. Our family of 4 all got the new orange float and only 2 of us were in the vehicle. They delivered the floats first - it barely had any ice cream versus the one by us in Goodlettsville, and it was already completely melted - served in a plastic cup versus styromfoam down by our house, and they passed the 2 of us the 4 drinks FIRST and with no drink holder I had to hold 2 of the cups all the way to my dads... When we got to his house we realized they didn't even put the onion rings in our order! Our cheesticks, that the waitress specifically said the marinara sauce was in the bag, was missing marinara, and our 3 french fries and pickle fries boxes were half full at best. Very disappointed in the service and quality at this location for a $52 tab!! read more

You will wait 20 minutes plus every time you go regardless if it's full or 3 cars there. The management is horrible. So many employees just standing around. Apparently, it's the ownership that doesn't care as they've been there for years and know that they have a great location and refuse to change. read more

If I were just rating the food, I'd give this Sonic five stars. However, I'm giving it two stars overall because over the course of multiple visits, something has been wrong with our order every single time. Whether it's a bacon cheeseburger that has no bacon, missing an order of fries or onion rings, or getting ketchup and mustard when we asked to remove those condiments, the order is never exactly right. I totally understand being off once every now and then, but when it happens on a regular basis, it is quite frustrating. read more

Super Rude Staff! They act as if you are bothering them when ordering.

Horrible experience. They first got our order wrong then the Cherry Limeades tasted moldy. We had to wait another 20 minutes to order a replacement and another 20 minutes before we had to complain that we were still waiting on our replacements. Staff was polite but very unorganized. read more

If you want Sonic I do not recommend going to this one. Every time I have been to this Sonic they have always managed to mess my order up in any way they possibly could for example... If I order a bacon cheese burger I get a regular burger with no cheese or bacon, Order of 4 mozzarella sticks and only got 3, order a jr deluxe cheeseburger and get a plain burger, order something without anything its still gonna come with it, also the food is NEVER hot and the fries are always and i mean ALWAYS cold and soggy or unsalted and hard. This Sonic is not the place to go if you want Sonic. read more

Hot dog fury. I don't know if I was just having a really bad day already, but this sonic pushed me to my limits. I have never been so pissed off by a hot dog. I ordered on the app because I had rewards. Sadly, the regular hot dog is not an option on the app and I always have to order that at the pull in screen. I checked in on my app and saw my food was being prepared. 2 large drinks, large tots, medium popcorn chicken, and a super sonic crave double cheeseburger. After I'm checked in, I ask on the screen and say I have a mobile order but I want to order a plain regular hotdog with lots of ketchup packets. She says okay ( as we can hear her talking about something else in the background and laughing ). She tells us the total and that's that. We're still waiting on our mobile order at this point. About 10 minutes later we get our mobile order. Not bad timing on that. The tots were hot but the popcorn chicken was cold. We saved the burger so we could eat together when the hotdog came. We still hadn't gotten a pop up telling us to pay for the hotdog or if it was in the kitchen or anything so we press the button again. Nothing. We wait longer and at this point almost 30 minutes has gone by since ordering said hot dog and 20 since pressing the button again and still nothing. There's some girl working that's banging on the doors and yelling and slamming doors. I get out of the car and wave at one of the managers who was walking back from a car and she looks at me, and turns to walk around the other side of the building to avoid me. Finally I go up to one of the guys working and tell him we've been waiting forever for one hot dog. He apologized and just immediately grabbed the hotdog and brought it out. He didn't charge us for it so I gave him how much it costed plus a tip. He was very nice and the best part of our experience. We finally leave and when we pull around the building, 3 girls who were working were standing in the back parking lot yelling about customers. No wonder my hot dog didn't come. The hot dog came medium rare, which was something you don't really want a hotdog to be. When we opened the burger, none of the right stuff was on it (and we got it with everything that comes on it) and it wasn't even a double. I'm very disappointed. I took one bite, and i pull out a strand of blonde curly hair from my mouth... i brush it off at first thinking maybe it was my blonde, straight hair and I'm just trippin', but i take another bite into a cheese fry and get another long strand of curly blonde hair! I stop by here several days a week, never had an incorrect item and the food/drinks are always as expected. I use the app 90% of the time to order prior to picking up, and I love being able to just stop and pickup food in less than 30 seconds and be on my way. read more

Had the Deluxe Chicken Sandwich around 230 this afternoon. Took the sandwich home less than a mile away. Absolute worse sandwich I have ever had. Filet so tough I could hardly bite through it. Even tried cutting it with a fork and that was virtually impossible. I worked fast food in high school my manager would have fired me for sending out such a product. I will not be back. read more

A good fast food place for a quick snack or meal. Great milk shakes and flavored drinks. My favorite are the onion rings. The service is usually fairly fast and the food quality is good. It's right across from the White House city park. read more
