By now most people know if they like McDonald's. I'm not a huge fan but the kids love chicken McNuggets so it makes for happy kids on long road trips. Usually when I review fast food giants I focus on the service and cleanliness and not the food. Our trip we encountered fast service and the interior seemed to be revelry renovated as it was very modern and sleek. Overall not a bad experience which if I'm being honest is rarely the case when we do visit McDonald's across the USA. So we will take it. read more

I am a local and am tired of dealing with this place. The last time I went, the wannabe thug working the drive-thru spoke in sentences consisting of 2 words, so you could not understand anything he was saying. On top of that, they constantly want to pull you forward so it doesn't drop their times in the drive-thru. Once you leave that drive-thru window, you enter a fast food purgatory where they take forever to get your food to you or forget about you altogether. While traveling to Ohio, we stopped here to grab breakfast on the road. We ordered a big breakfast, chicken biscuit (but on a muffin - did not receive the muffin), sausage egg McMuffin, hashbrown, caramel frappe, coke, and a coke zero. Pretty simple. The young man repeated the order and we pulled up. When pulled to the second window, there was no coke zero - it was not on the order. Also, the older woman working the window may have been having a rough morning as she did not have the most pleasant attitude. This place is absolutely terrible! I ordered a caramel mocha coffee & it looks nothing like one. (I drink them often) My husband ordered a hot coffee and he was handed a cold coffee instead. I've been to this location multiple times and every time, my order is hot, fresh and correct. The people behind the counter are awesome. The restaurant isn't always the cleanest, but it seems they're more focused on getting customer's food out than worrying about customers that can't seem to pour their own drinks without making a mess. Rude. Petty. Honest mistake of forgetting the sauce. I was in house shoes. They already had us pull forward to wait. I tried to go inside to get the sauce however, the lobby was locked already. I returned to the speaker and asked if they could bring the sauce to the spot they had moved us to. They said no, we would have to wait in line. As if they hadn't already came to the spot. We waited in line and arrived at the first window. The cashier said that she cannot hand a sauce to us, that it would have to be handed to us at the next window. Went for early lunch at 11am. Told to pull over since take a minute, no problem. The food was awful, buns were dry just like the burger patties. The patties were so salty as well, and the fries were a disappointment. They were not hot and lacked any seasoning, they were also very dry. Basic restaurant review of the lot,which had recently been washed clean by tonadic weather, the stale stray leftovers of other people's smoking habits and lunch garbage are telltale signs of what's waiting for you inside. In we go to the lobby. The dining area would score a low 4 at best, missing points for dirty tables, trash on the floor, a wrecked drink station, and complete lack of atmosphere that wasn't synergistic with working a grill in a fast food joint like McDonald's. My experience with the cashier was unusual today, someone I haven't seen before. I do those reciept cupon reviews that typically offer a free sandwich. My coupon was different than the ones they print at this store, it's a BOGO coupon that I get from another store, not unusual at all. But to go to the extent to argue and insist that the coupon was not good at this store? That's a first. I understand the confusion, it's different than what she was used to seeing, but to make it an issue and give me 3 "yeah but..." in a row to argue that I was wrong. Hey, I didn't print it, McDonalds did, and it's a McDonalds coupon.. onto the washroom... okay, it's very purpose is rendered useless if it's a sticky stinky mess that you're afraid to touch anything and concerned about getting too close to the target, if you know what I mean... The suffocating stench was magnanimous in it's presence. Please, implement a washroom sanitation schedule! The ingredients are 2 packets of sanitizerwith 2 buckets of Bunn water (boiling hot water); the technique is to carefully in the water along the walls to melt away the gnarly cooties and leave a sanitized wall that is easy to keep clean and smells fresh and sanitary. Do this to the counters, toilets, floor, and any other waterproof feature of the washroom to make it a sanitized place where employees and guests can wash. My order was for dining-in, not to-go, but I understand why you would want your number one reviewer take their visit shorter. My hope here is to tell the story of opportunity. I'm sure this may be the result of some glitch in the day, but the longer I sit here, the more i realize that it's a management and employ training issue. I am traveling. I stopped here to walk my dog and use the restroom. I must say that the restroom was spotless. It was super clean and stocked properly. The store was clean. I do mean clean. Adison was the young lady working the counter who took my order. First and foremost I must say this young lady was polite. She was friendly and had a smile on her face. Wow! They were out of chocolate chip cookies. She said we can make you some it only takes 2 minutes. I ordered my cookies. She offered me oatmeal raisin cookies. I didn't even know they were on the menu. I got some of those too. Glad I did because they are "awesome". My box of 10 nuggets was hot. Let me tell you....the sweet tea is so good. This McDonald's should be the poster child for all McDonald's. I am so impressed that I intend to call the Corporate office to compliment this store. Kudos!!!! read more

Terrible. I've been to many McDonalds and I think this one ranks as the worst. I know many places are short staffed but that was not the case here. Orders were incorrect, told to show my receipt, went to get it and the employee ignored me. Food was cold. All trash cans were full and overflowing, all tables were dirty, food on the floor, and self serve supplies were empty even though some employees were available to take care of it. Restrooms were unkempt with overflowing cans and non-working paper towel dispensers. Before we left an employee on the line was screaming at the others to keep their areas clean. If any of you have little ones it's hard to forget their order as they are reminding you. Got to the window to pick up order and she gave us our bag of food and that was it. So asked for my drink. Then asked for my child's. You didn't pay for it. What? I asked for it, the response was met with well you didn't pay for it. You'll have to drive back thru. I asked her why and I would wait as we have to go. She stated there is no way to pay for it. I stated great, I have cash. I asked for manager and she stated she was. Is very young. Well she directed us to pull ahead and they will run it out. 5 minutes pass. No one comes . Cars are taking their orders. I finally call and Another person answers. This time a more mature woman, advises that she too is a manager. Explains that the young lady is also a manger. Two on at the same time? The young lady advised that we didn't even have a small hot cocoa had no idea and she is a manager? Finally brings out drink after waiting now 10 minutes and asks for the money to pay for it? I gave it to her, but advised was very disappointed in my experience. What's worse is she advised that it was her regional who told them to make us drive back thru? I can see it if I was adding to my meal and had not requested it initially. But this was an error on their part, not mine. Something that a good manager would have identified and remedied quickly. The blonde headed manager working tonight was so unprofessional! The staff at the front counter was nice but the manager and the drive through staff were uneducated of their menu and prices and were arguing with customers. The manger was frowning the whole time ! Save yourself a trip, there's a McDonalds north in franklin and south in goodlettsville just as close to the interstate ramp. They've always suffered management problems but since the dual drive thru deal came about I have never gotten a correct order here. My dad and I went (for the last time), ordered 3 cheeseburgers and 2 fries and wound up with 2 mcgriddles and a fish filet. Turned around, went inside, and the employees were stumped. Was told by the manager "you received the wrong order" no kidding Sherlock. Nobody fixed it because apparently these people that want $15/hr can't figure out how to make something unless it's on their little computer screen. Stood in line for 10 minutes or so with the other dozen people trying to get their orders corrected and went across the street to Hardee's. 10x slower but at least I got what I asked for. read more

The play area smelled like dirty stinky feet - I don't think the actual play gym had been wiped down or cleaned for a long time.
