This location delivered the wrong sandwich, and it took nearly two hours to arrive. When I called to request a refund, the woman who answered told me I shouldn't even be ordering a sandwich from them because I'm pregnant -- completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Not only was I disrespected, but I also never received my refund. I've filed a complaint with corporate regarding the discrimination and blatant lack of respect. We stopped into this JJ on our way through town and the cashier that took our order was so rude. She spoke so low I could barely hear her and she kept rolling her eyes when I asked questions about a sandwich. I hate jimmy johns. They say it smells good but really it smells terrible. They put celery in their tuna, which is disgusting and horrible. You can't even taste the tuna, all you taste is celery. I would only consider eating here again if they took the celery out of the tuna. Also the sandwiches are smaller than at other sub shops. Just go to subway or firehouse subs instead. You get what you put into it. In this case a sandwich that looks like it got tossed around like a pizza pie. Their big slogan seems to cater to the ideas of quickness and speed, and they were terribly fast. I mean, words came trickling out of my chapped lips and the next few seconds the help behind the counter just started frenetically putting stuff on bread, and before I could pick which kind of chips I wanted, it was wrapped and ready. Upon opening, it was not pleasing to the eye, and tasted wonderfully mediocre. Worst part about it was that just the act of chewing made me feel guilty. I've heard about Jimmy John's in other cities - but was surprised when they opened two locations in the Metro Area - one in Jackson, the other in Madison. In regards to franchise sandwich shops (Subway, Jason's Deli, Steak Escape, Lenny's, Quizno's) they are pretty solid. Or maybe my taste buds was happy to try something different. I am happy with the quality/quantity balance of the sandwich at the prices. You can't top the speed of service - they make your sandwich to your specification in milliseconds. I like the Italian Night Club sandwich and the Bootlegger sandwich. Out of all the local franchises - Jimmy John's is probably my top choice. read more

My first time ordering from this location and not impressed at all. The girl that opened the door asks" are you going to call??" And when I did call, I kept having to repeat myself as she was clearly talking to someone else in the back. Also got interrupted a few times. One of my favorite sandwich spots. I fell in love with Jimmy John's when I lived in Seattle. I was obsessed with their veggie sandwich. Everything was always so fresh! Asked for less turkey, got extra turkey. Asked for my sandwich cut in half, not cut. Asked for Mayo packets in the bag (delivery) no mayo packets in my order. All directions clearly stated on receipt stapled to bag so clearly someone just doesn't pay attention or doesn't care. read more

I am giving them one star because it's not possible to give zero. Jimmy John's prides themselves on being fast, my order took 40 minutes and the place is literally less than a five minute drive from my hotel. I eat at Jimmy John's at home quite often and have never had a bad experience. But this delivery order was absolutely terrible. My sandwich is pretty much thrown together and on top of that I didn't even get my entire order, but I sure paid for it! After signing my receipt I asked where my drink was and I was told by the delivery driver, "yo, I must have forgotten it." Not to mention that when they arrived at my hotel the driver called me and was asked, "are you gonna come to me, or do I have to bring it to you?" Really? It's delivery for a reason...I could have let that part go until I didn't even get my entire order and was given a terribly put together sandwich. My suggestion: stay away from the location. I sure will from now on when I am in town for work. read more

Are they fast yes. However, it is rare that you get what you order. I've been to this restaurant 5 times and they have gotten my order correct one time. Nothing complicated just no mayo, which is almost always misinterpreted. Do not waste your valuable lunch hour. read more

"freaking fast delivery" must not be enforced here in Jackson, MS. I ordered my sandwich at 8:12pm and got it just now at 8:40pm and i only live 2 blocks away, which isn't a big deal to me, i dont mind waiting, but they like to promote it as if its true.
