Shawn Halstead who is the Brand Ambassador totally rocks and is so generous...he brings by free sandwiches and will help you in a pinch and has saved us several times on our meeting day when i need to order for a large group of employees in a hurry! I ordered the country club. Before i could even say what i wanted in my sandwich the sandwich was already made and handed to me. Not good at all. I get to work and eat my sandwich. Nothing special about the sandwich. This was a mediocre sandwich. I paid $9.00 for a six inch sub and i didn't even get to decide what i wanted inside. Not good customer service at all. This is my first time here and all I can say is this place is amazing. The staff welcomes you as soon as you walk in and they make you feel right at home. I ordered the veggie sandwich the number 13 and it was delicious. In my personal opinion it was way better than subway. I first found this place when i visited Chicago, and I was so excited when I found out they were opening some locations in the area. The workers are so friendly! Yesterday (10/13/16) we ordered sandwiches delivered because we were working through lunch. More of the time JJ's is pretty decent but always pricey - so I expect a quality sandwich. Yesterday I got ordered a "Big John" with extra roast beef ($10). The meat look visibly aged and smelled - tasted putrid. I wouldn't feed this to my dog. I tried to eat it but I couldn't - it was vile and disgusting. ARE YOU SLIPPING there JJs? It be quite some time before I order from there again! read more

Saw this open and got an Italian Nightclub. It was totally delicious! The bread is a fantastic soft yet chewy real French bread. The cold cuts are great as well. The price is good for the quality. I wish the sandwiches were a little longer and they weirdly made me bag my own sandwich but otherwise everything else was great. I also got the pickle which was delish. New place . . . 1st and last visit! I've been curious about this new place and finally had to chance to check it out since I was buying my friend lunch. First, we walk in and the music is good, but so dang loud, to the point that we couldn't hear her order or what the cashier was saying. She ordered a wich w/o bread and a bag of chips, no drink and it came up to almost $9! They don't have combos, but this is a bit overpriced. As for the wich, it was made so fast, I'm not sure if I should've been impressed or concerned. It was just mediocre, which was disappointing. We asked for napkins, and after trying to make out what they were saying, because we couldn't hear, we finally figured out they were in the bag. Customer service was just OK, employees didn't seem to care and looked like they were goofing off in the back. I was just. there for the first time and had the Italian Nightclub. It was one of the freshest, best tasting sandwiches I've ever had. Will be going back for more, but not today. Giant subs are not that big, half size of subway's footlong. (Not that it is not enough but it is kind of misleading). Dry and no flavor. But the bigger issue is that at 2:30 pm I am the only customer in the store and there are 7 employees, most of who are just sitting and listening to music, rather loud, and singing with it, loudly. Overpriced for mediocre food. Staff is friendly and the locations are clean, but the price and the amount that you get is disappointing.

I don't do many yelp reviews, but I felt like I needed to write one after the excellent service I have received by the assistant manager Jon. Let's begin by saying he made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it when ordering. He was alert and attentive to all my requests. He was quick on his toes and made the sandwich so fast! I was astonished! I had ordered and received my food in no time. As I was about to leave he even grabbed my trash from my table before I could do it myself. Finally, JJ's is here! Italian nightclub is the best I highly recommend it. I see some of the other posts, I think others need to understand that JJ's provides a better quality product via better quality meats etc. Not to mention, they make you feel wanted when you walk in. So apparently this place hates business. I've been here several times during business hours and it has been closed. I arrived at this location at 7pm and the light, neon lights were on and employees were in the building, but the door was locked. The young lady at the counter looked up at me then went back to doing what she was doing. It is advertised to being open until 9pm so I didn't arrive last minute. Several times I've come to this location and they have been closed while the advertised hours says it's suppose to be open. Great sandwiches, cool staff, never been there when it very busy, but it looks like they get you thru the line quick, we did have two small issues, one the wife wanted her pickle 1/4 and they cut it in half instead and # two, add some regular potato chips, all they have is the JJ brand and if you don't care for baked chips, they suck and you don't have any option, so we didn't like the way theyu cut the pickle and they chips suck, not bad, we will return. read more

Great flavors, fresh bread, fresh deli slices, easy location, friendly staff, my only complaint is that its a bit pricey for what you get. I've ordered the standard Vito #5 twice, yummy but $7.07 with tax and its a little skimpy on the meat. You can upgrade for an extra $1.50 but that may be too much sandwich. read more

A coworker offered me a look into this place for lunch and I must say it was great. I was disappointed that a sub and sandwich place offers no pastramis...of any kind, anywhere! You have sub, grilled sandwiches and oven ones. What do you have against pastrami? Kinda of sucks when you have your heart set on a good pastrami, someone shows you a new snazzy sandwich place which delivers aaaand they don't serve it. That's like going to an ice cream shop only to find out they have 30 out of the 31 flavors you wanted. I moved on with my life and ordered a turkey town club house. Big slices of bread, turkey was juicy and tasted great. I love that you can specify the type of pickle and its cut for your plate. Delivery was free, major bonus there..our group ordered around $60 worth of grub and the driver got here within 35 minutes. Everything came out as we ordered and there were no complaints. If you want fresh subs that taste better than 'Subways' and have a little extra money, this place is worth it. Just don't expect a pastrami to show up any time soon. :P read more

Jimmy John's. Yeah! Good fresh sandwiches in a flash. They are very quick and have it down to a science. Delivery is available if your in the area, for a fee, of coarse. One night, I was so tired, I almost called them from my car parked outside, as a joke, to get my sandwich delivered. Sometimes the music is loud, but ask them to turn it down. I think they have corrected this and the last few times the music has not been loud. The food is great and fresh. The sandwiches are a little pricey, but if you like meat in your sandwich this is the place to go. Unlike Subway who advertises sandwiches overflowing with meat and when you get there they put a little strip of meat in your sandwich that if you hold it up to the light you can see through it, JJ's actually gives you a sandwich with meat in it. I have seen some of the reviews talk about JJ's being pricey, but it is worth it. You are getting the same amount of meat that is in at least 5 or 6 subway sandwiches. You can easily spend over $10 at McDonald's, too, so JJ's isn't really out of line. You want a pricey sandwich get the Gargantuan! It is way too much. This sandwich was $10, but it was at lest 2 meals. Oh, well, I had to try it once. I never get chips and soda or the cookies. The sandwich is enough. My fave is the Hunter Roast Beef. I ask for extra mayo, add the hot peppers, cut it in half and... Add A Pickle. Love the big fresh Dill Pickles. When you order one they always shout out, "Add a pickle." I find that after the pickle and the sandwich I am stuffed. I always have to ask them to bag it and put in napkins. Seems like this should be a given, but I usually have to ask for this, so I just tell them when I order. I go here about once a week. read more
