The ingredients tasted fresh, and the chicken was warm and flavorful, which made it feel like a really satisfying meal rather than just a basic fast-food salad. I also tried the Strawberry Hibiscus & Sprite drink, which I got as part of a reward promotion. The size was pretty large and had a good drink-to-ice ratio, which I appreciated. However, the drink itself was a bit too sweet for my taste and had a slight syrup-like aftertaste. Overall, it was still a good experience. The food itself tasted good as always. Chick-fil-A is very consistent and everything was fresh and flavorful. The only real disappointment was the heart shaped tray. I specifically ordered it for a cute Valentine's date idea, but it came out in a regular box. I was honestly shocked and pretty sad because that was the whole reason I chose that item. It definitely felt like a flop moment. The dine in experience was also very chaotic and loud because of a large group of kids inside, which made it hard to fully enjoy the meal. My fridge is down and a replacement won't arrive until Wednesday. I needed enough ice for two days. So, everyone I talk to raves about Chick-fil-A's craft ice. So, this afternoon I headed to the Azusa CfA for a bag. It wasn't busy with most employees standing around and only a few customers eating inside. I noticed only two cars in the drive-thru. The cashier asked another employee how much for a bag of ice and she told him they couldn't sell any ice for whatever reason! So, there goes the myth that Chick-fil-A has the best ice and their customer service is second to none. Azusa's Chick-fil-A sucks! read more

I went to Chick-fil-A this morning, I really wanted coffee end up getting food with my coffee and they skimmed out all my coffee like just charge me extra to fill up the cup. I ordered and paid for a double corn at Chick-fil-A, but they did not give me what I paid for. When I brought it up, the manager insisted that it was a double corn and even tried to charge me again if I wanted more. You can clearly see from my picture that it was not a double corn. This was very disappointing and frustrating as a customer. If I pay for extra, I expect to actually receive it without being questioned or asked to pay twice. Chick-fil-A usually has good service, but this experience was unprofessional and left me feeling unheard. They lost a customer at this location over 45 cents. Anti American energy was given to me yesterday. From being greeted when entering, ordering, and food delivery to our table. Ok In n Out is awesome. Staff here was first class nice and seemed very happy to to be there. Not a huge fan of what I ordered a bit salty for my taste, guess it was the classic chicken, but I'd go with grilled next time. Great management. This was one of the most uncomfortable drive-thru experiences I've had, and it's unfortunate because this location is in my own community. I came through the drive-thru ordering food just for myself. The employee taking orders outside skipped us and told us to order at the speaker instead. Fine... no issue there. I understand the whole "moving the line faster" thing. The problem started at the payment window. My order was $27. I paid $28 in cash using brand-new $1 bills. Natalie, who was working the register, already had an attitude while reading back the order. She then proceeded to hold every single $1 bill up to the light and inspect them one by one. Not a large bill. Not an unusual amount. Just unnecessary. I asked her politely why she was checking every single dollar bill. She ignored me. I asked again not obviously annoyed and frustrated. She handed me my change without saying a word and then started laughing with a coworker next to her. Laughing. That alone says everything. That behavior was childish, unprofessional, and frankly disrespectful. Checking every $1 bill and then refusing to acknowledge a customer who asks a reasonable question while laughing with another employee is not how you treat people. I called in and I brought the issue to the manager, Candace, who seemed completely unconcerned and quick to dismiss it, assuring me that Natalie "wouldn't do that." Instead of addressing how the interaction actually happened, it was brushed off entirely. Whether intentional or not, the experience left a bad taste. Chick-fil-A prides itself on hospitality, but that was not reflected here. Corporate might want to look into how this location trains its employees... especially when it comes to basic professionalism and customer interaction. I won't be returning to this location, and I'll be sure to share my experience with friends and family, Oh and obviously with YELP. Kindness costs nothing...and so does common sense. read more

I did not get the name of the gentleman who helped me out with my order today. He was wearing glasses and had curly hair. I placed a large order because we were having a family get together. It was a rainy day. He was extremely kind and patient. My biggest worry when placing a huge order is the stress it brings upon workers, and hoping it does not upset the staff however, he eased my anxiety. Extremely helpful and checked everything. He even offered to walk my mother and myself out to the car because he had an umbrella and it was pouring. We declined because we had parked so close but the gesture was so kind I have to thank him again and the store for hiring such a kind person. Today I was very disappointed with the tenders I received. They came out all dark and it seems like it was cooked with old oil that possibly has not been changed. I received them around 11am today. I placed my order through the app and it was a really quick and painless process. The parking was a bit tricky here in this busy plaza but I lucked out. A car had just left. Their fries are also perfectly crispy. I love dipping them in buffalo sauce or honey roasted barbecue. I also love their seasonal chicken tortilla soup. It has beans, shredded chicken, tortilla strips, and chile. I wish this item was always available. I also recently tried the grilled spicy deluxe with pepper jack. It was good! The chicken was flavorful and juicy. The sandwich paired well with honey roasted barbecue sauce. Sometimes, there's a wait due to the lunch rush, but you can always tell that the staff is working as quickly and efficiently as possible. Parking can be a little tricky but if you park by the other businesses in the same parking lot (don't worry, lot belongs to all businesses) then there is an ample amount of parking. Brandon, the cashier took excellent care of my son and I. He was warm, welcoming, and inviting. Food came out very quick and there were multiple team members on the floor keeping the restaurant very clean as well!
