This location is close to where I work. Every time I walk in I'm greeted and they take my order quickly. The sandwiches are so good way better than that other place. I recommend going online and sign up for an account you will get a free sandwich. The employees here are so friendly that's why I keep coming back. The sandwiches are actually really good but they are cold, I do not like cold sandwiches if i had known I wouldn't have went here. Personally it best to buy the sandwich and go home and put it in an air fryer if you have time. I'm taking a star off just because the sandwich is cold. read more

Excited to have another option in the area to cater in lunch at work. Ordered online for next day delivery and everything went just as expected. They arrived promptly at the time requested, offered to help carry the order upstairs. Everyone enjoyed the food and all 20 of the box orders were done correctly. I ordered 2 Littles and 2 regular sandwiches online and waited to go pick it up because I didn't want to sit around the store waiting (I have kids, I dont have time for that). Upon arrival, the cashier stated the order was big and they waited on me to show up before making the order . I had to wait another 15 minutes for the sandwiches while looking at the "Preorder" rack that was completely empty and the person preparing the sandwich was in Training being coached through the order. The only saving grace was the sandwiches; the sandwiches were delicious. Just an FYI: if you preorder, please some early so they can start working on it (because apparently they don't use the "Preorder" rack). read more

Been to this location quite a few times since it's opened but I've noticed a steady decline in the quality of service, quality of food and the cleanliness of this location. It's definitely an unsettling sight when you look at the disgusting mess that surrounds the lone employee manning the phone, online orders, and walk in customers. On July 5th, my wife and I visited the new location in Compton Ca. This was my third time at this restaurant and my wife's first time. When we walked in, we noticed that we were the only customers there. The assistant manager was seated and engaged in conversation with a employee, while two other employees waited passionately at the register for our order. After placing our order, they began to make my wife sandwich. Upon completion of the first sandwich, the employee wrapped my wife and began to prepare mine. During this time, the assistant manager and the employee he was talking to at the table, stood up and walked behind the counter. As the manager put his gloves on, the other employee picked up my wife sandwich and began to twirl it around. The manager took the sandwich from the employee and began to open the packaging. My wife need notice what was happening and questioned the manager. The manager responded, he was opening it to check for quality. My wife then replied, she never seen this done at any other restaurant. My wife went on to say if you were concerned about the level of experience for your employees, you should have monitored them when they made the sandwich... not after it's wrapped. Long story short, this night at Jimmy Johns was a nightmare. When we got home, I sent a lengthy correspondence to the corporate office outlining our experience..... after a week passed the company sent me a $10.00 gift in a empty envelope!!! The company's response to customer concerns was totally disappointing. No one called or at a minimum... a letter stating this matter would be addressed with the staff at the Compton Ca (Central and 91fwy) location. Management retraining required ASAP read more

We've been coming to this location since it opened and I have not been disappointed yet. Their sandwiches are consistent. I like that you can order ahead of time when using their app. The only downside to this location is parking. Now that other fast food places next door are open, it's so busy here especially at night and parking might be a challenge. read more

The worst Jimmy johns I've been to. Ordered two giant gargantuans and they messed up the order. They didn't jimmy it up like I ordered. This was also the least amount of meat I've ever received on any sandwich I've had from there. The sandwich is also almost $4 dollars more than the Lakewood jimmy johns.
