My total before tip/tax was $12.50, which is amazing for the quality and portion! Other than base + protein, the bowls also come with pickled veggies, kimchi, broccoli, and a side of their green (cilantro jalapeno) sauce. The wait was reasonable considering they were also finishing up a pretty large order when I came in. All of the flavors worked so well! I was particularly surprised with the green sauce-I've had it with so many other cuisines but never thought to pair it with Korean food. The bowl was filling while still feeling healthy and nutritious. I will say the spicy chicken really isn't spicy (the kimchi is much spicier by comparison), so I would love for spice levels to be ramped up a bit. The interior is cozy in a homey-older restaurant type of way. There's a good amount of seating but it seems like a lot of people order takeout. I also noticed that the staff speak incredibly kindly with each other, which was so lovely to see! This seems like a small business you can feel good about supporting.

Respectfully this review may sound harsh but it's 1000% truth…read more The burger...eww. Why? Low grade, FOUL smelling Jennio-O caliber meat quality at best. And desert dry at that. If you're okay with this, then have at it. But just remember this review when you smell this under seasoned chunk of rancid meat you just spent your hard earned money on. The first thing I noticed cutting into this burger was the scent. It was FOUL. And then I instantly remembered why it has been 2 years since I visited this place. Same experience. This meat cannot be fresh whatsoever. It stinks. But to no surprise, it mirrors the poor quality of the fries (mid at best) and the knock off hidden valley ranch disguised as a house ranch you have to pay extra for. TBH the idea of a burger spot specializing in turkey burgers is really unique and opens up options that are both simple and satisfying. However, the turkey-- where you buy it, how you store it and the overall quality is the star of the show, and this ain't it. Simply put, it's not for me. I could not eat this food. Not to mention I feel there is a bit of deflection on the workers part when a concern is politely brought to their attention. The food, guaranteed IS NOT FRESH. I recommend Chinollo across the street. Fresh, high quality and juicy farm raised meats paired with equally high quality sides made in house (not frozen), fresh veg, fresh hand cut fries, house made sodas, milk teas and teas; nothing reeks of left over food being sold at ransom prices

I pulled in the drive-through today and received great customer service as always. The grounds outside were clean as always. The food quality today was poor at best. The bread and the meat was cold. I was on my way to work and running a little late otherwise I would've turned around and gave them the biscuit sandwich back. I have never had such poor quality at this particular Chick-fil-A. Of course I still support my local Chick-fil-A. I hope they see this review and make some changes. I understand I got there at 10:20 am but I don't expect the quality to be that poor.

On the positive side, their charbroiled hamburgers, pastrami sandwiches, and steak sandwiches are still delicious and full of flavor. As someone with a disability, I had to painfully hobble back into the restaurant to have the mistake corrected, which was frustrating enough on its own. When I explained the issue, the staff was not very friendly or sincerely apologetic. They remade the fries but said they would just keep my burger under the heat lamp while I waited. Unfortunately, when I finally got to my destination, I discovered they had given me the wrong burger as well. I ordered a Deluxe Double but received something else entirely. I paid for a meal I never actually received. Between the multiple mistakes, the lack of concern for the inconvenience they caused, and the poor customer service, this was an extremely frustrating experience. I expect much better!!!
