I placed my order to be informed they were out of white bread, I was then informed they were out of certain meats, I changed AGAIN...the sandwich finally arrived while the long haired fool at the window IGNORED me! He finally gave me my order to discover it was NOT a sub sandwich! But a sandwich! Calling them was futile as the childish manager didn't like me, go figure her purple hair gave her away, for disrespecting her staff!! Not my fault! Update on my review. I've ordered Jimmy Johns for delivery at least 3x over the last couple of months. Each time I order via the app, I specifically write in who each sub is for in the section that asks "who's this for?". Every time they don't write the name. Why? Idk bc "freaky fast" I guess (they do get here quick I'll give them that), but it's annoying. Minor detail. Another minor detail that pisses me off enough to come here and write a review is the fact that they also NEVER CUT MY SANDWICHES IN HALF! I make sure to click it and they just, don't. Lazy. This is minor but very frustrating because my kids share subs and I want it cut in half. I like to save my half for the next day. Stopped here for lunch and I have to say probably one of the best tuna lettuce wraps i have ever had. We will be back.

You'd be hard-pressed to find better service in a fast food restaurant anywhere else. Of course the sandwiches are delicious that goes without saying, but the added value of having someone smiling and treating you like they're happy that you're there is amazing. I ordered a meal at 9:30 for delivery, I live no more than 5 minutes away from this establishment. My food was never delivered and I called over 10 times with no answer. My card was still charged for the meal. I called the following morning to see what happened the manager explained the person working lastnight closed at 8 without telling anyone, but didn't care to do anything about the situation. Did not offer to delivery a free sandwich nor give my money back but instead told me just call my bank. Let me first explain this Five Star rating is based on Jimmy John vs chain sub places (but not including mom and pop type places). The service at this location is always fast, friendly, and.... fast! I will say that I prefer eating at Jimmy Johns vs Subway, Quizno's, and even Firehouse Subs. Their bread and ingredients are always fresh, and I just prefer their bread over the others. My favorite sub here is the #16 LULU and I always get the kids the slim #4 (their fav). Their drive thru service is crazy fast, and they do deliver! read more

Are you kidding? I am waiting in the drive through behind a delivery driver for 10 minutes. Why the heck is a delivery driver inconveniencing a customer just so that they don't have to get out of their car and go in and get their orders. Your motto is all about being fast yet you don't care about how long I wait in drive through? You should not care about your employees more than you care about your customers. They really are quick!! So far all of there sandwiches have been great.I don't really care for there sub bread,so I always order there 7 grain bread sandwiches. I would never ever eat Jimmy John's again! I've lived in a lot of different states and eaten a lot of different subs...and they are easily the worst! My sister went there to get us subs because we had been wanting to try them. They wouldn't deliver because we are exactly 1/16 of a mile outside their delivery area. So, she went to the restaurant herself. I got a club on 7 grain bread. I eat a lot of 7 grain bread, this was dry and disgusting. I actually took the meat off and put it on my own bread. There was a whole lot of turkey and very little ham or roast beef, the tomatoes tasted mealy ( like they had been frozen and thawed or kept too cold. There was a ton of iceberg lettuce and not much else! Now I'm glad I live too far. read more
