After waiting more than an hour I was informed that something went wrong with my order and it was cancelled. I was refunded. So be careful when you order from this Marco's pizza. Ordered online, came in to pick up and there was a sign that stated exact change(nothing from their online website indicated this). I'm assuming the individual who was brought to the front was the manager. He asked what I had for payment. I had a $100 bill and was told I they don't take anything over $20. Again nothing in their website (where I ordered) indicated that you needed exact change or that they wouldn't take $100 bills. So, now someone is probably eating my order for free while I wasted my time driving to their location. We really hadn't heard of Marco's Pizza and have eaten at several pizza restaurants since moving here 3 months ago. Tonight we picked up a Pepperoni Magnifico with Pineapples and I have to admit that it was quite delicious. If you like pepperoni - this pizza has exactly what you need. The crust even tasted great. The pizza was piping hot, tasted great, and was much better than the pepperoni pizza at the franchise restaurant we typically bought from foe about the same price. I will never be spending my money at an ANY Marcos location again, plus my feedback to any and all will be how bad they're. Ordered "Lite Sauce" sausage pizza online, called in a matter of minutes to be sure the pizza was made with "lite sauce." When I got home and opened the pizzas the "Lite Sauce" pizza had significantly more sauce than the other pizza with normal sauce. When I called to have my pizza remade. I was told that I COULDNT get it remade UNLESS I changed the type of sauce because it was made per the ticket. How disrespectful that I couldn't get single medium pizza remade. They even acknowledged taking my call and telling me there "wasn't much sauce on the pizza." Just really don't understand how this couldn't have dealt with better as I was willing to bring the pizza back as is. I'll be sure to reach out to corporate, guessing they will like to hear how they lost a customer and this bad review. The entire staff was super friendly and professional, and I had my correct order remade and on the road in no time at all. In fact, the original order was delivered so early, that my remade order arrived around the time I had scheduled the delivery. So it all worked out. Mistakes happen, but they handled it so well. Deffently my go to pizza place when I want something different the pizzas here the dough is super filling they make it to perfection I love the Marianara sauce they use it taste authentic the chicken is always big chunks of chicken , there jalapeños are thick and very spicy ! And there cheese bread is always supper fluffy I love this pizza when I first moved here in 2018 it was the first pizza I tried over here usually I would get Pizza Hut or dominoes sometimes papa John's but I would only get those since they were well knowned never tried other kinds and one day they said the pizza from Pizza Hut was gonna be like a hour and a half so me and my husband heard people taking of Marcos and were like skrew it let's try! I have a teenage daughter who is one of the pickiest eaters I have ever seen. She doesn't like hardly anything. Amazing place. Each time I go the staff is friendly, order is always ready, hot, flavorful and coupons are amazing. I'm forced to select at least one star, but I have received no pizza after 2.5 hours of waiting and being hung up on multiple times (just a click and silence). When I called other locations to see if perhaps there was something going on, several team members told me that they were experiencing the same issues, they were fielding complaints regarding the Tiny Town store, and that "their team is down by 2/3 with no delivery drivers." Most of us are pretty understanding: just communicate with us so we aren't left with hangry children and no answers. I'm very dissatisfied with Marco's pizza. This was the first time I have ever ordered from them. The pizza arrived 1.5 hours after ordering. The pizza was cold. After an hour of waiting for the pizza, I called to find out where my pizza is and if it would be hot. I was told that it was sitting under heat lamps and as soon as a driver got there, it would be the next to go out. The thin crust pizza was cold and the crust was rather chewy and rubbery from sitting under the heat lamp for an hour. We haven't tried our pizza yet because we haven't made it home but, the location on Tiny Town in Clarksville TN has the most courteous crew in just about any food place I've been! In the 10-15 minutes wait for our pizza I had at least 4-6 employees ask if I had been helped yet, and they were polite to everyone who walked through the door including each other. They told me they would go get it after it had already been in someone else's home and redeliver it to me. Very good pizza. Not sure if it's authentic Italian (regardless of how it's used, I don't believe authentic Italian pizza is cooked on a conveyor belt) but it's good. We've been looking for good pizza since NYPD closed down...and until it reopens, Marco's will be our pizza of choice. A few places popped up and I chose this one due to the reviews. I chose to order online and the process was incredibly easy. They even gave me a 10% off coupon to use. The tracker appeared and let me know when my food was gonna arrive. I'm impatiently waiting right now in my sweats... you got that right. I avoided the crowds and couples. Happy Ash Wednesday to me. The delivery arrived and I didn't die... just kidding. He arrived and made my day. I ordered a Works Pizza and was able to modify the toppings easily and without charge, which was nice and I also ordered a Greek Salad. Man... Omg omg it's here... the delivery guy was super Nice and friendly. He told me Happy Valentines Day and said they were really busy. I have him a huge tip and I'm eating this pizza now. The crust is so freaking unbelievable, what is this magic dusting of seasonings on the edges... the toppings were plentiful and it's delicious. I ordered an Italian sausage, bacon, and black olive traditional crust pizza. Into slice #3 I had a monotone flavor coating my mouth. I pulled apart the next slice and tried each topping individually to see why. Italian sausage - no hint of fennel. If the sausage had fennel at any point it didn't make it into any of the sausage chunks on my pizza. Bacon - mass cured belly. No distinguishing flavor. Not even a hint of smoke. And it was chopped like they bought the giant bag of pre-cooked bacon pieces from the restaurant supply store instead of buying strips, cutting, and frying it in shop. Black olives - tasted like they had been in open air for a few days. It is difficult to mask black olives, but Marco's found a way. Cheese - had the rubbery mouth feel of part-skim mozzarella. Sauce - all the appeal of Prego without the tomato flavor. Crust - I like crust with a slight chew. This crust had a crunch and firmness like a Sam's or Papa Murphy's crust. It didn't have the good chew you get from a hand-stretched, high-gluten pizza dough crust. read more
