We really hadn't heard of Marco's Pizza and have eaten at several pizza restaurants since moving here 3 months ago. Tonight we picked up a Pepperoni Magnifico with Pineapples and I have to admit that it was quite delicious. If you like pepperoni - this pizza has exactly what you need. The crust even tasted great. The pizza was piping hot, tasted great, and was much better than the pepperoni pizza at the franchise restaurant we typically bought from foe about the same price. Seriously folks, you've got to try this pizza. My favorite pizza since moving to Clarksville. read more

Got in order to deliver pizza wasn't the way that I wanted it to be I had special instructions on it and the cinnasquares had no icing on it . I won't be ordering from this location again read more

I placed an order through Yelp and paid through Grub Hub. And granted it was late, but I ordered before closing time. After waiting more than an hour I was informed that something went wrong with my order and it was cancelled. I was refunded. So be careful when you order from this Marco's pizza. I hope they can do better in the future. read more

All the toppings were cold and raw. It was a last minute throw toppings . Onions and peppers and sausage was raw.

Ordered online, came in to pick up and there was a sign that stated exact change(nothing from their online website indicated this). I'm assuming the individual who was brought to the front was the manager. He asked what I had for payment. I had a $100 bill and was told I they don't take anything over $20. Again nothing in their website (where I ordered) indicated that you needed exact change or that they wouldn't take $100 bills. So, now someone is probably eating my order for free while I wasted my time driving to their location. Ended up going down the street to 4 brothers wood-fired pizza (they take all US currency). read more

Pizza not cooked all the way through. Asked for double sauce and double garlic sauce didn't get either and who cuts pizza like this ?? I called and they said bring it back I'm definitely not driving back up there and it's snowing. They could have at least offered a credit read more

I will never be spending my money at an ANY Marcos location again, plus my feedback to any and all will be how bad they're. Ordered "Lite Sauce" sausage pizza online, called in a matter of minutes to be sure the pizza was made with "lite sauce." When I got home and opened the pizzas the "Lite Sauce" pizza had significantly more sauce than the other pizza with normal sauce. When I called to have my pizza remade. I was told that I COULDNT get it remade UNLESS I changed the type of sauce because it was made per the ticket. How disrespectful that I couldn't get single medium pizza remade. They even acknowledged taking my call and telling me there "wasn't much sauce on the pizza." Just really don't understand how this couldn't have dealt with better as I was willing to bring the pizza back as is. I'll be sure to reach out to corporate, guessing they will like to hear how they lost a customer and this bad review. Lastly- Megan or Melissa (didn't quite catch her name) was the person that took my call, she was a delivery driver, probably shouldn't have been answering the phone. read more

Ordered take-out and it was ready when promised. Thin crust all meat is our Marco's go to and this was as good as our home location. Generous toppings, friendly prompt service so we will be back next time we pass through. read more

Ordered pizza tonight. The driver gave me the wrong order by mistake, and I called immediately. The entire staff was super friendly and professional, and I had my correct order remade and on the road in no time at all. In fact, the original order was delivered so early, that my remade order arrived around the time I had scheduled the delivery. So it all worked out. Mistakes happen, but they handled it so well. I will definitely be a return customer. read more

I don't care how good the pizza is, the website redesign was absolutely hideous and is a terrible, terrible mess. It was executed so poorly you never know how it is going to work on any given day. As far as "takeout" pizza goes the entire experience is crap thanks to the craptastic web redesign. read more

Food was ok, sausage dry, sauce tasted old, service was ok.. The guy didn't know how to add a coupon from the app- The atmosphere - was disgusting - 4 people sitting up front , watching phones, taking as friends came in and dropping F bombs and cussing the entire time. Pizza was cold when it was delivered. Didn't follow directions on how I wanted the pizza. The thin crust tasted like a cardboard prefab wafer. I'll never order again. read more

Delicious pizza, delivery was fast! Pizza was fresh, hot, and quick. The delivery person was so nice and personal!! Highly recommend

Tried to order a Pizza for delivery, they use Grubhub, called Marcos they never received the order although I was charged for the food. I will never patronize this place again. They just don't care about customer service. read more

Called to order pizza, was told we're not taking orders for 1 1/2 hours what the hell are they open for?

Love the pizza but it is the most disorganized pizza delivery around the Tiny Town area. Multiple times they claimed that the food was delivered but it never showed. A second order was processed and delivered...each of the THREE times it occurred. The food is good...but not 5 hour-waiting good. read more

Deffently my go to pizza place when I want something different the pizzas here the dough is super filling they make it to perfection I love the Marianara sauce they use it taste authentic the chicken is always big chunks of chicken , there jalapeños are thick and very spicy ! And there cheese bread is always supper fluffy I love this pizza when I first moved here in 2018 it was the first pizza I tried over here usually I would get Pizza Hut or dominoes sometimes papa John's but I would only get those since they were well knowned never tried other kinds and one day they said the pizza from Pizza Hut was gonna be like a hour and a half so me and my husband heard people taking of Marcos and were like skrew it let's try! And YES not disappointed!!! read more

I have a teenage daughter who is one of the pickiest eaters I have ever seen. She doesn't like hardly anything. But her little 5 feet tall, 100 lbs soaking wet self can finish half a double cheese pizza from here ALL. BY. HERSELF. Frankly I don't see a big difference in pizzas here. But my daughter can choose this pizza in a blind taste test of any pizza joint in Clarksville every time. She loves it! And don't even get me started on her obsession with their dessert! Well done Marcos. Even the most finicky of kiddos loves u. read more

Chicken wings are gross but pizza is consistently good. Chain pizza but can get the same quality and cheaper at Luigis.

Amazing place. Each time I go the staff is friendly, order is always ready, hot, flavorful and coupons are amazing. When you're looking for a quick easy and won't break the bank dinner or meal, Marcos is the place! I have lived near this specific one on Tiny town for a while now and I am their biggest fan. They are just amazing all around, always making myself and yummy happy! read more

Pizza is good . They're delivery is fast and the price is fair. The nice thing is , you can customize your pizza . I don't care for thin crust but I don't like it too thick. So , when I order I ask them to make it in between the both . I'm also a big fan of garlic and they are happy to accommodate me every time read more

I'm forced to select at least one star, but I have received no pizza after 2.5 hours of waiting and being hung up on multiple times (just a click and silence). When I called other locations to see if perhaps there was something going on, several team members told me that they were experiencing the same issues, they were fielding complaints regarding the Tiny Town store, and that "their team is down by 2/3 with no delivery drivers." Most of us are pretty understanding: just communicate with us so we aren't left with hangry children and no answers. The plus side is the kid who answered the phone remained calm and professional once the phone was actually answered. read more

I'm very dissatisfied with Marco's pizza. This was the first time I have ever ordered from them. The pizza arrived 1.5 hours after ordering. The pizza was cold. After an hour of waiting for the pizza, I called to find out where my pizza is and if it would be hot. I was told that it was sitting under heat lamps and as soon as a driver got there, it would be the next to go out. The thin crust pizza was cold and the crust was rather chewy and rubbery from sitting under the heat lamp for an hour. The regular crust was warmer but still not taste fresh out of the oven. read more

Delivery was quick and the steak and cheese sub I got to share was delicious and so was the meatball bake we got too.

We haven't tried our pizza yet because we haven't made it home but, the location on Tiny Town in Clarksville TN has the most courteous crew in just about any food place I've been! In the 10-15 minutes wait for our pizza I had at least 4-6 employees ask if I had been helped yet, and they were polite to everyone who walked through the door including each other. Will update after tasting the food! read more

Very good pizza. Not sure if it's authentic Italian (regardless of how it's used, I don't believe authentic Italian pizza is cooked on a conveyor belt) but it's good. We've been looking for good pizza since NYPD closed down...and until it reopens, Marco's will be our pizza of choice. The sauce tasted good and was very flavorful, the pepperoni was nice and crispy as well. Looking forward to having them again, next time we'll go with the thin crust pie. read more

Worst service I have ever had from a pizza place! $60 order that they delivered to the wrong address across town. They told me they would go get it after it had already been in someone else's home and redeliver it to me. They expected me to wait for not new pizza but the pizza that had been misdelivered in someone else's possession for 45 mins past the time it was supposed to have arrived to me. So basically please take this cold pizza that has been in someone else's house. read more

We were at Clarksville RV campground for the night. We got in about 6pm and just wanted pizza delivery. The girl at check in recommended Marco's. Pizza was very good. read more

I'm new to this area. I used Yelp to order pizza tonight for Valentines Day so I could enjoy a nice evening alone wearing a face mask and celebrating being single! Yeah. A few places popped up and I chose this one due to the reviews. I chose to order online and the process was incredibly easy. They even gave me a 10% off coupon to use. The tracker appeared and let me know when my food was gonna arrive. I'm impatiently waiting right now in my sweats... you got that right. I avoided the crowds and couples. Happy Ash Wednesday to me. The delivery arrived and I didn't die... just kidding. He arrived and made my day. I ordered a Works Pizza and was able to modify the toppings easily and without charge, which was nice and I also ordered a Greek Salad. Man... Omg omg it's here... the delivery guy was super Nice and friendly. He told me Happy Valentines Day and said they were really busy. I have him a huge tip and I'm eating this pizza now. The crust is so freaking unbelievable, what is this magic dusting of seasonings on the edges... the toppings were plentiful and it's delicious. The salad is really great too and they use Marzetti Greek dressing and it's in packets... I love it. This will be a regular treat for me now. read more

Would rather order from Dominoes. Don't order their white sauce if you're expecting it to be a creamy Alfredo sauce. It's just butter, parmesan, and garlic powder. It basically tasted like cheesy bread. It was pretty dry and bland. read more

I ordered an Italian sausage, bacon, and black olive traditional crust pizza. Into slice #3 I had a monotone flavor coating my mouth. I pulled apart the next slice and tried each topping individually to see why. Italian sausage - no hint of fennel. If the sausage had fennel at any point it didn't make it into any of the sausage chunks on my pizza. Bacon - mass cured belly. No distinguishing flavor. Not even a hint of smoke. And it was chopped like they bought the giant bag of pre-cooked bacon pieces from the restaurant supply store instead of buying strips, cutting, and frying it in shop. Black olives - tasted like they had been in open air for a few days. It is difficult to mask black olives, but Marco's found a way. Cheese - had the rubbery mouth feel of part-skim mozzarella. Sauce - all the appeal of Prego without the tomato flavor. Crust - I like crust with a slight chew. This crust had a crunch and firmness like a Sam's or Papa Murphy's crust. It didn't have the good chew you get from a hand-stretched, high-gluten pizza dough crust. read more

Really enjoyed the pizza. I think Marco's could benefit from a larger location. Service was as good as the food...excellent.

Ordered the Meat Supremo pizza and had it delivered. It easily came within the projected time, and was still very hot when it arrived. Got the regular crust which easily exceeds the standard crust offered by other chains. Good pizza and was fairly priced.
