Great food, value, clean and had a little kids corner that my toddler girls loved! My daughter said "when we want to eat somewhere else, let's instead come here"!! read more

The loaded fettuccine was really good. In fact there were so much of it. It will be good again today. The salad, even though it's iceberg lettuce, which I am not a fan, is always really fresh and crisp and I always order it because it goes great with the food. The breadsticks are fabulous. My friend had the pizza she said the toppings were good but the crust not so great. She also had the salad which she loves and the breadsticks. And we will be back. read more

Fazoli's - Italian Near Me - Clarksville, Tennessee

I went to the Fazoli's in Clarksville on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard their managing manager Jolina was very rude. I asked her about my order my lasagna did not have any cheese on it. I told her that I did not live in that area, but I will be back, maybe at the end of the week Basically she told me in order to cook it over. I need to bring the food back I asked her I have my receipt so you want me to carry food around for a week before I can come back and she told me that's the only way they could replace it. I think that's very rude. She's a manager. I'm also a manager and I know for a fact you're supposed to make sure your customers are happy. She's not a good manager. I hope they get rid of her really soon. read more

Ok, so I was going to start this review a different way & remembered that this is fast-food Italian! It would not be fair to compare them to dine-in. With that said, they definitely give you fair portions and the price is right. The customer service was great and the wait was very short. I was looking for an alternative to the Impossible Burger at another establishment and Fazoli's provided that on-the-go today. However, my noodles were a bit rubbery...like you let them overcook in the microwave. There are keto & gluten friendly item available upon request But guess what? They sell wings too! If I was flexing (flexatarian), I would definitely try them. Someone please order some and let me know if they're as good as they look read more

No stars for me don't ever order the ultimate sampler it didn't look like the photo wasn't season at all and it was nasty the only thing I ate was the bread and spaghetti cause I was hungry not sayin anything else they serve isn't good but that ultimate sampler they ought to be a shame so I can't give any stars read more

Fazoli's - Not season the only thing was good was the bread and spaghetti so so but that lasagna and pasta that's a no for me I wouldn't recommend it - Italian Near Me - Clarksville, Tennessee

Asked for tips at register. Noodles are under cooked. Very dry with scant sauce. I asked for a small cup of sauce and was told that I had to pay for it. Ridiculous. read more

Food was good and hot. Customer service is lacking... food is average at best. In my opinion you get what you pay for!!!

So, what do you do when you're in the mood for pasta but you don't want to cook? Yep, you go to Fazoli's. It's Italian fast food, and I mean fast. I ordered and was through the drive thru and on my way in probably only a minute and a half. I ordered the fettucine alfredo and a salad, and both were top quality and tasted just like they're supposed to. The breadsticks were outstanding, as well. As others have pointed out, it's not Olive Garden, but with serving sizes on par and half the price. When you factor in the rewards that Fazoli's offers, it makes all the sense in the world to come here when the pasta is calling. read more

Good to go fast food pasta !! Drive thru and everything ! I got the Shrimp pasta Alfredo bake $4.99 with 6 piece breadsticks $2/3 I forgot. Not bad would recommend 4/5 read more

I went through the drive thru to bring home two orders of lasagna with breadsticks. You get two breadsticks with each order, which was disappointing because that was the only edible thing we had. The red sauce in our lasagna tasted spoiled. I threw both containers in the garbage. I didn't bother to call and complain because I live all the way across town, and I know for sure I won't try eating there again. But I suppose that I should have, I hope that no one got sick from eating it. read more

For a drive through, a more quick service, and Italian style food this place is really good. My daughter had the Fettuccine Alfredo, wife had the lasagne, and I had the Spicy baked Ziti with sausage. The meal came with all you can eat breadsticks as well. The food was super hot and fresh, the front counter/waitress was attentive, helpful, and very friendly. The restaurant was extremely clean despite having some construction in a quarter of the store. We will be back read more

I haven't been here in a while because the last time I ordered spaghetti with chicken Parmesan, i realized when I got home that the chicken was frozen cold. I spent like 17$ on the meal because I ordered a dessert. So yeah... that was so terrible. read more

Alfredo sauce was watery. When we asked an employee about it, he said he did not make the food. No offer of help.

Lord this place is a train wreck. They gave us the wrong order right before they closed and then answered the phone like 5 minutes before so I told them and they were basically like okay bring it back tomorrow because we are about to go home. Well I was already home and I threw it away and then they guy was like well just get it out of the trash can and bring it back read more

Quick reaction on a Good Friday evening ! The management team was quickly able to support our Varsity high school baseball team of 25 players and coaches on a five minute notice after our previous plans with mission barbecue had fallen through because they ran out of meat. Great job by the management team and awesome example of flexible service. Serve us in under 30 minutes. read more

This place serves Italian style food in a fast food setting. I had the spaghetti and meat sauce. The sauce to noodle ratio was just right for me. The sauce was nice with a heavy oregano and pepper flavor. The noodles were cooked well. The garlic bread sticks were addicting. The food came quick and hot. I did have to get up and go ask for more bread sticks. Usually someone comes around and replenishes your bread stick supply. This place seemed to be quite popular in the early evening so the parking close to the restaurant was full but I found a spot. As I am not usually fond of chain restaurants in the US, I found this place to be reasonable in price for the quality and quantity of food they serve. I did find that the cost of the drinks (fountain style) were a bit too high. (1.99) for a small. I will return and try another dish. I definitely did not leave hungry or wish I would have ordered more as some chain places I've been. I would recommend trying at least once without comparison to any other Italian style food place. read more

Went here on a whim for lunch, the service was very fast! The food was delicious and hot. The employees were super friendly and courteous; bringing us more breadsticks as part of our unlimited breadsticks deal! Decently priced too. read more

Better than Olive Garden and cheaper too! You order at the counter, get a number, pick your own seat and it's cheap like fast food. The food comes out pretty fast also but what kind of fast food gives you actual plates and silverware? None that I have ever been to. The food is great, unlimited bread sticks and great employees. There was one man who was doing everything for all the customers, I can't remember his name but the next time I go I will be sure to keep an eye out for him. I wanted to tip the man! Tuesdays 5pm-8pm is kids night, 2 kids eat free when you buy 1 adult entrée. read more

Fazoli's - Chicken Parm - Italian Near Me - Clarksville, Tennessee

I just had an ugly experience at this place. They left out my Alfredo with my breadsticks. Originally not a big deal, so I called to see if I could pick it up at a later time. I called 12 between sitting at home and the car ride back up there. When I woke in I was informed that the phone was broken. Fine. All I asked for before I left on top of my missing food was fresh breadsticks since mine were now cold. The lady at the counter who wasn't assisting me felt the need to roll her eyes and sigh like she didn't just mess up my food and I didn't have to play the back track game. It was disrespectful and if I had the time I would've asked to speak to the supervisor also part of the reason why going back up there was a huge inconvenience in the first place. Next time I'll spend the extra money and go to Olive Garden, at least they have manners there. read more

[] Recommend it? Yes! It's Fazoli's it's supposed to be fast food Italian! And it is fast food prices I can't believe the other two reviews on here. [] Military Discount: Yes! [] February 2013. Took my daughter there for lunch and ordered the chicken parm and Fet Alfredo with a side of salad and a side of pepperoni pizza. [] Food quality: Our food was prepared just right. The breadsticks were fresh and hot, the pizza, and everything else was perfect. See below in general comments for more on the food. [] Food quantity: Fazolli's is getting cheap on me! The Chix Parm used to come with two chicken filets...now it only comes with one!! Decent portion sizes. [] Customer Service: Excellent. They were very friendly and inviting. Brought our food right to our clean table. I normally don't dine-in (usually take-out) but I definitely will stop by here again with the kids. [] Atmosphere: The place was packed. You can tell they have good management here because let's face it, a chain fast food Italian food is hard to get wrong...however with a great staff that makes the place warm and welcoming that makes all the difference. [] General comments: This is not your authentic Italian eatery folks. It is as advertised, fast food Italian. You're going to get frozen pre-packaged cooked food at half the cost of Olive Garden. [] This is one of my favorite take-out options! read more

Fazoli's - This is what Fazoli's in Clarksville calls a caesar salad. Romaine lettuce. That is all that was in the container. - Italian Near Me - Clarksville, Tennessee

I stopped here on my way home and was expecting it to be fairly good because of its high rating. I also had high expectations because the branch in Paducah is top notch. The staff was very friendly, however, all the friendliness in the world does not make up for a dirty restaurant. I was hard pressed to find a table that didn't have trash all around it. An employee came out to change the overflowing trash bin. Trash fell on the ground, he left it, and didn't return to clean it up. My ravioli tasted good, but wasn't very warm. Honestly, if I hadn't already paid, I would have politely returned the food and left. Maybe it was an off night, but I wasn't impressed. read more

I didn't care for my food I received here. It was poor quality, and not very tasty. But, to break it down.... Pros: All of their staff members were very friendly. The breadsticks were unlimited and fresh. Their meatballs were pretty good. The Italian ice drinks were good, both blue raspberry and strawberry. My husband enjoyed his cheese pizza slices. Their specials on the menu are well priced. And it's nice that they clean up your table for you after your meal when you dine in. Cons: I didn't too much enjoy the margarine taste the breadsticks were smothered in. Their spaghetti sauce was equivalent to any ol' tomato sauce, such as Ragu from a can. Very bland. Their mushrooms in my spaghetti were inedible as they tasted as if they simply cut them up raw and threw them in. And their "bacon" is absolutely gross. Common now, that's not BACON. Very cheap, for lack of better word, crap. And it cost me $10-$11. I couldn't even hardly eat it. I just ate some bites of the noodles, dipped a few breadsticks in the sauce, and left almost the entire order there on my table. That being said, I would try it again and see how my experience would be if I order something else. I guess we shall see... read more

This was a neat place. We had never been so decided to try it. Had ages 7-44. The cashier, Brooklyn, was super helpful and very patient. She was great. It was hot and she even turned the air down for us. The food was Ok/good, about what you expect for fast food Italian. The lasagna is not so good and spaghetti is just Ok. But the Italian sub, spices sampler & Alfredo add chicken were all great. read more

Ordered dinner for the family last night. Staff was great and working hard through the dinner rush. When I got home with our order my husband said his food tasted "off", I thought he was just kidding until I tried the pasta and it definitely tasted like soap. New management? I guess. My family and I stood at the register waiting for someone to take our order. We looked around, not busy, staff standing behind the wall laughing, talking. All the workers saw us and just turned around. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt that their drive thru is busy-nope. After 5+ minutes of this awkward standing we left, so did the customers behind us. read more

I love Fazolis! The service is great. Food is consistently good. I personally like the food better than their sit down competitor down the street and it's about half the price. Fazoli's is the really the perfect place for quick family Italian type food. My son's favorites are the Alfredo and cheese pizza slice. Decent selection of drinks and sides to help fill any belly. First time trying Fazoli's. Food was good for the price, the food came out quickly and everyone working was very friendly. Best part was the endless breadsticks!
