I went to the Fazoli's in Clarksville on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard their managing manager Jolina was very rude. I asked her about my order my lasagna did not have any cheese on it. I told her that I did not live in that area, but I will be back, maybe at the end of the week Basically she told me in order to cook it over. I need to bring the food back I asked her I have my receipt so you want me to carry food around for a week before I can come back and she told me that's the only way they could replace it. I think that's very rude. She's a manager. I'm also a manager and I know for a fact you're supposed to make sure your customers are happy. She's not a good manager. Ok, so I was going to start this review a different way & remembered that this is fast-food Italian! It would not be fair to compare them to dine-in. With that said, they definitely give you fair portions and the price is right. The customer service was great and the wait was very short. I was looking for an alternative to the Impossible Burger at another establishment and Fazoli's provided that on-the-go today. However, my noodles were a bit rubbery...like you let them overcook in the microwave. There are keto & gluten friendly item available upon request But guess what? They sell wings too! I ordered and was through the drive thru and on my way in probably only a minute and a half. I ordered the fettucine alfredo and a salad, and both were top quality and tasted just like they're supposed to. The breadsticks were outstanding, as well. As others have pointed out, it's not Olive Garden, but with serving sizes on par and half the price. When you factor in the rewards that Fazoli's offers, it makes all the sense in the world to come here when the pasta is calling. read more

I went through the drive thru to bring home two orders of lasagna with breadsticks. You get two breadsticks with each order, which was disappointing because that was the only edible thing we had. The red sauce in our lasagna tasted spoiled. I threw both containers in the garbage. I didn't bother to call and complain because I live all the way across town, and I know for sure I won't try eating there again. For a drive through, a more quick service, and Italian style food this place is really good. My daughter had the Fettuccine Alfredo, wife had the lasagne, and I had the Spicy baked Ziti with sausage. This place serves Italian style food in a fast food setting. I had the spaghetti and meat sauce. The sauce to noodle ratio was just right for me. The sauce was nice with a heavy oregano and pepper flavor. The noodles were cooked well. The garlic bread sticks were addicting. The food came quick and hot. I did have to get up and go ask for more bread sticks. Usually someone comes around and replenishes your bread stick supply. This place seemed to be quite popular in the early evening so the parking close to the restaurant was full but I found a spot. As I am not usually fond of chain restaurants in the US, I found this place to be reasonable in price for the quality and quantity of food they serve. I did find that the cost of the drinks (fountain style) were a bit too high. (1.99) for a small. I will return and try another dish. I definitely did not leave hungry or wish I would have ordered more as some chain places I've been. I just had an ugly experience at this place. They left out my Alfredo with my breadsticks. Originally not a big deal, so I called to see if I could pick it up at a later time. I called 12 between sitting at home and the car ride back up there. When I woke in I was informed that the phone was broken. Fine. All I asked for before I left on top of my missing food was fresh breadsticks since mine were now cold. The lady at the counter who wasn't assisting me felt the need to roll her eyes and sigh like she didn't just mess up my food and I didn't have to play the back track game. It was disrespectful and if I had the time I would've asked to speak to the supervisor also part of the reason why going back up there was a huge inconvenience in the first place. The food comes out pretty fast also but what kind of fast food gives you actual plates and silverware? None that I have ever been to. The food is great, unlimited bread sticks and great employees. I stopped here on my way home and was expecting it to be fairly good because of its high rating. I also had high expectations because the branch in Paducah is top notch. The staff was very friendly, however, all the friendliness in the world does not make up for a dirty restaurant. I was hard pressed to find a table that didn't have trash all around it. An employee came out to change the overflowing trash bin. Trash fell on the ground, he left it, and didn't return to clean it up. My ravioli tasted good, but wasn't very warm. I didn't care for my food I received here. It was poor quality, and not very tasty. But, to break it down.... Pros: All of their staff members were very friendly. The breadsticks were unlimited and fresh. Their meatballs were pretty good. The Italian ice drinks were good, both blue raspberry and strawberry. My husband enjoyed his cheese pizza slices. Their specials on the menu are well priced. And it's nice that they clean up your table for you after your meal when you dine in. Cons: I didn't too much enjoy the margarine taste the breadsticks were smothered in. Their spaghetti sauce was equivalent to any ol' tomato sauce, such as Ragu from a can. Very bland. Their mushrooms in my spaghetti were inedible as they tasted as if they simply cut them up raw and threw them in. And their "bacon" is absolutely gross. Common now, that's not BACON. This was a neat place. We had never been so decided to try it. Had ages 7-44. The cashier, Brooklyn, was super helpful and very patient. She was great. Fazoli's is the really the perfect place for quick family Italian type food. My son's favorites are the Alfredo and cheese pizza slice. Decent selection of drinks and sides to help fill any belly.
