So glad that Luigi's reopened ... at this location on 41A! The tornado in Dec. 2023 had destroyed the entire strip. The area has been rebuilt and several new businesses have opened next to it / nearby. Inside looks bigger and the location has two doors. But, use the one on the right as the second door just opens up into a wall. Haha. We ordered the usual - Hawaiian style which is my son's favorite pizza! (No negative comments necessary about how pineapple doesn't belong on pizza, please.) As a picky eater, he has some favorite foods that I do not mind at all (like hummus for a snack)! I ordered a large (2-topping) takeout special since the medium size special was no longer on the menu. You can customize your pizza with one topping on half and another topping on the other half, so no problem. We just had two slices leftover. Not bad for under $11 (not including drinks). Service was quick! I did not order ahead, so had waited inside. As soon as I thought that a bench or some chairs would be nice as I was waiting, my pizza was ready. It was piping hot and made it all the way home still hot despite the chilly weather outside today. Call ahead to avoid any wait or have delivery - it's free! read more

I give the food could be actually decent when they make it right. BUT it's almost ALWAYS NOT made correctly, which makes it bad. This isnt my first time encountering an issue with literally NO alfredo, in the spinach ALFREDO pasta. Plus when I came in this time about it (politely, i should add), there was no apology. If anything it was a dismissive attitude, like I was the issue in the matter. This is my first time coming in the evening. But customer service should be like clockwork here. I don't want to have to have my order remade every time I order. I don't think I should either. Buuut maybe that's just me.... UPDATE: just got my pasta back. It's not hot AT ALL like it usually is when it is fresh out of the oven. I think all they did was add the alfredo & let it sit. Thats why i took away another star. There has to be another Luigi's around here. No way im coming back. read more

We moved here a year ago and at that time we went to Luigi several times and the pizza was good. I don't know what's happened but the last few times we've gone it's tasted horrible. The sauce is taste like tomato paste with no seasoning and they're constantly getting the orders mixed up. Once they even had to remake it three times before they finally got it right . We finally decided this was the last time we'd waste our money as we couldn't eat it. I hope somebody tells them how to make sauce because they're gonna start losing customers if they already haven't done so . Very disappointed read more

Service was top tier! I ordered a 20" pizza and they found a way to slide in a discount by ringing it up differently. Nice people, speedy service, and the pizza was FRESH. Didn't taste like fast food. It tasted like a quality pizza that I'd pay $25 for. If you want quality pizza, I recommend Luigi's. read more

I've always gotten the best pizza here after moving from Mississippi! Service is excellent! You guys rebuilt the place since the tornado but still haven't opened the doors as of yet. I've eaten pizza from Papa John's long enough and I'm currently craving pizza. Praying that you guys are back open within the next week or so because I don't plan on eating from Papa John's ever again. read more

I ordered 2 pizzas totaling $27.43 on Monday the 16th March. I was supposed to get a free order of cheese sticks with the order, but they weren't included. I called the store at 2019 Fort Campbell Blvd, Clarksville TN ahead of time to confirm they were still doing the free cheese stick promotion and they said yes. ORDER # 1466657. read more

Folks, I understand it Is 47 degrees out tonight, but the next pizza I order from you all, would it be too much to make it warmer then the outside temperature. Tonight's pizza was absolutely horrible. VERY greasy, VERY cold. ( and it didn't taste good) I hate to complain, but I'm not real happy to pay $40 for a pizza that's in the trash can. Thanks gang and have a great holiday season. read more

Super tasty pizza! We did ask for our pizza to be half cheese and half other toppings, which didn't really work out very well (pictured pizza), BUT we were happy with the pizza overall and will definitely be returning for more. read more

Luigi's Pizza - a pizza in a box - Pizza Near Me - Clarksville, Tennessee

Luigi's pizza is an amazing pizzeria. If you have a large group to feed they have their Texas size pizza. My go to is the Chicken Bacon Ranch or the Stake Sriracha. At least once a month I will order one for my team at work. Delivery is on time every time. read more

Who makes a pizza that's so GINORMOUS it won't even fit in your fridge? Luigi's does, and they call it the "Texas size". Make sure you're hungry, hangry, or have a crowd. The prices beat e'eerbody else's. The crust is delicious and they always put on plenty of toppings. Garlic butter is 50 cents more, but, mmmmm.....dunk that crust! If you're picking it up yourself, it's ready in 15 minutes. So it's great to call ahead while you're on your way home, and skip waiting on a delivery. Luigi's is no longer located by the old Grandpa's. It's moved down Ft Campbell Blvd towards post, on the right past Ringgold Rd. It is next to the gas and water dept. read more

My review is based on what I witnessed at Luigi's pizza, 2243 suite A, Lowe's drive, Clarksville. I was waiting on my order, standing at the front counter, I observed 3 employees', (two males and 1 female) standing at the food prep area. One of the males' after scratching his hair placed his hand in the cheese bend, grabbing a handful of cheese, and letting it fall through is finger's, over and over again. I asked the manager while pointing to the employee; "is that normal"? She replied, "no it's not". After going over talking to him, the female yelled in a loud obnoxious voice, "everyone does that"! How disgusting. And they do not wear gloves. If would be nice if the health department would make a visit. read more

Have tried to leave a full review. I am so disappointed in this place. Customer service is very sad. Ordered online order was lost. Ordered at 5:29 and wasn't ready till 6:35. Not told until 20 min after I was waiting. No sorry or anything. I love to support local but can get the same crap at a chain read more

Gave it one star because I had too. Ordered my food online at 546pm. It finally showed up at 7:58. Attempted to call the store only to wind up in and endless phone queue. Had to call the oak grove store, to have the manager there call the north Clarksville store. Was told my food was on its way at 7:22. Yeah. Arrived at 7:58. I'm less than a mile and a half from the store. The food that showed up was literally gross. Cold. Lacking toppings. We ordered from this place 100s of times by now over 15 years. Never again. I highly do not recommend. read more

Luigi's Pizza - A horrible 8 dollar hot dog bun with what's supposed to be an Italian sub inside. - Pizza Near Me - Clarksville, Tennessee

Disgusting, undercooked wings. For the price I could've gone to Walmart and bought a big bag of "anytizers" -- which I would much rather recommend than this "restaurant." The pizza was ok; it was edible, unlike the wings. I took one bite and my stomach started tingling and nauseating, which was my signal to throw the rest away. Definitely never eating here again. read more

Marginal pizza and low quality wings. I'll say that the wings were sizable and meaty, but taste and sauce were not there. Pizza was about the same as a frozen bake at home pizza read more

Fantastic pizza!!! Our favorite is the Chicken Bacon Ranch. They have great coupon deals as well. We only order pizza from them. Their cheese breadsticks are AMAZING. Missing a star because delivery literally takes forever. I don't recommend their chicken Alfredo pasta. It was really disappointing and the chicken was super dry. I couldn't even finish it because of how bad it was. Stick with their pizza. read more

I have ordered pizza from here many times and I've always been pleased. Tonight I had a strong craving for pasta so I thought I'd try the chicken carbonara and a piece of cheesecake for dessert. Wow! 10/10 Recommend, will definitely order again! read more

Walked in not sure what to expect. Staff was friendly and took order at counter. Pizza was ready 10 minutes later and it was pretty good.

Luigi's is one of the few places I have found that has buffalo chicken. We had it tonight for the first time and although the flavor was good, it lacked chicken!!!!! We often make our own pizza but it's always nice to order out. Our homemade buffalo chicken is much tastier. I'm not sure that we'll be back. read more

I understand that they're busy due to covid-19 thing but when we were told 55 minutes and our pizza took over an hour and a half to get there no one can see what a little ridiculous. So the Luigi's on fort Campbell boulevard in Clarksville Tennessee I ringgold road is absolutely horrible read more

Luigi's has decent pizza, but nothing to rave about. They are fairly cheap and always have walk-in deals. Usually they are pretty quick, but last time I went there they took forever!! We were told it would take about 15 minutes. 10 minutes later another person came in and ordered and was quoted the same amount of time. About 20 minutes later, the other customer got their order and we were told that it would just be another 5 minutes because they forgot to put our Cheesy bread in the oven. Well about 15 minutes later, we finally got out order. So, a 15 minute wait turned into a 45-50 minute wait! I could have gone to a sit down restaurant and gotten our food in less than that amount of time. I was pretty pissed. However, we will probably order from here again just because they are a cheap alternative when we aren't in the mood to cook. read more

I was in town to see my son in the Army. We decided to get take out and it was a Great choice. 15 minutes to pick up. We got the Classic. It was wonderful so good forgot to take a picture before we ate it all..Lol.. Toppings were plenty with enough cheese too!! It all married well together..Yum!! The crust was very tasty too!! Wished it was just a little more crispy but that's my only complaint.. Didn't take away from the taste. Next time I come back we are def eating here again!! Decent pizza ( not New York style more like Marcos) good service recommended but not great. Price is cheap reason for 4 stars. Taste and quality maybe a 3 at best. read more

Every time I order from here my pizza is wrong. There have been times that they have put pineapple on my pizza and the people who do that ruin pizza. The thing that gets me the most though is when I order double something and they definitely don't double it. I pay extra for double pepperoni but only get single. It's frustrating not getting what I pay for almost every time. read more

Luigi's pizza is the best in Clarksville. I tend to stay away from big chain pizza restaurants so this pizza place was just what I was looking for, they have amazing deals and they have free delivery. Can't really beat that ! read more

I know it's just pizza, and there is nothing out of the ordinary with this place... but the sweet chicken pizza is the best BBQ pizza I've ever had. At first glance, it doesn't seem like it would be. But after you scarf down a few slices, you'll see what I mean. It's great. Another plus is the free delivery, and the people that work here are super nice for the most part. It's the only place I order pizza delivery from nowadays. read more

Ordered 2 medium pizzas, one luigi's special (thin crust, extra baked) the other a sausage with extra cheese. Should've checked what I got before driving all the way home I ended up getting a calzone instead of a sausage with extra cheese. I called and told them they gave me the wrong order and they were very apologetic and said I could keep the calzone and get a 8-9$ credit to use OR they could put in an order for that extra cheese and sausage pizza but make it a large no cost at all. I went with that instead, and went to pick it up. It was very very busy for a Friday night so I was waiting an extra 10-12 mins when I arrived but they were nice about it. I wasn't a fan of the luigi's special but I think next time I won't get it thin crust or extra baked.. I'm use to how pizza is made in the north east.. but this just wasn't comparable. but there extra cheese and sausage was really good. Overall not a horrible experience. It's probably one of the better pizza places around Clarksville area, and a lot of people go and seem to like it. It's receiving 3 stars because of the mix up. read more

Ordered a 20 inch and a large pepperoni calzone. Was told 25-30 minutes got there in 20 minutes and food was cold by the time I got home, I live 2 miles away. The pizza had way to much sauce n barely any cheese, and the calzone was really greasy, and I'm the greasy pizza type, but this was way to greasy. The calzone was cut into 4 pieces, the ends had no cheese or pepperoni and the 2 middle pieces had hardly any cheese or pepperoni, thet was only a quarter filled if that. The last 2 times before ordering from here n it was just as bad then too. They used to be the best place to get but not now SMH ñ read more

The pizza itself is average or slightly above. The reason we keep ordering from them is the fast and friendly delivery, ease in which we can order online, they are priced well for what the family gets and they also have subs and other items for big families like us who can't decide on just one thing. All that extra pushes it to a 4 star. read more

Super clean, sweetest and hardworking staff! Perfect place to go for late night cravings, they have everything! Food was awesome!

Sango Location - This is by far the most disorganized place I have ever seen. It's like watching circus clowns trying to herd ferrell cats! No less than 6 employees asked me for my order and it took me asking for a manager to get the 3rd pizza put in the oven. Apparenly, they only prepare and cook 2 of the 3 pizzas of an order. Maybe they figure you won't notice you're a pizza short. Pizza is great...if you can get it. Not worth the frustration. If you have hypertension, stay away. Definitely not worth stroking out for! read more

This is the second time we have ordered from them. The pizza is so good. It arrived early and it was piping hot.

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and a chicken alfredo pasta for my daughter the other night. The chicken was dry and the sandwich bun was burnt. When I called to let them know, they said it wasn't their fault, that it was because of their new ovens. They refused to do much of anything about it. I've been a repeat customer, but I'll think twice before ever ordering from this restaurant again. Obviously, they do not care about their quality of food or their customers. read more
