I filled out the online order delivery information and accurately stated the name and address of the hotel. An hour later, I called the store to ask if there was some problem and why my pizza had not been delivered yet. We had this delivered for our grandsons birthday party the pizza is the worst I have ever had, the sauce is acidic and tastes horrible. Went in totally blind here...used past reviews to choose a pizza joint for tonight's dinner and we are very happy with our choice. Had a 2 or more pizza deal with up to 6 toppings for $9.99 ea. The Meat Lovers was great. Salty yummy goodness. The other was a pepper and onion pizza, great red sauce and a thick dough crust. The staff was friendly and ordering was a breeze. My review is based on what I witnessed at Luigi's pizza, 2243 suite A, Lowe's drive, Clarksville. I was waiting on my order, standing at the front counter, I observed 3 employees', (two males and 1 female) standing at the food prep area. One of the males' after scratching his hair placed his hand in the cheese bend, grabbing a handful of cheese, and letting it fall through is finger's, over and over again. I asked the manager while pointing to the employee; "is that normal"? She replied, "no it's not". After going over talking to him, the female yelled in a loud obnoxious voice, "everyone does that"! How disgusting. And they do not wear gloves. If would be nice if the health department would make a visit. read more

Was attempting to give them second chances because they used to be wonderful and I do enjoy their food when it's made correctly. Even pre covid they were running hour long deliveries with cold food. I ordered through door dash, hoping it would maybe save some time as they wouldn't have to send their own people. I tracked it and the delivery person came straight from the store even though it was delayed. The app kept me up to date. I have no issues from any other place with door dash. I ordered two DIET pepsis. I cannot consume the sugar in regular soda. I was sent regular. The picture shows how much meat was on my salad. Maybe 3 or 4 cut slices not even a 1/2 inch in any diameter. And the wings were cold. I called luigis and they told me they could do nothing. Because I ordered through door dash. Uh....YOU gave door dash the wrong drinks. YOUR food was cold. This place is not what it used to be. I'm all for local restaurants but save yourself 30 mins and a headache and go to dominos. We placed our order last Friday- said 25 to 45 minutes.. an hour and half goes by with no food, I call and ask (nicely because I know they're busy) but they don't give me a time they just said it should be done soon. Then tonight we opted for pick up thinking it would get done faster.. WRONG. we ordered it at 6pm, said it would be done in 20 to 25 minutes, head up there were sitting there for an hour with them saying continuously it's not much longer and finally we ask for a refund AND THEY DIDNT EVEN START OUR FOOD! It was SO incredibly greasy, it was literally sitting in a pool of grease. The bottom was so soggy and floppy due to all the grease, and I guess they didn't cook it well done.
