my second ever visit to a chipotle and it's the same location as the first. My sole purpose was to try the red chimichurri sauce. So this time I got a burrito bowl (a little embarrassed as I forgot how the ordering process went and stood around looking like an idiot). The person making my order didn't seem cheerful and also was not listening as she nearly put beans on it after I had said no beans to her question or "black beans or pinto?", which is fine, we avoided the mistake. I sat inside to eat and I was pleasantly surprised how good the stuff was this time, the sauce really did make it worth the trip. I will be getting more of this sauce in the future. Inside was fairly clean, I just dont care for the set up of tables etc. It seems difficult to move around especillay had the inside been full of cutomers eating and waiting to order. read more

This chipotle was good a month ago. Not sure what happened but this is by far the worst place I've eaten in Clarksville and the worst chipotle by a lot. I don't even know where to start. Customer service was awful, the food was worse. I got a half scoop of rice with a half scoop of chicken and I scoop and a half of sour cream. Went here for a quick bite and I usually love chipotle. This location offered quick service but left much to be desired. I ordered a bowl with half barbacoa and half chicken. The serving of each topping was very skimpy. I already order my guacamole in a cup on the side in order to get the proper amount for the up charge. But the meager serving of lettuce, rice, beans, and barbacoa was unexpected. And to top it off, my chips were stale, grease soaked, and inedible. This place was a circus, and the manager was participating. I have never seen a Chipotle in this poor of all around condition. 8:20 pm and there were 2-3 employees goofing off in the seating area who appeared to be on break, but were disruptive to the dining room and also interacting with the staff "behind the counter" one of who was the manager. Several frustrated customers were waiting for steak to be cooked, the cashier was visibly uncomfortable and embarrassed, the food maker was also frustrated at the loud staff. They were out of brown rice; steak and had a short wait for honey chicken. I took the manager card in order to call the next day; and I asked if he was there and he spoke up that it was him, and he asked if there was a problem and I said yes, I've never seen a more unprofessional Chipotle, and he blew me off. The most poorly managed Chipotle I have encountered. They are incredibly busy, but always seem to have enough staff. They are just disorganized and seem overwhelmed. Food quality and timeliness suffers because of this. My most recent experience was my last straw. I had an order in at 4PM that had to be cancelled because they ran out of tortillas, and door dash ended at 5PM. Over an hour and my order still wasn't even prepared. That's atrocious. Ordered a burrito bowl with tortilla on the side and asked for topping on the side because I knew I'd have to reheat my bowl once I got home. I was charged for 1.55 for corn salsa and 1.55 for sour cream. I noticed my tortilla was not with my order and addressed a team member who proceeded to tell me they put my tortilla in with my friends order. We arrived home 30 min later to find only one tortilla my tortilla was missing. The guacamole was also way too salty. This is the second time within 30 days I have visited this location and both times I have been highly disappointed. I should have known better than to return. read more

Site down, buckle up and enjoy the ride. Brother went in to get dinner, ordered a salad, large guac and large bag of chips for my mother. If these employees had half a brain they would of said they ran out of salad dressing, but nope, they follow their orders from their overloaded manager like good little zombies. Once ringing up they informed my brother they are out of salad dressing and that they often run out of salad dressing on Sundays...(okay, first flag of stupidity and the lack of keeping a store stocked). Any ways, the employe knew there was no salad dressing, still made the salad and my brother now felt obligated to buy the salad with out dressing as they made it already (second flag as the order wasn't made correctly, my mother isn't a rabbit rummaging in the garden, need the dressing). So yeah, brother wants to get the heck out of there as he's not having the Chipotle staff vibe, pays for the food and heads home. This is where is gets good, we didn't get a large bag of chips as their bags will say large on it. Again the employees are lacking basic reading skills of a second grader. Also, the bag was 90% wasted oxygen and 10% chips, so math isn't their strong suit either. The staff should go outside, find the nearest tree and apologize to the tree for making it work so hard to produce the oxygen for the chip bag. We called the store and spoke to the assistant manager, she gets an extra star for being scared of the manager and GM. Here's the rub, instead of giving a refund for the salad with no dressing with the lack of give a crap for her employees, she stated that the salad was purchased and there's nothing they could do as she was worried about what her manager and GM would say and get her in trouble for doing the right thing. Oh yeah the chips, lack their of in this case, it was offered that she would give us a free bag next time.... guess what, it ain't free if we paid for it and didn't get it. It's like getting a tax refund and you're proud of over paying every year. So if you go into this location, know that their is a large bag of chips and salad dressing with our name on it. Might be there for a while as this may be the last time we spend our money at this location. Looking at the Yelp reviews and maybe corporate should look at them too, this location is subpar, lacking basic customer service and is in need of a management staff that gives a crap about their customer. The worst Chipotle I've ever been to and the reason I'll never go back to one ever again. I was here on Friday (Cinco de Mayo!) and of all days, I'd expect the food to be good that day. I got a chicken burrito bowl and the chicken was practically ICE COLD. It was as if it had been sitting out for hours which isn't safe at all to consume. The rice was hot, but the rest of the meal wasn't. I felt like I was eating a frozen food meal that wasn't heated up all the way. Needless to say I had to throw it away and remained hungry. I reached out to customer service for help and asked for a refund. This was NOT provided to me despite my bowl being $10.... is this really that significant for a $56 billion dollar company? All I was offered was a "BOGO" meaning, I can go pay full price AGAIN, and risk my food being cold and inedible again, no thank you. I'm absolutely appalled that I wasn't even offered a mere FREE burrito coupon. I have to literally pay full price AGAIN! A free burrito would've been the bare minimum I would reasonably expect and I wasn't even given that level of courtesy. Needless to say that using this "BOGO" won't be happening. They've lost a lifelong customer. Save yourself the headache, wasted money, starvation, and potential for food poisoning. Go to Chic-fil-A next door instead, where you'll never have a bad meal and are treated as more than a dollar sign. Went in with my husband and it was completely empty with the staff just standing around, talking and laughing. When we walked in the place was an absolute mess. Trash cans full, all of the tables were dirty, trash and food all over the floor, drink station and utensils empty, etc. I use to be a shit lead at a restaurant in another state and if I was the lead on this shift I would be furious with my staff. Everyone is giggling and playing around behind the counter and no one is micromanaging and keeping a professional standard of cleanliness. So, I don't normally write bad reviews unless a place is REALLY bad. But I have been to this Chipotle twice and both times has left me disappointed. First time I ordered online so when I got off work I could just get it real fast and go home to eat. I showed up at my pick-up time, and proceeded to wait about a half hour for my order to actually be ready. Several other people were waiting as well. After waiting for so long, the burrito tasted off. Not gross, but just off. Today, I decided to give another chance but this time I just waited in line which was much faster. However, the employees all seemed to be not paying attention to the customers. I had two burritos in my order. I asked the employee to add veggies to one of my burritos, and immediately after he grabs a burrito bowl and throws veggies on it. The lady next to me (the one who ordered the burrito bowl) interjects saying "that is mine and I didn't want that". Anyway, the employee slides my burrito down for the toppings part and I finish telling them what I want on my other burrito. By the time I turn to tell the other employee what I want on my burrito (second one was for my bf) IT IS ALREADY WRAPPED UP. "Excuse me, I wanted a ton of cheese on that one." "I put a lot" they reply. Before I can even interject more, because I also wanted to add salsa and was deciding on if I wanted guacamole or not, the cashier grabs the burritos and is asking for my card. My head was spinning! Like, SLOW DOWN. I took their word for it on the cheese, though ( and that was NOT smart of me I admit). Drive home (an hour away) and start eating my burrito that is pretty much all beans. (See photo below) I love Chipotle, but these experiences have left me never wanting to eat there again. Arrived to a filthy parking lot but the chick Fe le next to them was immaculate so it was a direct reflection on this chipotle. Bathroom had grimy never cleaned baseboards but toilet clean like they are doing bare minimum. No one smiled or greeted us. The person doing rice and beans seemed very miserable. This is the nastiest restaurant I've visited in a long time, and I will not return. The floors, tables, chairs, counters, equipment, parking lot, bathrooms, etc. If these areas are this dirty, rest assured the backstage food prep areas are just as filthy. No management was present directing the staff because they were just going through the motions, and they returned to their conversations and their cell phones. Several employees but they were out of multiple items. Chips were beyond stale and chewy. The meat was tough and disgusting. The employee was putting the tea and lemonade drinks away at 9:30 when they closed at 11:00. Trash cans were in the middle of the floor. I don't know what it is but the last three times I've been to chipotle they've messed something up. This time I tried to use a guac rewards for a topping and I get to the cashier and she says it's only on the side.. me not knowing if that is true or not, later seen it's not, she lied. Where do I start? What has been right at this store is probably easier to answer. I ordered online for inperson pickup, and tried to tell me I must have ordered somewhere else. Ridiculous, there's a confirmation number for that. I've eaten here twice in the last 2 weeks and their chips were super stale both times. I truly wouldn't eat here until there is more manager/owner involvement, or it reopens under new conditions. It's not good. If I could give this location a -100 I would. First off the employees are rude and act like you're bothering them.... Weird cause I thought they got paid to do their job! Secondly they are always out of something and never tell you when you place a mobile order. It would be common courtesy to let the customer know that there are no crunchy taco shells if that's what they ordered instead of just subbing soft tortillas. Same with the vinaigrette for a salad.... And when asked they say they are out and laugh. Don't you make that in house? And why is the food always cold? Disgusting! Management needs to do something about these kids they hire. Teach them customer service and train them properly. No reason to be out of things constantly.
